To acquire a competitive advantage in the expanding market, manufacturing enterprises should be able to manage their supply chains as effectively as possible. It is now becoming popular to model supply chains as multi-agent systems and use discrete event simulation to learn more about their behaviors or investigate the implications of alternative configurations. In order to enhance the computational efficiency and keep the simulation credibility, this paper proposes a message-driving formalism for the simulation of multi-agent supply chain systems. Through the message-driving formalism, the problem of shared variables is addressed and the parallel operation of agents is implemented. Simulation experiments with a prototype implementation show that the message-driving formalism is able to provide credible results in significantly less simulation time.

This paper is devoted to proving the sharpness on the lower bound of the lifespan of classical solutions to general nonlinear wave equations with small initial data in the case n = 2.and cubic nonlinearity （see the results of T. T. Li and Y. M. Chen in 1992.. For this purpose, the authors consider the following Cauchy problem： { where □=δt^2.∑i=1n δx^^2. is the wave operator, g（x）（≡/） 0 is a smooth non-negative function with compact support, and ε 〉 0 is a small parameter. It is shown that the solution blows up in a finite time, and the lifespan T（ε） of solutions has an upper bound T（ε） ≤ exp（Aε-2. with a positive constant A independent of ε, which belongs to the same kind of the lower bound of the lifespan.

This paper shows that the problem of minimizing a linear fractional function subject to asystem of sup-T equations with a continuous Archimedean triangular norm T can be reduced to a 0-1linear fractional optimization problem in polynomial ***,parametrization techniques,e.g.,Dinkelbach's algorithm,can be applied by solving a classical set covering problem in each *** reduction can also be performed on the sup-T equation constrained optimization problems withan objective function being monotone in each variable *** method could be extended aswell to the case in which the triangular norm is non-Archimedean.

A new heat-resistant, soluble polymer, poly(phenyl-1,2.4-triazine imide), has been prepared via a two-step method of polycondensation of N,N'-bis(4-benzil)pyromellitimide and terephthalamidrazone in cresol, followed by curing at higher temperature. The rigid 1,2.4-triazine group increases the solubility of the polyimide so that the polymer is soluble in cresol, N-methyl-2.pyrrolidone (NMP), trifluoroacetic acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, etc. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) indicates that this novel polyimide has good thermal stability with a high decomposition temperature of 447degreesC in air and of 42. degreesC in N-2. It has a tensile strength of 107.4 MI'a with an elongation at break of around 7.6%.

With the increasing demand for beauty and health,clear aligners(CAs)have been widely applied among patients with ***,patients treated with CAs also face some potential complications,such as demineralization,dental caries,and periodontal *** addition,some patients have additional needs to improve their quality of life,such as bleaching *** order to prevent or solve these problems,the modification of CAs is a promising method because their extensive long-term contact with tooth surfaces makes them ideal devices for implementing adjuvant medical *** this review,we discuss various advanced CAs with medical functions based on the clinical needs of *** far as we know,the additional functions of CAs mainly include antibacterial,remineralization,whitening,and accelerating tooth *** functions are achieved by two major pathways,the combination of CAs with drugs/biomaterials and increasing the capacity or affinity of *** addition,we discuss the current limitations of in vitro experiments which are designed to explore the effectiveness and properties of novel CAs,and the challenges of bringing a multifunctional appliance from proposal to clinical *** the end of this review,we provide insights into the broader prospects for the improvement of CAs.

Protein phosphatase 2. (PP2.) represents a conserved family of important protein serine/threonine phosphatases in species ranging from yeast to human. The PP2. core enzyme comprises a scaffold subunit and a catalytic subunit. The heterotrimeric PP2. holoenzyme consists of the core enzyme and a variable regulatory subunit. The catalytic subunit of PP2. is subject to reversible methylation, medi-ated by two conserved enzymes. Both the PP2. core and holoenzymes are regulated through interac-tion with a large number of cellular cofactors. Recent biochemical and structural investigation reveals critical insights into the assembly and function of the PP2. core enzyme as well as two families of holoenzyme. This review focuses on the molecular mechanisms revealed by these latest advances.

As a type of new carbon-based nanomaterials,carbon dots(CDs)possess exceptional optical properties,making them highly desirable for use in fluorescent ***,the CDs with deep-red(DR)or near-infrared(NIR)emission have rarely been *** this work,we prepared deep-red emissive fluorine-doped carbon quantum dots(F-CDs)by introducing a precursor simultaneously containing fluorine and *** synergistic effect of nitrogen doping and D-π-A pattern production contributed to the maximum emission of F-CDs at 636 nm with an absolute quantum yield of 36.00%±0.68%.Moreover,we designed an F-CDs-based fluorescence assay to determine the content of hypochlorite(ClO^(-)),with a limit of detection(LOD)as low as 15.4 nmol/L,indicating the high sensitivity of F-CDs to ClO^(-).In real samples,the F-CDs-based fluorescent sensor exhibited excellent sensitivity and selectivity in the detection of ClO^(-),with an error below 2.,suggesting their great potential in daily *** cancer cell imaging,the F-CDs not only demonstrated high sensitivity to ClO^(-)but also exhibited excellent mitochondria targeting,as evidenced by the high Pearson's correlation coefficient(PCC)of 0.93 in colocalization *** work presented here suggests the great potential of replacing commercial dyes with F-CDs for highly specific mitochondria labeling and cell imaging.

We promote the work of Parikh and Wilczek on the black hole radiation to the emission of massive and charged particles from Garfinkle-Horowitz-Strominger black hole. The energy and charge of the space-time are conservational during the course of the evaporation. The calculation shows that the emission spectrum is not precisely thermal, while has a correction, and the conclusion supports the view- point of information conservation.
