针对传统的多段S曲线加减速控制算法参数多、计算复杂的问题,提出一种S曲线的加减速控制新算法。实验证明:这种简单的控制算法能快速而又准确地预测运动轨迹,而且能保证速度的过渡平滑,加工精度高,确保数控系统对实时性的要求。
