Introduction: Perica.ditis is a. infla.ma.ion of the perica.dium with or without perica.dia. fluid effusion. Its preva.ence is difficult to determine given the ma.y forms tha. a.e not symptoma.ic. In a.rica. its preva.ence wa. 6.3% in Ga.0}n in 2020 a.d 7.2% in Ma.i in 2022. In Europe, a. Ita.ia. study estima.es the incidence of a.ute perica.ditis a. 27.7 ca.es per 100,000 people per yea.. In a.other study conducted in Finla.d over a.period of 9 yea.s, the incidence of perica.ditis requiring hospita.isa.ion wa. 3.32 ca.es per 100,000 people per yea.. The a.m of our study wa. to describ. the clinica. a.d pa.a.linica. cha.a.teristics of perica.ditis ob.erved in the ca.diology depa.tment of the regiona. hospita. in Ma.i. Methodology: This wa. a.single centre cross-sectiona. study from 30 Ja.ua.y 2018 to 30 June 2020 in the ca.diology depa.tment of the Ségou regiona. hospita.. a.l consenting pa.ients, rega.dless of a.e or sex hospita.ised in the depa.tment for perica.ditis confirmed on ca.dia. ultra.ound were included. Da.a.were collected using a. individua. pa.ient follow-up form recording sociodemogra.hic, clinica., b.ologica., electroca.diogra.hic a.d echoca.diogra.hic da.a. a. well a. the course of the disea.e. Results: Out of 879 pa.ients hospita.ized, the hospita. frequency wa. 7.28%. Fema.es predomina.ed, with a.sex ra.io of 0.42. More tha. ha.f the pa.ients were a.ed 45 or younger (59.4%). The mea. a.e of pa.ients wa. 41.8 ± 18.1 yea.s. Ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tors were domina.ed b. hypertension a.d smoking (46.9% a.d 12.5% respectively). The rea.ons for consulta.ion were dyspnoea.(84.3%), chest pa.n (54.7%), cough (71.9%) a.d fever (34.4%). Physica. signs included muffled hea.t sounds (76.6%), ta.hyca.dia.(70.3%), perica.dia. friction (17.2%) a.d signs of periphera. sta.is in 53.1% of ca.es. We ob.erved eleva.ed C-rea.tive protein (CRP) in 57.8% of ca.es, hypercrea.inina.mia.in 37.5% a.d positive HIV serology in 3.1%. The ma.or ra.iogra.hic signs were ca.diomega.

The inventory of b.nthic ma.roinverteb.a.e species wa. ca.ried out in some strea.s of the Mefou ca.chment a.ea. from a.gust 2021 to a.gust 2022, in order to determine the b.ologica. groups tha. ma.e up the popula.ion a.d cha.a.terise these environments. 颅内精原细胞瘤是一种罕见的起源于生殖细胞系的恶性肿瘤，通常发生在脑部的松果体或垂体等部位。陆军军医大学第一附属医院内分泌科于2020年6月收治１例颅内精原细胞瘤伴脊柱转移的20岁男性患者，临床表现为头痛、头晕及视力下降，头颅增强MRI提示垂体柄增粗。在多学科综合会诊后接受经鼻蝶鞍区肿瘤切除术，病理诊断为精原细胞瘤，术后规律放射治疗。1年后患者的肿瘤复发并转移，再次行胸椎椎管内肿瘤切除术，术后继续化学治疗。患者的临床症状如头痛和视力障碍得到改善，但持续全垂体功能减退，需长期激素替代。颅内精原细胞瘤的早期诊断颇具挑战性，且易发生转移，对放射治疗和化学治疗高度敏感，早期诊断和多学科综合治疗有助于改善患者的生活质量和预后。.; Intra.ra.ia. seminoma.is a.ra.e ma.igna.t tumor origina.ing from the germ cells, usua.ly occurring in the pinea. gla.d or pituita.y gla.d.
