The gallbladder(GB)is a susceptible organ,prone to various pathologies that can be identified using different imaging *** ultrasound(TUS)is typically the initial diagnostic method due to its numerous well-established ***,in cases of uncertainty or when a definitive diagnosis cannot be established,computed tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance imaging may be employed to provide more detailed ***,CT scans may sometimes offer inadequate spatial resolution,which can limit the differentiation of GB lesions,particularly when smaller yet clinically relevant abnormalities are ***,endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)provides higher frequency compared to TUS,superior spatial resolution,and the option for contrast-enhanced harmonic imaging,enabling a more comprehensive ***,EUS can serve as a supplementary tool when conventional imaging methods are *** review will describe the standard EUS examination of the GB,focusing on its endosonographic characteristics in various GB path-ologies.

In this paper,the design and application of a robust mu-synthesis-based controller for quad-rotor trajectory tracking are *** proposed design approach guarantees robust performance over a weakly nonlinear range of operation of the quad-rotor,which is a practical range that suits various *** controller considers different structured and unstructured uncertainties,such as unmodeled dynamics and perturbation in the *** controller also provides robustness against external disturbances such as wind gusts and wind *** proposed controller is fixed and linear;therefore,it has a very low computational ***,the controller meets all design specifications without *** validate this control strategy,the proposed approach is compared to a linear quadratic regulator(LQR)controller using a high-fidelity quad-rotor simulation *** addition,the experimental results presented show the validity of the proposed control strategy.

Concerns about the carbon emissions of mega-events revolve,mainly due to the impactful demonstration effects they ***, accurate monitoring of these emissions is crucial during such events [1]. Sentiment analysis is based on the orientation of user attitudes and satisfaction towards services and *** methods and techniques have been introduced to analyze sentiments for obtaining high *** sentiment analysis accuracy depends mainly on supervised and unsupervised *** mechanisms are based on machine learning algorithms that achieve moderate or high accuracy but the manual annotation of data is considered a time-consuming *** unsupervised mechanisms,a lexicon is constructed for storing polarity *** accuracy of analyzing data is considered moderate or low if the lexicon contains small *** addition,most research methodologies analyze datasets using only 3-weight polarity that can mainly affect the performance of the analysis *** both methods for obtaining high accuracy and efficiency with low user intervention during the analysis process is considered a challenging *** paper provides a comprehensive evaluation of polarity weights and mechanisms for recent sentiment analysis research.A semi-supervised framework is applied for processing data using both lexicon and machine learning *** interactive sentiment analysis algorithm is proposed for distributing multi-weight polarities on Arabic lexicons that contain high morphological and linguistic *** enhanced scaling algorithm is embedded in the multi-weight algorithm to assign recommended weight polarities *** experimental results are conducted on two datasets to measure the over-all accuracy of proposed algorithms that achieved high results when compared to machine learning algorithms.

Spectrally adapted red flare tracers with superior spectral performance

The production of bright light, with vivid color, is the primary purpose of signaling, illuminating devices,and fire control purposes. This study, reports on the development of red flame compositions with enhanced performance in terms of luminous intensity, and color quality. The light intensity and the imprint spectra of developed red flame compositions to standard NATO red tracer(R-284 NATO) were measured using digital luxmeter, and UV-Vis. spectrometer. The main giving of this study is that the light intensity of standard NATO red tracer was increased by 72%, the color quality was also improved by60%(over the red band from 650 to 780 nm). This enhanced spectral performance was achieved by means of deriving the combustion process to maximize the formation of red color emitting species in the combustion flame. Thanks to the optimum ratio of color source to color intensifier using aluminum metal fuel; this approach offered the highest intensity and color quality. Upon combustion, aluminum was found to maximize the formation SrCL(the main reactive red color emitting species) and to minimize the interfering incandescent emission resulted from MgO and SrO. Quantification of active red color emitting species in the combustion flame was conducted using chemical equilibrium thermodynamic code named ICT. The improvement in red flare performance, established the rule that the color intensifier should be in the range from 10 to 15 Wt % of the total composition.

MicroRNAs belong to a newly identified class of small non-coding RNAs that have been widely implicated in the fine-tuning of many physiological processes such as the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes （T2D） and obesity. Microarray studies have highlighted an altered profile of miRNA expression in insulin target tissues in diabetic and obese models. Emerging evidences suggest that miRNAs play significant roles in insulin production, secretion and actions, as well as in diverse aspects of glucose homeostasis and adipocyte differentiation. The identification of tissue-specific miRNAs implicated in T2D and obesity might be useful for the future development of effective strategies for early diagnosis and therapeutic intervention of obesity-related medical complications.

Novel yellow colored flame compositions with superior spectral performance

The production of colored flames is the primary purpose of military signaling, projectile tracing, and illuminating devices. Certain elements and compounds when heated to high temperature have the unique property of emitting lines or narrow bands in the visible region(380-780 nm). This study, reports on the development of novel yellow colored flame compositions with enhanced spectral performance in terms of luminous intensity, and color quality to standard Russian yellow tracer. The light intensity and the imprint spectra of developed yellow flares were measured using digital luxmeter and UV e Vis. spectrometer respectively. The main giving of this study is that the light intensity, and color quality of Russian yellow tracer were improved by 287%, and 170% respectively. This was accomplished by means of optimizing the ratio of novel binder to color source using aluminum metal fuel. Aluminumbased formulations were found to maximize the formation of yellow reactive emitting specimens, and to eliminate any interfering incandescent emission resulted from Mg O. Quantification of yellow color emitting specimens in the combustion gaseous products was achieved using chemical equilibrium thermodynamic code named ICT(Institute of Chemical Technology in Germany, Virgin 2008); in an attempt to judge the light quality. This improvement in yellow flare performance established the rule that the emission intensity increases as the reaction temperature increases. In the meantime upper limit of temperature was avoided to maximize the color quality.
