Ob.sity is one of the diseases with severe health consequences and rapidly increasing worldwide *** the complex network of food intake and energy b.lance regulation is an essential prerequisite for pharmacological intervention with ob.sity.G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs)are among the main modulators of metab.lism and energy ***,for instance,regulate appetite and satiety in certain hypothalamic neurons,as well as glucose and lipid metab.lism and hormone secretion from *** in some GPCRs,such as the melanocortin receptor type 4(MC4R),have b.en associated with early-onset ***,we identified the adhesion GPCR latrophilin 1(ADGRL1/LPHN1)as a memb.r of the regulating network governing food intake and the maintenance of energy *** of the highly conserved receptor in mice results in increased food consumption and severe ob.sity,accompanied b. dysregulation of glucose ***,we identified a partially inactivating mutation in human ADGRL1/LPHN1 in a patient suffering from ***,we propose that LPHN1 dysfunction is a risk factor for ob.sity development.

Children from socio-economically disadvantaged b.ckgrounds receive unequal opportunities to succeed in school,which will lead to a decreased health literacy as adults[U].This is not only directly associated with an impaired eco-nomic and mental health and wellb.ing of young people,b.t ab.ve all with an in creased adult mortality[1-4].While this prob.em is well known and describ.d,only few and even fewer pediatric studies suggest how to interrupt this downward spiral consistently[5,6].

Trends in ophthalmology journals： a five-year b.b.iometric analysis （2009-2013）

AIM： To explore the trends in the ophthalmic literature over a 5-year period in relation to country, research expenditure and demographics. METHODS： Articles pub.ished b.tween 2009 and 2013 b. the 20 highest-contrib.ting countries in the 20 top- ranked ophthalmology journals were identified b. their country of affiliation. The numb.r of articles pub.ished and mean impact factor were measured per country for each year and trends explored using regression analysis with 5-year and 10-year forecasts calculated. Data on research expenditure was collected and tested for correlation with the numb.r of articles and mean impact factor. RESULTS： The analysis included 19 338 articles. The USA, UK and Europe accounted for 60.2% of articles pub.ished, with the USA contrib.ting 7388 articles （34.0%）. The USA also demonstrated the highest mean impact factor （3.5）. Research expenditure was significantly correlated with b.th research output （r=0,86, P〈0.001） and scholarly impact （r=0.42, P〈0.001）. China （P〈0.01）, Korea （P〈0.01） and India （P〈0.02） demonstrated a significant growth in research output over the study period. The research contrib.tion of these three countries comb.ned is forecasted to overtake that of Europe within ten years, with China expected to b. the second-largest contrib.tor within five years. These countries were also among those demonstrating the greatest growth in research expenditure. CONCLUSION： While the USA and European countries are major contrib.tors of ophthalmic research, the productivity of some Asian countries is growing impressively. The contrib.tion of China, Korea and Indiais forecasted to outweigh that of Europe b. 2023. Research expenditure is highly correlated with research productivity and these trends reflect the differing economic priorities across the world.

目的分析使用C型臂(C-arm-mounted)锥形束计算机体层装置(Cb.T)结合针穿导引软件的机器人辅助介入术在模型研究上的可行性和准确性。材料与方法介入平台可支持小机器人装置并导引穿刺。在获得三维数据后,在Cb.T工作站设计出入路径线并在介入监视器上显示,然后机器人可以获得实时的透视图像。分别随机在单倾斜轨道和双倾斜轨道(各20次)多靶位(直径2mm)的模型上进行了40次穿刺。结果所有模型(n=40)介入术均获得成功。到达模型内靶位的入路径为8.5cm(最小4.2cm,最大13.5cm)。针端的偏离值平均为1.1mm(最小0,最大4.5mm),持续时间3min59s(最小2min7s,最大10min37s)。结论在Cb.T介入套件中使用推荐的机器人装置,具有较高准确性的针穿介入术可以以合理及时的方式进行单倾斜轨道和双倾斜轨道穿刺。要点①影像导引下的经皮穿刺活检对现代放射学具有重要作用。②简洁机器人装置的发展使得这一操作变得简便。③精确针穿介入术可以及时进行。④复杂的轨迹和较深的入路路径是可行的。

Agricultural extension is an approach to rural development and agricultural transformation in which training,demonstration and technology transfer are key to reducing rural poverty,ensuring food security,and sustainab.y managing natural *** recent decades,different extension approaches have b.en tested and validated b. the Ethiopian government and nongovernmental organizations to stimulate participation in the agricultural extension system(AES).The most recent was a German-funded project entitled“Integrated Soil Fertility Management Project”(ISFM+),which employed a novel approach to piloting and upscaling proven technology and b.st *** purpose of this study was to analyze and document the modalities of ISFM+and illustrate its effects on technology uptake and *** study used a mixed methods approach to collect *** and SPSS were used for data management and *** Research and Extension Groups and Farmer Field Schools were found to b. central to the participation ***,the ISFM+was found to aid technology transfer and helped to increase grain and residue yields as well as farmer *** on these empirical findings,it is argued that the ISFM+approach and technology should b. integrated and institutionalized in the mainstream AES in order to promote their extensive application.
