Nanoscale control of grain boundary potential barrier, dopant density and filled trap state density for higher efficiency perovskite solar cells

In this work,grain boundary(GB)potential barrier(ΔφGB),dopant density(Pnet),and filled trap state density(PGB,trap)were manipulated at the nanoscale by exposing the fabricated perovskite films to various relative humidity(Rh)*** mapping of surface potential in the perovskite film revealed higher positive potential at GBs than inside the *** averageΔφGB,Pnet,and PGB,trap in the perovskite films decreased from 0%Rh to 25%Rh exposure,but increased when the Rh increased to 35%Rh and 45%*** clearly indicated that perovskite solar cells fabricated at 25%Rh led to the lowest average GB potential,smallest dopant density,and least filled trap states *** is consistent with the highest photovoltaic efficiency of 18.16%at 25%Rh among the different relative humidities from 0%to 45%Rh.

A pair of unidirectional turbines(UT)can operate in oscillatory airflow without additional ***,this arrangement suffers from poor flow rectification.A fluidic diode(FD)offers variable hydrodynamic resistance based on the flow direction,and this can be coupled with UT to improve flow *** this work,a numerical investigation on the effect of FD with UT is presented using the commercial fluid dynamics software ANSYS Fluent 16.1 with k-ωSST turbulence closure *** domains of UT and FD are numerically validated individually with experimental ***,both are coupled to obtain the combined effect,and these results are compared with the analytical *** was observed that coupling FD with UT improved the unit's performance at the lower flow coefficient(he flow coefficient *** to the diode's presence,fluid leaving the turbine experiences higher resistance at a higher flow coefficient,which decreases the overall performance of the combined unit.

Role of self-help groups on socioeconomic development and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)among rural women in Cooch Behar District,India

This study examines the transformative role of self-help groups(ShGs)in the socioeconomic development of rural women in Cooch Behar District,India,and their contribution toward achieving Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)of the United *** this study,we explored the effect of ShGs on rural women by specifically addressing SDGs,such as no poverty(SDG 1),zero hunger(SDG 2),good health and well-being(SDG 3),quality education(SDG 4),and gender equality(SDG 5).Given this issue,a cross-sectional survey and comparison analyses are needed to assess the socioeconomic development of rural women and their awareness level before and after the participation of rural women in *** survey conducted as part of this study was divided into three sections,namely,demographic characteristics,socioeconomic development,and awareness level,with each focusing on different aspects.A group of 400 individuals who were part of ShGs completed the questionnaire survey *** results showed that the participation of rural women in ShGs significantly improved their socioeconomic development and awareness level,as supported by both mean values and t test *** in ShGs and microcredit programs were the major elements that boosted the socioeconomic development of rural women,which also achieves SDGs 1,2,3,4,and *** study revealed that participation in ShGs and related financial services significantly aided rural women in economically disadvantaged communities in accumulating savings and initiating entrepreneurial ***,participation in ShGs was instrumental in enhancing the self-confidence,self-efficacy,and overall self-esteem of rural ***,doing so enabled them to move more freely for work and other activities and to make family and common decisions.

Telemarketing is a well-established marketing approach to offering products and services to prospective *** effectiveness of such an approach,however,is highly dependent on the selection of the appropriate consumer base,as reaching uninterested customers will induce annoyance and consume costly enterprise resources in vain while missing interested *** introduction of business intelligence and machine learning models can positively influence the decision-making process by predicting the potential customer base,and the existing literature in this direction shows promising ***,the selection of influential features and the construction of effective learning models for improved performance remain a ***,from the modelling perspective,the class imbalance nature of the training data,where samples with unsuccessful outcomes highly outnumber successful ones,further compounds the problem by creating biased and inaccurate ***,customer preferences are likely to change over time due to various reasons,and/or a fresh group of customers may be targeted for a new product or service,necessitating model retraining which is not addressed at all in existing works.A major challenge in model retraining is maintaining a balance between stability(retaining older knowledge)and plasticity(being receptive to new information).To address the above issues,this paper proposes an ensemble machine learning model with feature selection and oversampling techniques to identify potential customers more accurately.A novel online learning method is proposed for model retraining when new samples are available over *** newly introduced method equips the proposed approach to deal with dynamic data,leading to improved readiness of the proposed model for practical adoption,and is a highly useful addition to the *** experiments with real-world data show that the proposed approach achieves excellent results in all cases(e.g.,98.6

This study designs a microstrip patch antenna with an inverted T-type notch in the partial ground to detect tumorcells inside the human *** size of the current antenna is small enough(18mm×21mm×1.6mm)todistribute around the breast *** operating frequency has been observed from6–14Ghzwith a minimumreturn loss of−61.18 dB and themaximumgain of current proposed antenna is 5.8 dBiwhich is flexiblewith respectto the size of *** the distribution of eight antennas around the breast phantom,the return loss curveswere observed in the presence and absence of tumor cells inside the breast phantom,and these observations showa sharp difference between the presence and absence of tumor *** simulated results show that this proposedantenna is suitable for early detection of cancerous cells inside the breast.

XPS Studies on Electroless As-Deposited and Annealed Ni-P Films

Electroless deposition has been used to deposit Ni-P films on glass slides using the reducing agent sodium hypophosphite. This has been done with a purpose to use Ni-P films as back contact for silicon carbide radiation detectors. By keeping deposition time, temperature, ph and concentration of the precursor solution constant, the film deposition has been done. XPS studies were done to analyze the composition and stoichiometry of Ni-P thin films.

Spatio-temporal variation and relationship between agricultural efficiency and irrigation intensity in a semi-arid region of India

A surging population in Karnataka State,a semi-arid region in India,poses a threat to both food security and livelihood sustainability,necessitating a concentrated effort to bolster agricultural efficiency and achieve United Naton’s Sustainable Development Goal 2(zero hunger).Therefore,in order to address the pressing issue of food scarcity in Karnataka,this study meticulously examined the spatio-temporal variation of agricultural efficiency and irrigation intensity in Karnataka,uncovering its significant dependence of agricultural efficiency on irrigation ***,this study used a one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)to ascertain significant differences in the means of agricultural efficiency and irrigation intensity during 2004-2005 and *** study showed that the maximum improvement in agricultural efficiency index was recorded in Belgaum(40.24),Gulbarga(24.77),and Yadgir districts(22.92)between 2004-2005 and 2018-2019,which indicated the progressing trend and better scope for agriculture *** the contrary,some districts expressed threat(a decline of above 20.00 of agricultural efficiency index)and needed special care for the improvement of agricultural efficiency in four northern districts(Bagalkot,Bidar,Raichur,and Bijapur),three southern districts(Chitradurga,Chikballapur and hassan),and two southern districts(Koppal and Gadag)in *** 2004-2005,irrigation intensity varied from 3.19%to 56.39%,with the lowest irrigation intensity in Kodagu District and the highest irrigation intensity in Shimoga *** 2018-2019,irrigation intensity changed from 0.77%to 72.77%,with the lowest irrigation intensity in Kodagu District and the highest in Dakshin Kannad ***,the research scrutinized the complex relationship between agricultural efficiency and irrigation intensity,with the correlation coefficient increased from 0.162 during 2004-2005 to 0.255 during *** implies that in both periods,a low positive
