A series of lattice inversion pair potentials are used to evaluate the phase stability and site preference for uranium intermetallics UmxAl12 x (m = Fe, Co, Ni, Cr and mn) and their related hydrides. Calculated results show that Fe, Co, Ni, Cr or mn atoms preferentially substitute Al at the 8f site. Interstitial H atoms only occupy 2b interstitial sites in UmxAl12 x. Calculated lattice constants are found to agree with a report in the literature. Elastic constants and bulk modulus of UmxAl12 x and UmxAl12 xH were also investigated. In particular, the phonon densities of states (DOS) of these actinide compounds were evaluated for the first time.

The surface expression of HIV-1 coreceptors (CXCR4 and CCR5) on monocytes can be regulated by the ligand of CD14,and the susceptibility of the cells to HIV-1 is then *** previous study found that monoclonal antibody against CD14 could dramatically inhibit CXCR4-mediated chemotaxis and cell-cell *** on these studies,we explored potential relationship between CD14 and CXCR4 on monocytic cell line *** cytometry analysis showed that anti-CXCR4 monoclonal antibody (mAb) 12G5 strongly inhibited binding of the FITC-conjugated anti-CD14 monoclonal antibodies (TUK4 and UCHm1) to U937,while another CX- CR4-specific mAb b-R24 did not show any effect on this *** the other hand,two anti-CD14 monoclonal antibodies (TUK4 and UCH-m1) obviously inhibited the binding of the PE-conjugated anti-CXCR4 mAb 12G5 to U937 but did not inhibit the binding of mAb 12G5 to CXCR4-transfected 3T3 cells (***4),which indicates that the blocking of mAb 12G5 binding to CXCR4 by CD14- specific mAbs is not involved in the possibility that CD14-specific mAbs directly bind to *** results suggested existence of a close association between CD14 and CXCR4 on monocytic cell line U937.

引自:LI K Z,chen j,HU y j,et *** chemotherapy plus camrelizumab for locally advanced cervical cancer(NACI study):a multicentre,single-arm,phase 2 trial[j/OL].Lancet Oncol,2023.2023-12-01[2023-12-05].https://***/38048802/.局部晚期宫颈癌约占全球宫颈癌病例的37%,由于治疗选择有限,预后较差。免疫检查点抑制剂在新辅助治疗中可以解决这些挑战。本研究的目的是探讨新辅助化疗-免疫治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的有效性和安全性。在这项在中国8家三级医院进行的单臂2期试验中,招募了年龄在18~70岁的未经治疗的宫颈癌患者(Ⅰb3、ⅡA2或Ⅱb/ⅢC1r,肿瘤直径≥4 cm(国际妇产科学联合会,2018),东方肿瘤合作组织(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group,ECOG)状态为0或1。符合条件的患者接受了一个周期的启动双重化疗(75~80 mg·m^(-2)顺铂,静脉注射,加上260 mg·m^(-2)白蛋白结合型紫杉醇,静脉注射),随后在第1天进行了两个周期的联合化疗(顺铂加白蛋白结合型紫杉醇),在第2天给予卡瑞利珠单抗(200 mg,静脉注射),治疗周期间隔为3周。

气/液和液/液界面在生产生活中无处不在,一直以来都是动态表界面研究领域的热点.为了更深入理解表界面分子结构、分子运动行为模式以及界面动态变化机制,发展原位界面分子的动态行为表征技术将有助于实现动态表界面的实际应用.本文综述了原位气/液和液/液界面分子的动态行为表征技术所取得的一些研究成果.首先介绍了动态表界面分子的结构和动态行为模式特性;然后重点介绍了宏观和分子层面的动态表界面表征技术的进展,包括新型的表征技术;最后,综合分析了当前领域中存在的问题和发展方向,希望为未来表征技术的开发与应用奠定基础.

joule heating effects on a slit microcharmel filled with electrolytes are comprehensively investigated with emphasis on the thermal boundary conditions. An accurate analytical expression is proposed for the electrical field and the temperature distributions due to joule heating are numerically obtained from the energy balance equation. The results show that a thermal design based on the average electric potential difference between electrodes can cause severe underestimation of joule heating. In addition, the parame- tric study of thermal boundary conditions gives us an insight into the best cooling scenario for microfluidic devices. Other significant thermal characteristics, including Nusselt number, thermophoretic force, and entropy generation, are discussed as well. This study will provide useful information for the optimization of a biomEmS device in relation to the thermal aspect.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

Objective: Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a chronic inflammatory and destructive arthritis, characterized by inflammatory infiltration and bone destruction. Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(HGWD) is traditional Chinese medicine, which has been applied in the treatment of RA in clinical. The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of HGWD on collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) mouse ***: DbA/1j female mice were used to establish the collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) model. HGWD was administered intragastrically once a day for four weeks starting on the 22nd day after the first immunization. The body weight, hind paw thickness and clinical score were measured every five days. Gait analysis, histopathological staining, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), ultrasound imaging and micro-computed tomography imaging were performed to determine the effects of HGWD treatment on inflammation and bone structure in this model. moreover, Real-time PCR and Western blot analysis were used to detect inflammatory factors m RNA and protein levels after HGWD intervention in RAW264.7 ***: HGWD attenuated symptoms of arthritis, suppressed inflammatory synovium area and the serum levels of inflammatory factors, inhibited joint space enlargement in the knee and ankle joints,reduced numbers of osteoclasts, protected bone destruction, as well as improved motor *** decreased the expression of m RNA for inflammatory factors and the protein expression levels of p-NF-Κb and ***: These results suggested that HGWD suppresses inflammation, attenuates bone erosion and maintains motor function in collagen-induced arthritis mice.
