In this pa.er, the dust pa.ticle surfa.e potentia. for a.gon-helium pla.ma.is eva.ua.ed a.a.ytica.ly a.d numerica.ly in the context of nega.ively cha.ged dust pa.ticles by employing a.power-la.(r, q)-distribution function. Recent studies ha.e reported the a.gon-helium pla.ma.a.d conducted a.brief theoretica. a.d experimenta. survey. To deepen our understa.ding further, this study a.ms to a.a.yze the a.gon-helium pla.ma.comprehensively using the sa.e pa.tern but with the(r, q)-distribution function. For this purpose, the current ba.a.ce equa.ions a.e derived for electron, helium a.d a.gon ions, when these cha.ge species a.ta.n the qua.ineutra.ity *** numerica.ly exa.ined the currents of pla.ma.species for a.broa. ra.ge of effective distribution function pa.a.eters r a.d q. It is revea.ed tha. the surfa.e potentia. of dust pa.ticles is significa.tly a.fected by the pa.a.eters r a.d q, helium ion-to-electron tempera.ure ra.io,a.gon ion-to-electron tempera.ure ra.io, a.d helium ion to a.gon ion number density ra.io. By incorpora.ing the multi-ion(a.gon-helium) species, the significa.ce of low-tempera.ure nonma.wellia. dusty(complex) pla.ma.is briefly exa.ined.
