Mg-RE(rear earth) alloys with long period stacking(LPSO) structures have great potential in biomedical applications. The present work focused on the microstructure and corrosion behaviors of Mg 98.5 Y1 Zn0.5 alloys with 18 R LPSO structure after equal channel angular pressing(ECAP). The results showed that the ECAP process changed the grain size and the distribution of LPSO particles thus controlled the total corrosion rates of Mg 98.5 Y1 Zn0.5 alloys. During the ECAP process from 0 p to 12 p, the grain size reduced from 160–180 μm(as-cast) to 6–8 μm(12 p). The LPSO structures became kinked(4 p), then started to be broken into smaller pieces(8 p), and at last comminuted to fine particles and redistributed uniformly inside the matrix(12 p). The improvement in the corrosion resistance for ECAP samples was obtained from 0 p to 8 p, with the corrosion rate reduced from 3.24 mm/year(0 p) to 2.35 mm/year(8 p) in simulated body fluid, and the 12 p ECAP alloy exhibited the highest corrosion rate of 4.54 mm/year.

随着网络技术的发展,Internet已成为最具市场潜力的技术领域,使用Web技术设计的数据库应用软件,是目前Internet市场的技术中坚,各种Web应用如电子商务网站系统等都采用这种方式实现。网上书店电子商务系统,是一个立足于网络,以书籍为商品的专业性网上购物网站。系统同时具有买卖书籍等功能为书籍的流通提供了一个高效的交易平台。本文从计算机安全基础和基本原理,bSMS系统的设计基础出发,详细介绍了基于b/S结构的网上书店电子商务系统的开发和实现,讨论了系统开发和技术路线的选择,详细介绍了电子商务的设计与实现过程,在此基础上详细讨论电子商务系统的安全风险和解决系统安全的安全技术策略与数据库的安全策略,最后系统设计了安全程序来保护网站数据的安全。本文内容分为六章,第一章主要介绍了电子商务到现在所用的技术背景与实现,第二章介绍了网上书店电子商务系统设计,主要是模块设计还有流程图,第三章、第四章和第五章给出网上书店电子商务系统的总体设计思路,网站的实现过程以及网站的安全性,数据库安全性分析,网站页面的展示,测试运行状况,最后是本论文的结论、参考文献和致谢。

Groundnuts marketed from farms are generally referred to as groundnuts in-shell. When freshly harvested, they may contain some dirt, vines and other foreign materials. Grades of these stocks are established based on intended use. Groundnut producers and commercial buyers use the grade as guidelines for trading. Grading aims at raising the quality and value of the product. Grading is generally limited to measurement of physical properties, such as, size distributions of the pods and percentage by weight of shelled kernels in the undecorticated groundnuts and percentage by weight of foreign materials. A groundnut grader was designed and developed. It was designed to sort three selected groundnut varieties commonly cultivated in Nigeria into three grades based on the geometric dimensions of the selected varieties. These varieties are SAMNUT 10, 14 and *** of grading trials indicate that while SAMNUT 10 exhibits the three grades, the other varieties (SAMNUT 14 and 18) can only be graded into two grades. The grader has a rated capacity of grading 224 th-1 of undercorticated pods. The maximum ranges within each grade when all the varieties were considered were: grade I—15.81 mm to 18.05 mm, grade II—12.44 mm to 15.78 mm and grade III—10.60 mm to 13.30 mm.

Integrated Use of Organic and bio-fertilizers to Improve Yield and Fruit Quality of Olives Grown in Low Fertility Sandy Soil in an Arid Environment

Olive productivity should be improved through stimulating nutrition,particularly under poor fertility ***,the objective of this study was to assess the efficacy of applying organic and bio-fertilizers on the physiological growth,yield and fruit quality of olive trees under newly reclaimed poor-fertility sandy soil in an arid *** a field experiment carried out at El-Qantara,North Sinai,Egypt over two consecutive seasons(2019-2020 and 2020-2021),olive Kalamata trees were evaluated under three organic fertilizer treatments alone or in combination with three bio-fertilizers *** fertilizer was applied as goat manure(16.8 kg/tree/year),or olive pomace(8.5 kg/tree/year)in mid-December of each season *** *** bio-fertilizers were applied as N-fixing bacteria(150 g/tree)was inculated in early March of each season,or amino acid mixture(1.5%)was applied three times,at 70%of full bloom,21 days after full bloom,and a month later in comparison to a non-fertilized trees(control).The cultivar used was Kalamata,a dual-purpose cultivar for oil and table olives whose value increases when processed as table *** results indicated that the goat manure followed by olive pomace significantly enhanced photosynthetic pigments(chlorophyll a,b,and carotenoids),leaf mineral contents(N,P,K,Ca,Mg and Fe),tree canopy volume,number of flowers per inflorescence,number of inflorescences per shoot,initial fruit set,fruit *** fruit quality,fruit length and width,fruit weight,and total fruit yield was increased compared to the non-fertilized ***,The bio-fertilizer N-fixing bacteria followed by the amino acid mixture significantly improved all of the aforementioned ***,it is recommended,both environmentally and economically to utilize organic and bio-fertizers,particularly goat manure combined with N-fixing bacteria,in low-fertility soil to sustain olive production as well as reducing mineral ferti

Ricinus communis L.(R. communis), commonly known as castor oil plant, is used as a traditional natural remedy or folkloric herb for the control and treatment of a wide range of diseases around the globe. Various studies have revealed the presence of diverse phytochemicals such as ***, terpenes, saponins,phenolic compounds such as kaempferol, gallic acid, ricin, rutin, lupeol, ricinoleic acid, pinene, thujone and gentisic *** phytochemicals have been responsible for pharmacological and therapeutic effects,including anticancer, antimicrobial, insecticidal, antioxidant, anti-diabetic, antinociceptive,anti-inflammatory. bone regenerative, analgesic, and anticonvulsant activity. R. communis harbours phytochemicals which have been shown to target peroxisome proliferator activated receptor(PPAR), nuclear factor NF-κ-b, cytochrome p450, P38 mitogen-activated protein kinases kinase(p38 MAPK), tumor protein P53, b-cell lymphoma-extra-large(bcl-xL) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2(VEGFR-2). Considering its wide variety of phytochemicals, its pharmacological activity and the subsequent clinical trials, R. communis could be a good candidate for discovering novel complementary drugs. Further experimental and advanced clinical studies are required to explore the pharmaceutical, beneficial therapeutic and safety prospects of R. communis with its phytochemicals as a herbal and complementary medicine for combating various diseases and disorders.

Feasibility of developing composite action between concrete and cold-formed steel beam

Cold-formed steel structures are steel structure products constructed from sheets or coils using cold rolling, press brake or bending brake method. These structures are extensively employed in building construction industry due to their light mass, ductility by economic cold forming operations, favorable strength-to-mass ratio and other factors. The utilization of cold formed steel sections with concrete as composite can hugely reduce the construction cost. However, the use of cold formed steel members in composite concrete beams has been very limited. A comprehensive review of developments in composite beam with cold formed steel sections was introduced. It was revealed that employing cold-formed steel channel section to replace reinforcement bars in conventional reinforced concrete beam results in a significant cost reduction without reducing strength capacity. The use of composite beam consisting of cold-formed steel open or close box and filled concrete could also reduce construction cost. Lighter composite girder for bridges with cold-formed steel of U section was introduced. Moreover, types of shear connectors to provide composite action between cold-formed steel beam and concrete slab were presented. However, further studies to investigate the effects of metal decking on the behavior of composite beam with cold-formed steel section and introduction of ductile shear connectors were recommended.

With the development of Internet technology, methods, and tools of the development of information systems, especially in electronic commerce field, leads to make theoretical and practical studies for developing electronic commerce systems. Since Yemen is a developing country, we have to pay a great deal of attention to the great role that the Internet plays in the world of business. This thesis presents study of the state of development information systems in Yemen especially in E-Commerce information systems, also focusing on the methods and tools which were used in the developing information systems in Yemen, and the rate of using Object-Oriented Software Engineering in the universities and software companies of Yemen through developing information systems. The study showed that about 95% of information systems in Yemen were developed by using traditional software engineering, only about 5% of information systems were developed by using Object-Oriented software engineering. Since Yemeni government is moving towards E-Commerce & E-Government and based on the above results, this thesis also presents case study of developing electronic commerce information system of Online bookstore System (ObS) for sales the books through the Internet.On one hand , the Online bookstore System has been developed by using the Object-Oriented technology as software engineering methodology based on Coad & Yourdon method for Object-Oriented Analysis model which has five layers and Object-Oriented Design model which has four components, because the Coad & Yourdon method is easy to study and apply. The case study can be seen as 3-Tier Architecture E-Commerce System which has become popular today. On the other hand, every developer, programmer, and who interested in developing information systems especially in electronic commerce systems and software engineering can make use of such kind of this thesis.

The effects of different strength of MS media in solid and liquid media on in vitro growth of Typhonium flagelliforme

Objective: To determine the effects of different strength of Murashige and Skoog(MS)media(full,1/2and1/4) in solid and liquid media on in vitro growth of Typhonium flagelliforme(T. flagelliforme), whereby an optimum media composition can be provided for mass propagation of T. ***: Rhizome bud of T. flagelliforme was obtained from the axenic in vitro established T. flagelliforme plantlets in Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam. Rhizome bud was used as explant and cultured onto shoot proliferation medium under different strength of MS media(full,1/2,1/4) in solid and liquid culture ***: After 6 weeks of culture, the number of shoot, number of leaf, number of root,height of shoot, fresh weight, dry weight and chlorophyll content of T. flagelliforme were analyzed. A comparison was made between liquid and solid culture media. The results revealed that the liquid culture media were more effective for all the growth parameters(shoot height, shoot number, leaf number, root number, fresh weight, dry weight, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content) compared to solid culture media. Apart from that,this study revealed the positive relationship between strength of MS media and type of culture media(solid and liquid media) to the growth of T. flagelliforme. Growth of T. flagelliforme was improved when MS strength was increased in liquid media. In contrast, growth of T. flagelliforme was improved when MS strength was decreased in solid ***: Through this study, an optimum media composition for mass propagation of T. flagelliforme had been established by observing effects of MS media strength and type of culture media(solid and liquid media) on the growth of T. flagelliforme.
