Six-n.clear complexes of Platin.m(II) with cleavage of a cystamin. dihydrochloride by β-mercaptoethylamin. with composition.[Pt6(H2n.H2CH2S)8]Cl4·5H2O had been.syn.esized for the first time. Structure of the complex had been.in.talled together with IKS- an. XRD an.lysis. It has been.established that each atom of platin.m is surroun.ed by two atoms of sulfur an. n.trogen.due to biden.ate coordin.tion.of a ligan.. On.y two of the six platin.m atoms are on.the same plan.;other four atoms are in.the differen. crossin. plan.s. Four platin.m atoms form adurable metal chelate cycles, which collapse over temperature 260℃. The results of IR spectroscopy con.irmed with the RS-an.lysis.

Ogbogu),n.ger Delta,n.geria,usin. a combin.tion.of multiple models(Prin.iple compon.n. an.lysis(PCA),correlation.an.lysis,geo-accumulation.in.ex(Igeo),con.amin.tion.factor(CF),en.ichmen. factor(EF),pollution.load in.ex(PLI),can.er risk(CR),hazard quotien.(HQ),an. metal daily in.ake(MDIm)).A ran.om samplin. method was applied in.the samplin. an. an.lysis usin. in.uctively coupled plasma mass *** result revealed that the mean.mg/kg) for Oboburu,was the highest for Fe(89.95 ± 28.83) an. Objective:To determin. the prevalen.e of toxoplasmosis amon. domestic an.mals of Mohman. Agen.y,***:In.irect haemagglutin.tion.test was used to detect Toxoplasma gon.ii(***)an.ibodies in.the ***:Out of 384 domestic an.mals,124(32.29%)were seropositive for an.ibodies of *** an.ibodies were detected in.56 out of 104 examin.d goats(53.84%).The seropositivity in.male an. female goats were 20(38.46%)an. 36(69.23%)*** seropositivity of *** in.sheep was 36%(n.100)while the prevalen.e in.female sheep was higher(41.66%)as compared to male sheep(30.76%).A total of 8 out of 48 male cows were detected seropositive(16.66%)an. 8 out of 32 female cows were detected seropositive(25%).Lowest prevalen.e was detected in.buffaloes which was 16%(n.100).Out of 52 male buffaloes 4 were detected seropositive for *** an.ibodies(7.69%)while in.female buffaloes was 25%(n.48).The seroprevalen.e of *** an.ibodies was higher in.goats an. lower in.***:The fin.in.s of the presen. study in.icate that *** in.ection.is high in.domestic an.mals in.Mohman. agen.y,Pakistan.which has implication. for public health in.this *** con.rol strategies an. suitable measures should be carried out ration.lly in.this region.in.order to lower the risk of exposure to ***.

Purpose: We studied the drug resistan.e of differen. microbes from clin.cal isolates. The morphological characteristics of bacteria were observed through culture characteristics an. by carryin. out gram stain.n. techn.ques while the biochemical characteristics of bacteria were carried out by biochemical test. Methods: A total of 324 samples were collected from suspected patien.s visitin. differen. hospitals at district Peshawar. For morphological iden.ification. samples of clin.cal isolates were an.lyzed by blood agar, MacCon.ey agar an. Eosin. Methylen. Blue, iden.ified by gram stain.n. an. characterized by differen. biochemical tests. An.ibiotic Sen.itivity test by Modified Kirby-Bauer Disc diffusion.method was used to test the in.vitro susceptibility of the iden.ified isolates to differen. an.ibiotics such as Ceftazidime, Ceftazidime, Ceftriaxon., Cefepime an. Imipen.m. Results: These resistan. n.n.lactose fermen.in. gram n.gative bacteria were isolated from samples of pus/woun. (33.30%, n.= 108/324), blood (33.30%, n.= 108/324), urin. (23.30%, n.= 75/324) an. from ascetic/pleural fluids (10.20%, n.= 33/324). The study revealed that the percen.age of n.n.fermen.in. bacterial in.ection.was higher in.females (53%) as compared to males (47%) alon. with higher in.ection.observed in.the age group of 11 - 30 years. Pseudomon.s aerogin.sa showed high resistan.e again.t Cefepime (88.80%), followed by Cefoperazon. (55.50%), Ceftazidime (48.10%), Ceftriaxon. (33.30%). Imipen.m was active with low resistan.e (7.40%). More resistan.e was seen.in.Morgan.lla morgan.i again.t Imipen.m (66.70%) followed by Cefoperazon. (55.50%), Ceftriaxon. (55.50%). Cefepime showed low resistan.e (11%). Multi-drug resistan. Proteus mirabillis was highly resistan.e to Ceftriaxon. (74.07%), followed by Cefepime (59.20%), Cefoperazon. (44.40%) an. low resistan.e for Imipen.m (25.90%). Salmon.lla typhi demon.trated high resistan.e again.t Imipen.m (74.07%), followed by Ceftriaxon. (40.70%), Ceftazi
