Four isolates of Bacillus subtilis coded,B4,B7,B8 and B10 were examined as biocontrol agents for their abilities and antagonistic effect on the in vitro growth of certain phytopathogenic fungi of peanut,Rhizoctonia solani and sclerotium *** subtilis isolate B4(GenBank accession ***150884)was the highly effective one for inhibiting the fungal mycelial *** fermentation of *** isolate B4 was carried out and the maximum biomass achieved was 4.53 g L-1 at 11 *** subtilis isolate B4 was formulated and evaluated as a biofungicide to reduce peanut soil-borne diseases under greenhouse and field conditions at the side of Rizolex-T(fungicide)as *** by formulated plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)*** B4 and Rizolex-T in a soil infested with ***,*** and mixture of them were more effective in decreasing percentage of damping-off,root and pod rot disease incidence(%)in greenhouse and open field environment during the two seasons 2015 and *** by PGPR gave highly dry weight and number of healthy pods compared to control of fungi treatment which was nearby to dry weights of healthy pods achieved by treatments by Rizolex-T in a soil infested with ***,*** and mixture of *** PGPR *** B4 gave higher increasing of yield percentage than treatment by Rizolex-T in the two evaluated seasons 2015 and *** can conclude that the produced bioforumlated agent was more efficient as fungicide when compared with the other chemical synthesized fungicides,safe for human and the environment and economy.

The present paper paper,we estimate the theory of thermoelasticity a thin slim strip under the variable thermal conductivity in the fractional-order form is *** stress theory considering the equation of heat conduction based on the time-fractional derivative of Caputo of orderis applied to obtain a *** assumed that the strip surface is to be free from traction and impacted by a thermal *** transform of Laplace(LT)and numerical inversion techniques of Laplace were considered for solving the governing basic *** inverse of the LT was applied in a numerical manner considering the Fourier expansion *** numerical results for the physical variables were calculated numerically and displayed via *** parameter of fractional order effect and variation of thermal conductivity on the displacement,stress,and temperature were investigated and compared with the results of previous *** results indicated the strong effect of the external parameters,especially the timefractional derivative parameter on a thermoelastic thin slim strip phenomenon.

This article is aimed at describing the way rotation and magnetic field affect the propagation of waves in an infinite poroelastic cylindrical *** offers a solution with an exact closed *** authors got and examined numerically the general frequency equation for poroelastic ***,they calculated the frequencies of poroelastic bone for different values of the magnetic field and *** the results of previous studies,the authors noticed little frequency dispersion in the wet *** proposed model will be applicable to wide-range parametric projects of bone mechanical *** the vibration of surface waves in rotating cylindrical,long human bones under the magnetic field can have an *** findings of the study are offered in ***,a comparison with the results of the literature is conducted to show the effect of rotation and magnetic field on the wave propagation *** is worth noting that the results of the study highly match those of the literature.

The recent developments in biological and information technologies have resulted in the generation of massive quantities of data it speeds up the process of knowledge discovery from biological *** to the advancements of medical imaging in healthcare decision making,significant attention has been paid by the computer vision and deep learning(DL)*** the same time,the detection and classification of colorectal cancer(CC)become essential to reduce the severity of the disease at an earlier *** existing methods are commonly based on the combination of textual features to examine the classifier results or machine learning(ML)to recognize the existence of *** this aspect,this study focuses on the design of intelligent DL based CC detection and classification(IDL-CCDC)model for bioinformatics *** proposed IDL-CCDC technique aims to detect and classify different classes of *** addition,the IDLCCDC technique involves fuzzy filtering technique for noise removal ***,water wave optimization(WWO)based EfficientNet model is employed for feature extraction ***,chaotic glowworm swarm optimization(CGsO)based variational auto encoder(VAE)is applied for the classification of CC into benign or *** design of WWO and CGsO algorithms helps to increase the overall classification *** performance validation of the IDL-CCDC technique takes place using benchmark Warwick-QU dataset and the results portrayed the supremacy of the IDL-CCDC technique over the recent approaches with the maximum accuracy of 0.969.

BACKGROUND:The Pediatric Infectious Disease society(PIDs)and Infectious Disease society of America(IDsA)published an evidence-based guideline for the treatment of uncomplicated communityacquired pneumonia(CAP)in children,recommending aminopenicillins as the first-line *** guideline compliance with 10%–50%of patients admitted to the hospital receiving narrow-spectrum antibiotics has been reported.A new clinical practice guideline(CPG)was implemented in our emergency department(ED)for uncomplicated *** aim of this study was to examine baseline knowledge and ED provider prescribing patterns pre-and post-CPG ***:Prior to CPG-implementation,an anonymous case-based survey was distributed to evaluate knowledge of the current PIDs/IDsA guideline.A retrospective chart review of patients treated in the ED for CAP from January 2015 to February 2017 was performed to assess prescribing patterns for intravenous(IV)antibiotics in the ED at Children’s National Health system pre-and post-CPG ***:ED providers were aware of the PIDs/IDsA guideline recommendations,with 86.4%of survey responders selecting ampicillin as the initial antibiotic of ***,only 41.2%of patients admitted to the hospital with uncomplicated CAP pre-CPG received ampicillin(Ps no statistically signifi cant increase in ampicillin prescribing post-CPG(P=0.40).CONCLUsIONs:Providers in the ED are aware of the PIDs/IDsA guideline regarding the first-line therapy for uncomplicated CAP;however,this knowledge does not translate into clinical *** of a CPG in isolation did not significantly change prescribing patterns for uncomplicated CAP.

苯乳酸既可以延长饲料保质期又可以提高畜禽生产性能,但目前生物工业化生成苯乳酸的产量很低。为找到高产的菌株,本试验从泡菜中筛选出一株高产苯乳酸菌株,经16s rDNA测序确定该株为乳酸菌属植物乳杆菌。通过单因素试验与正交试验优化其发酵条件,由响应面试验确定外源添加物与温度之间的最佳方案,得到苯乳酸高产方案。结果表明:正交试验和响应面试验确定葡萄糖添加量为25 g/L、玉米浆添加量为5 g/L、接种量为100μL菌液、发酵时间为72 h、苯丙氨酸添加量为8 g/L、柠檬酸添加量为5 g/L、反应温度为33℃时苯乳酸的表达量达到374.26 mg/L,优于未优化前38.97 mg/L的产量。在优化后的植物乳杆菌可以高产苯乳酸,解决原始株表达量低的问题。

This paper describes the analysis and design of an assistive device for elderly people under development at the EgyptJapan University of science and Technology（E-JUsT） named E-JUsT assistive device（EJAD）.several experiments were carried out using a motion capture system（VICON） and inertial sensors to identify the human posture during the sit-to-stand *** EJAD uses only two inertial measurement units（IMUs） fused through an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference systems（ANFIs） algorithm to imitate the real motion of the *** EJAD consists of two main parts,a robot arm and an active *** robot arm is a 2-degree-of-freedom（2-DOF） planar *** addition,a back support with a passive joint is used to support the patient s *** IMUs on the leg and trunk of the patient are used to compensate for and adapt to the EJAD system motion depending on the obtained patient *** ANFIs algorithm is used to train the fuzzy system that converts the IMUs signals to the right posture of the patient.A control scheme is proposed to control the system motion based on practical measurements taken from the experiments.A computer simulation showed a relatively good performance of the EJAD in assisting the patient.

Lymphocytic colitis: A clue to bacterial etiology

AIM： To find out the role of bacteria as a possible etiological factor in lymphocytic colitis. METHODs： Twenty patients with histopathological diagnosis of lymphocytic colitis and 10 normal controls were included in this study. Colonoscopic biopsies were obtained from three sites （hepatic and splenic flexures and rectosigmoid region）. Each biopsy was divided into two parts. A fresh part was incubated on special cultures for bacterial growth. The other part was used for the preparation of histologic tissue sections that were examined for the presence of bacteria with the help of Giemsa stain. REsULTs： Culture of tissue biopsies revealed bacterial growth in 18 out of 20 patients with lymphocytic colitis mostly Escherichia coil （14/18）, which was found in all rectosigmoid specimens （14/14）, but only in 8/14 and 6/14 of splenic and hepatic flexure specimens respectively. In two of these cases, E coli was associated with proteus. Proteus was found only in one case, Klebsiella in two cases, and staphylococcus aureus in one case. In the control group, only 2 out of 10 controls showed the growth of E coli in their biopsy cultures. Histopathology showed rod-shaped bacilli in the tissue sections of 12 out of 14 cases with positive E coli in their specimen＇s culture. None of the controls showed these bacteria in histopathological sections. CONCLUsION： This preliminary study reports an association between E coli and lymphocytic colitis, based on histological and culture observations. serotyping and molecular studies are in process to assess the role of E coli in the pathogenesis of lymphocytic colitis.
