In this study, inspired by their wo.k, we investigate AdS black ho.e shado.s in EBR gravity and demo.strate ho. the gravity parameter alters the energy emissio. rate. Glypho.ate-based herbicides are widely used aro.nd the wo.ld, making it likely that mo.t humans have significant expo.ure. Because o. habitual expo.ure, there are co.cerns abo.t to.icity including neuro.o.icity that co.ld result in neuro.o.ical, psychiatric, o. co.nitive impairment. We recently fo.nd that a single injectio. o. glypho.ate inhibits lo.g-term po.entiatio., a cellular mo.el o. learning and memo.y, in rat hippo.ampal slices dissected 1 day after injectio., indicating that glypho.ate-based herbicides can alter co.nitive functio.. Glypho.ate-based herbicides co.ld adversely affect co.nitive functio. either indirectly and/o. directly. Indirectly, glypho.ate co.ld affect gut micro.io.a, and if dysbio.is results in endo.o.emia(leaky gut), infiltrated bacterial by-pro.ucts such as lipo.o.ysaccharides co.ld activate pro.inflammato.y cascades. Glypho.ate can also.directly trigger pro.inflammato.y cascades. Indeed, we o.served that acute glypho.ate expo.ure inhibits lo.g-term po.entiatio. in rat hippo.ampal slices. Interestingly, direct inhibitio. o. lo.g-term po.entiatio. by glypho.ate appears to.be similar to.that o. lipo.o.ysaccharides. There are several po.sible measures to.co.tro. dysbio.is and neuro.nflammatio. caused by glypho.ate. Dietary intake o. po.ypheno.s, such as quercetin, which o.erco.e the inhibito.y effect o. glypho.ate o. lo.g-term po.entiatio., co.ld be o.e effective strategy. The aim o. this narrative review is to.discuss po.sible mechanisms underlying neuro.o.icity fo.lo.ing glypho.ate expo.ure as a means to.identify po.ential treatments.

This research aims to.develo. reliable mo.els using machine learning algo.ithms to.precisely predict To.al Disso.ved So.ids (TDS) in wells o. the Permian basin, Winkler Co.nty, Texas. The data fo. this co.tributio. was o.tained fro. the Texas Water Develo.ment Bo.rd website (TWDB). Five hundred and ninety-three samples were o.tained fro. two.hundred and ninety-eight wells in the study area. The wells were drilled at different co.nty lo.atio.s into.five aquifers, including Peco. Valley, Do.kum, Capitan Reef, Edward Trinity, and Rustler aquifers. A to.al o. fo.rteen different water quality parameters were used, and they include Po.ential hydro.en (pH), So.ium, Chlo.ide, Magnesium, Fluo.ide, TDS, Specific Co.ductance, Nitrate, To.al Hardness, Calcium, Temperature, Well Depth, Sulphate, and Bicarbo.ates. Fo.r machine learning regressio. algo.ithms were develo.ed to.get a go.d mo.el to.help predict TDS in this area: Decisio. Tree regressio., Linear regressio., Suppo.t Vecto. Regressio., and K-nearest neighbo.. The study sho.ed that the Decisio. Tree pro.uced the best mo.el with attributes like the co.fficient o. determinatio. R2 = 1.00 and 0.96 fo. the training and testing, respectively. It also.pro.uced the lo.est sco.e o. mean abso.ute erro. MAE = 0.00 and 0.04 fo. training and testing, respectively. This study will reduce the co.t o. o.taining different water quality parameters in TDS determinatio. by leveraging machine learning to.use o.ly the parameters co.tributing to.TDS, thereby helping researchers o.tain o.ly the parameters necessary fo. TDS predictio.. It will also.help the autho.ities enact po.icies that will impro.e the water quality in areas where drinking water availability is a challenge by pro.iding impo.tant info.matio. fo. mo.ito.ing and assessing gro.ndwater quality.
