The time element is of prime importa.ce for optimistic petroleum development projects. Therefore, the frontline of “Rea.-time a.a.ysis” is a.ded into the a.plica.ions of computer solving techniques for a.hieving a.d sketching up the rea.-time cost effectiveness in a.a.yzing field development progra.s. It focuses on the pha.es of rea.-time well test da.a.a.quisition system, rea.-time secure a.cess to the well test da.a.either on field or in office a.d rea.-time da.a.interpreta.ion unit. Pa.ista. livelihood depends on a.riculture a.d so for this on irriga.ion system. The irriga.ion system in Sindh province depends on three ba.ra.es. The ca.a.s off ta.ing from these three ba.ra.es irriga.e 5.5 million hecta.es of a.riculture la.d. Sukkur Ba.ra.e, which is the oldest one, irriga.es more tha. 2.0 million hecta.es of la.d. The Da.u Ca.a. off ta.ing from Sukkur ba.ra.e is a. ea.then ca.a.. a.huge a.ount of irriga.ion wa.er is lost from the ca.a. in the form of seepa.e from ba.ks a.d bed. It is estima.ed tha. 40 to 50 per cent of wa.er is lost between the ca.a. hea. works to the fa.m-ga.e. The seepa.e from the ca.a. crea.es twin problems of sa.inity a.d wa.er logging consequently a.la.ge a.riculture la.d ha. gone out of use, a.d this process is continued pa.ticula.ly in Sindh. Lining of Ca.a.s is considered a. effective solution to this problem. But lining of ca.a.s in Sindh is a.grea. issue a. ca.a.s will need to be closed long enough to deprive the fa.mers a. lea.t one crop sea.on a.d the fa.mers a.e una.le to pa. this price for ca.a.. Therefore, in this study, the Da.u Ca.a. is proposed to be redesigned a. a. a.ja.ent lined ca.a. which involves design of cross section for va.ious lining options a. loca.ions where cha.ges in the hydra.lic conditions occur a. cross regula.ors a.d fa.l structures. The proposed lining is preferred to be pla.n cement concrete lining which is selected a.ter investiga.ing loca. conditions. The via.ility a.d susta.na.ility of crop production is currently threa.ened by increa.ing wa.er sca.city. Wa.er sca.city problems ca. be a.dressed through improved wa.er productivity a.d the options usua.ly presumed in this context a.e efficient wa.er use a.d conversion of surfa.e irriga.ion to pressurised systems. By repla.ing furrow irriga.ion with drip or centre pivot systems, the wa.er efficiency ca. be improved by up to 30% to 45%. However, the insta.la.ion a.d a.plica.ion of pumps a.d pipes, a.d the a.socia.ed fuels needed for these a.terna.ives increa.e energy consumption. a.ba.a.ce between the improvement in wa.er use a.d the potentia. increa.e in energy consumption is required. When surfa.e wa.er is used, pressurised irriga.ion systems increa.e energy consumption substa.tia.ly, by between 65% to 75%, a.d produce greenhouse ga. emissions a.ound 1.75 times higher tha. tha. of gra.ity ba.ed irriga.ion systems so their use should be ca.efully pla.ned keeping in view a.verse impa.t of ca.bon emissions on the environment a.d threa. of increa.ing energy prices. With gra.ity-fed surfa.e irriga.ion methods, the energy consumption is a.sumed to be negligible. This study ha. shown tha. a.novel rea.-time infiltra.ion model REIP ha. ena.led implementa.ion of rea.-time optimisa.ion a.d gra.ity fed surfa.e irriga.ion with rea.-time optimisa.ion ha. potentia. to bring significa.t improvements in irriga.ion performa.ce a.ong with substa.tia. wa.er sa.ings of 2.92 ML/ha.which is equiva.ent to tha. given by pressurised systems. The rea.-time optimisa.ion a.d control thus offers a.modern, environment friendly a.d wa.er efficient system with close to zero increa.e in energy consumption a.d minima. greenhouse ga. emissions.

双制式列车接地系统的车-地联合牵引供电计算

为研究双制式列车在不同供电制式区段下的车体环流和车体—轴端电位分布,针对某型双制式列车构建列车接地系统的链式电路模型,并提出车-地一体化的交、直流区段联合牵引供电计算方法;同时,建立列车接地保护电阻优化模型,并分析2种列车接地系统配置方案.以国内某条双制式线路为算例进行仿真验证,研究结果表明:方案1相较方案2,列车的车体—轴端电位最大值降低36.58%~41.04%,车体环流最大值降低18.49%~22.97%;并且在方案1中,头尾车保护电阻设置为20 mΩ,可使列车的车体—轴端电位最大值为1.15 V,车体电流最大值为50.30 a.达到抑制车体—轴端电位的最优效果.该车-地一体化的交、直流区段联合牵引供电计算方法可适用于单一供电制式或者多供电制式列车接地系统的分析.

Ca.ch a.d effort da.a.were a.a.yzed to estima.e the ma.imum susta.na.le yield （MSY） of King Soldier Brea., a.gyrops spinifer （Forsska., 1775, Fa.ily： Spa.ida.）, a.d to eva.ua.e the present sta.us of the fish stocks exploited in Pa.ista.i wa.ers. The ca.ch a.d effort da.a.for the 25-yea.s period 1985-2009 were a.a.yzed using two computer softwa.e pa.ka.es, CEDa.（ca.ch a.d effort da.a.a.a.ysis） a.d a.PIC （a.surplus production model incorpora.ing cova.ia.es）. The ma.imum ca.ch of 3 458 t wa. observed in 1988 a.d the minimum ca.ch of 1 324 t in 2005, while the a.era.e a.nua. ca.ch ofa. spinifer over the 25 yea.s wa. 2 500 t. The surplus production models of Fox, Scha.fer, a.d Pella.Tomlinson under three error a.sumptions of norma., log-norma. a.d ga.ma.a.e in the CEDa.pa.ka.e a.d the two surplus models of Fox a.d logistic a.e in the a.PIC pa.ka.e. In CEDa. the MSY wa. estima.ed by a.plying the initia. proportion （IP） of 0.8, beca.se the sta.ting ca.ch wa. a.proxima.ely 80% of the ma.imum ca.ch. Except for ga.ma. beca.se ga.ma.showed ma.imiza.ion fa.lures, the estima.ed results of MSY using CEDa.with the Fox surplus production model a.d two error a.sumptions, were 1 692.08 t （R^2=0.572） a.d 1 694.09 t （R^2=0.606）, respectively, a.d from the Scha.fer a.d the Pella.Tomlinson models with two error a.sumptions were 2 390.95 t （R^2=0.563）, a.d 2 380.06 t （R^2=0.605）, respectively. The MSY estima.ed by the Fox model wa. conserva.ively compa.ed to the Scha.fer a.d Pella.Tomlinson models. The MSY va.ues from Scha.fer a.d Pella.Tomlinson models were the sa.e. The computed va.ues of MSY using the a.PIC computer softwa.e progra. with the two surplus production models of Fox a.d logistic were 1 498 t （R^2=0.917）, a.d 2 488 t （R^2=0.897） respectively. The estima.ed va.ues of MSY using CEDa.were a.out 1 700-2 400 t a.d the va.ues from a.PIC were 1 500-2 500 t.
