Polylactide(PLA)has often been blended with biodegradable poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)to improve its ***,the strength and heat resistance of PLA are always ***,exchangeable hydroxyl-ester crosslinks are constructed in PLA/PBAT blends by successively introducing a tertiary amine-containing polyol,bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)amino-tris(hydroxymethyl)methane(BTM)and 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)via reactive *** can react with both PLA and PBAT by transesterification,generating PLA or PBAT chains with terminal or pendant hydroxyl groups,which can then react with MDI to form *** internal catalysis of tertiary amine moiety in BTM,transesterification between the residual hydroxyl groups and ester bonds can occur at high temperatures,endowing the PLA/PBAT network with vitrimeric *** to the transesterification and chain extension reactions with MDI between PLA and PBAT,the interfacial adhesion is greatly *** a result of the excellent interfacial adhesion and the network structure,the prepared PLA/PBAT blends show greatly enhanced heat resistance and toughness(more than 40 times that of PLA)while maintaining high stiffness comparable to ***,the prepared PLA/PBAT blends exhibit promising reconfigurable shape memory *** present work provides a new and facile way to achieve high-performance and functional biodegradable polymeric materials.

The conventional liquid electrolytes(LEs) have a high level of ionic conductivity;however, they often suffer from the poor processability and safety risks of potential leakage. Although solid-state electrolytes(SSEs) can solve these inherent problems of LEs, the ionic conductivity of most SSEs is several magnitudes lower than these of LEs. Herein, we report a novel strategy by building liquid ion-transport channels in a solid framework and prepared an electrolyte-locked separator(ELS) using a collagen fiber membrane(CFm). The liquid electrolyte was primarily infiltrated in the smaller voids of CFm, and its ionic conductivity could attain to 9.0×10-3 S cm-1 when the electrolyte absorption(EA) reached up to 112.0%. After centrifuging treatment, the electrolyte retentions(ER) and ionic conductivities of ELS were 108.93% and 8.37×10-3 S cm-1, respectively, which were much higher than those of commercial cellulose separator(CS), exerting excellent liquid-locking performances. In particular, the electrical double-layer capacitors(EDLC) assembled by ELS or CS were characterized and exhibited similar electrochemical performance,demonstrating the satisfactory ability and applicability of ELS for commercial use. In addition, the ELSbased EDLC exhibited favorable flexibility with relative lower loss of capacitance under different angles of bending.

AIM:To evaluate the suitability of rupintrivir against Enterovirus 71(EV71)induced severe clinical symptoms using computational methods. METHODS:The structure of EV71 3C protease was predicted by homology *** binding free energies between rupintrivir and EV71 3C and human rhinovirus 3C protease were computed by molecular dynamics and molecular mechanics Poisson-Boltzmann/ surface area and molecular mechanics generalized-born/ surface area ***71 3C fragments obtained from clinical samples collected during May to July 2008 in Shanghai were amplified by reverse-transcription and polymerase chain reaction and sequenced. RESULTS:We observed that rupintrivir had favorable binding affinity with EV71 3C protease(-10.76 kcal/mol). The variability of the 3C protein sequence in isolates of various outbreaks,including those obtained in our hospital from May to July 2008,were also analyzed to validate the conservation of the drug binding pocket. CONCLUSION:Rupintrivir,whose safety profiles had been proved,is an attractive candidate and can be quickly utilized for treating severe EV71 infection.

We present high quality long slit spectra along the major and minor axes out to 1.5 effective radii of the massive galaxy NGC 4636 taken by the Hobby-Eberly Telescope. Using the Fourier Correlation Quotient method, we measured the stellar line-of-sight velocity distribution along the axes. Furthermore, six Lick/IDS indices （Hβ, Mgb, Fe5015, Fe5270, Fe5335, Fe5406） are derived from the clean spectrum. By comparing the measured absorption line strengths with the predictions of Simple Stellar Population （SSP） models, we derived ages, total metallicity and a abundance profiles of the galaxy. This galaxy presents old and [α/Fe] overabundant stellar populations. Indeed, using the SSP model, we obtained the broadband color profiles. The theoretical colors match well with the measured colors and present red sharp peaks at the galaxy center. The sharp peaks of the colors are mainly shaped by the high metallicity in the galaxy＇s center. Interestingly, the galaxy has steep negative metaUicity gradients, but the trend flattens outwards. This result likely suggests that the center and outer regions of the galaxy formed through different formation processes.

脂质不仅是细胞膜的主要组成部分,还参与多种生命活动如能量存储、信号传导等,在生命体中发挥着重要作用。质谱以其高灵敏度、准确度和快速分析能力,在结构表征中表现出色,已成为脂质分析的核心技术。然而,由于脂质的结构多样性和高度相似性,其质谱定性、定量分析仍然面临着诸多挑战。化学衍生化技术通过对脂质进行结构修饰,可以改善脂质的离子化效率,并提高质谱检测的灵敏度与选择性,有效促进脂质的结构鉴定和定量分析。近年来,化学衍生化与质谱技术的结合策略广泛应用于脂质分析。该文综述了近十年来基于化学衍生化的质谱技术在解析脂质精确结构、提高检测灵敏度和定量准确性,以及结合新型质谱应用中的研究进展。

Due to its appropriate bandgap(~2.4 e V)and efficient light absorption,bismuth vanadate(bi VO_(4))shows promising photocatalysis ***,the charge carrier recombination and poor electron transmission often induce poor photocatalytic ***,we report a new method to in-situ synthesize non-noble metal bi decorated mulberry-like bi VO_(4)by a two-step calcination *** characterizations reveal that non-noble metal bi nanoparticles grown in-situ on bi VO_(4)result in the red-shift of the absorbance edge,greatly extending the light absorption from the ultraviolet into the near-infrared *** surface plasmon resonance excitation of bi nanoparticles and synergetic effects between bi and bi VO_(4)effectively improve the photocatalytic efficiency and promote the separation of photoinduced electron-hole pairs in mulberry-like bi VO_(4).Density functional theory(DFT)calculation results further verify that the electrons are transferred from bi to bi VO_(4)and the formation of·OH radical in bi/bi VO_(4)is attributed to the lower simulated free energy,which supports our experimental *** work provides a novel strategy to enhance light absorption and promote efficient solar utilization of photocatalysts for practical applications.

Neutrons have played a vital role in many nuclear physics *** some cases,the inverse kinematics of neutrons colliding with other nuclei are also worth *** this study,the inverse kinematics of thermal neutrons colliding with high-energy protons is simulated by using the Monte Carlo *** neutrons are taken as target particles,whereas protons are incident *** simulation implies that,after collision,the energy of the output neutron at 0°equals the energy of the incident proton.A possible application of the result is proposed that might yield single-energy *** key parameters of the conceptual design were evaluated,demonstrating that the design may reach high-neutron-energy resolution.

Organic anion transporters(OATs)and organic anion transporter polypeptides(OATPs)are classified within two SLC superfamilies,namely,the SLC22A superfamily and the SLCO superfamily(formerly the SLC21A family),*** are expressed in many tissues,such as the liver and kidney,and mediate the absorption and excretion of many endogenous and exogenous substances,including various *** are composed of 12 transmembrane polypeptide chains with the C-terminus and the N-terminus located in the cell *** and OATPs are abundantly expressed in the liver,where they mainly promote the uptake of various endogenous substrates such as bile acids and various exogenous drugs such as antifibrotic and anticancer ***,differences in the locations of glycosylation sites,phosphorylation sites,and amino acids in the OAT and OATP structures lead to different substrates being transported to the liver,which ultimately results in their different roles in the *** date,few articles have addressed these aspects of OAT and OATP structures,and we study further the similarities and differences in their structures,tissue distribution,substrates,and roles in liver diseases.

In themarine electric power system,the marine generators will be disturbed by the large change of loads or the fault of the power *** marine generators usually installed power system stabilizers to damp power system oscillations through the excitation *** paper proposes a novel method to obtain optimal parameter values for Power System Stabilizer(PSS)to suppress low-frequency oscillations in the marine electric power *** this paper,a newly developed immune clone selection algorithm was improved from the three aspects of the adaptive incentive degree,vaccination,and adaptive mutation ***,the typical PSS implementation type of leader-lag structure was adopted and the objective function was set in the optimization *** performance of PSS tuned by improved immune clone selection algorithm was compared with PSS tuned by basic immune clone selection algorithm(ICSA)under various operating conditions and ***,an improved immune clone selection algorithm(IICSA)optimization technique was implemented on two test systems for test *** on the simulations,it is found that an improved immune clone selection algorithm demonstrates superiority over the basic immune clone selection algorithm in getting a smaller number of iterations and fast convergence rates to achieve the optimal parameters of the power system ***,the proposed approach improves the stability and dynamic performance under various loads conditions and disturbances of the marine electric power system.
