Curved shells are increasingly utilized in applied engineering due to their shared characteristics with other sandwich structures,f.exibility,and attractive ***,the inability of.controlling and regulating vibrations and destroying them.af.erward is a challenge to *** this paper,the curve shell equations and a linear quadratic regulator are adopted f.r the state f.edback design to m.nage the structure vibrations in state space f.rm..A f.ve-layer sandwich doubly curved m.cro-com.osite shell,com.rising two piezoelectric layers f.r the sensor and actuator,is m.deled by the f.urth-order shear def.rm.tion *** core(honeycom.,truss,and corrugated)is analyzed f.r the bearing of.transverse shear *** results show that the honeycom. core has a greater ef.ect on the *** the param.ters related to the core and the weight percentage of.graphene increase,the f.equency *** unif.rm.distribution of.graphene platelets results in the lowest natural f.equency while the natural f.equency ***,without taking into account the piezoelectric layers,the third-order shear def.rm.tion theory(TSDT)and f.urth-order shear def.rm.tion theory(f.SDT)align ***,when the piezoelectric layers are incorporated,these two theories diverge signif.cantly,with the f.equencies in the f.SDT being lower than those in the TSDT.

The optim.m.levels of.Lysine and Glutam.ne needed f.r growth perf.rm.nce and m.intenance of.the chicken broilers were evaluated in a random.zed 3 × 4 f.ctorial arrangem.nt of.dietary treatm.nts. The battery cages m.asured 99 × 66 × 25 cm.that can be suf.icient f.r 5 birds. Day old Chicken broilers totaling 180 were assigned to dietary treatm.nts com.rising of.3 concentrations of.Lysine (0.85, 1.14, and 1.42) each in com.ination with 4 concentrations of.Glutam.ne (0, 1, 2, and 3). Each dietary treatm.nt was replicated 3 tim.s and each replication had 5 birds. The birds were given f.ed and water ad libitum.with a 23-hour light regim.n f.r a period of.4 weeks. Then, the experim.ntal birds were evaluated f.r body weight gain, f.ed consum.tion, and f.ed conversion in order to determ.ne their optim.m.requirem.nt f.r dietary Lysine and Glutam.ne. Based on the f.ndings of.this study, the highest perf.rm.nce was observed in birds f.d the diet supplem.nted with 1.42 lysine and 1% glutam.ne, but the highest im.rovem.nt in f.ed conversion was observed in diet contain 1.14 and 1.42 with 1% and 3% glutam.ne, respectively. Birds f.d 1.42 lysine and 1% glutam.ne had the highest total body weight gain and f.ed consum.tion. The lysine requirem.nts in the diet f.r Chicken are between 1.14 and 1.42 with glutam.ne level of.1%.

In m.st f.rm.ng system. newly introduced com.ercial f.rtilizers to be accepted, adopted and used by f.rm.rs, their ef.ectiveness and appropriate application rates m.st be exhibited. This study was conducted to validate the ef.ect and rates of.a bio-f.rtilizer (super agric) on oil palm.seedling growth. The trial was laid out in a random.zed com.lete block design (RCBD) with three application rates of.0, 4 and 8 m./L of.water (treatm.nts) replicated thrice. f.llowing the application of.super agric to oil palm.seedlings f.r a period of.six m.nths, observations drawn f.om.the analysis of.growth data were as f.llows: Three m.nths af.er treatm.nt, super agric signif.cantly (P f.oil palm.seedling com.ared to those which were not applied with super agric. The results also showed that when super agric was applied at a rate of.4 m./L, the leaf.length and breadth were higher com.ared to the control were super agric was not used. f.rtherm.re, applications of.super agric im.roved oil palm.seedling nitrogen uptake by 31% in treatm.nt groups as com.ared to the control which explained the height and breadth increase in the oil palm.seedlings that were applied with super agric. On the other hand, the ef.ect of.super agric application on phosphorus uptake by seedlings was not signif.cant. Although the height, breadth, leaf.width and length were all signif.cantly af.ected by super agric application, the num.er of.oil palm.leaves and spears were not af.ected f.r the period the experim.nt was conducted. Six m.nths af.er application of.super agric the growth of.oil palm.seedlings was f.vorably im.acted, hence we recom.end super agric to be prom.ted am.ng oil palm.seedling growers.

HACEK organism. represent a rare but im.ortant group of.causative pathogens in endocarditis. These bacteria have historically been associated with culture-negative endocarditis;however, m.dern laboratory techniques have m.de this less com.on. In this case, we present a 74-year-old m.n who presented with acute onset altered m.ntation, f.ver, and sepsis. He was ultim.tely f.und to have Haem.philus inf.uenzae m.ningitis, cerebral em.yem., aortic valve endocarditis, psoas m.ositis, and L2 - L3 diskitis with osteom.elitis. Although HACEK organism. are com.only f.und in the oropharynx and upper respiratory tract in hum.ns, our patient did not report recent preceding dental or ENT procedures. H. inf.uenzae is responsible f.r approxim.tely 0.16% of.all cases of.bacterial endocarditis, representing a very lim.ted subset. Although generally considered low virulent pathogens, this case dem.nstrates the unusual extent of.inf.ction f.om.a HACEK organism. H. inf.uenzae, causing aortic valve endocarditis as well as atypical non-cardiac sequelae, including acute m.ningitis.

Calix[n]arenes was utilized to detect PABA,the prim.ry sunscreen *** study investigates the interaction of.calix[4]arene(C4),calix[6]arene(C6),and PABA using the Langm.ir m.thod and f.rst-principle density f.nctional theory(Df.).Using the Langm.ir-Schaef.r(LS)technique,an ultrathin f.lm.com.osed of.calix[n]arenes and their com.lexes with PABA was deposited on various *** on the Langm.ir study,the PABA m.lecule was bonded to the lower rim. of.both C4 and C6 with the host-guest ratio of.1:*** of.the LS f.lm. f.rm.d were then characterized by ultravioletvisible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),f.urier-transf.rm.inf.ared spectroscopy(f.IR)and carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen,sulf.r elem.ntal analyzer(CHNS).The band gap reduction obtained in the Df. study denotes the charge transf.r interaction with prom.sing reactivity between the calix[n]arenes and *** sensing of.PABA by C4 and C6 is successf.l based on the f.rm.tion of.bonding between them.due to the hosts’ef.ective trapping *** outcom.s of.this study could be applied to drug delivery system. f.r f.ture pharm.ceutical and m.dical applications.

The captive white-tailed deer industry has an estim.ted im.act of.1.6 billion USD in the state of.Texas alone. However, nutritional requirem.nts f.r cervids are determ.ned through research based on sheep and goats. The objective of.this study was to determ.ne the ef.ects of.zinc on dif.erences in dry m.tter digestibility in vitro f.r white-tailed does (Odocoileus virginianus). Deer (n = 2) were ethically harvested, rum.ns were collected, and placed into a cooler containing warm.water. Rum.n contents were agitated, and f.uid was f.ltered using cheese cloth while applying CO2. f.uid was placed into f.ur separate incubator jars with f.lter bags containing a 1:1 alf.lf. to coastal hay blend. Zinc doses of.0.073 m./kg/d equivalents were added to two of.the jars ( Zn), and the additional two jars received 0.00 m./kg/d (CON). f.llowing 48 h of.incubation, in vitro true digestibility (IVTD) showed no signif.cant dif.erences between the control and the treatm.nt groups. Average dry m.tter digested in vitro was 91.87% and 95.13%, respectively. There were no dif.erences detected in ADf. NDf. IVTD, or Om.between the treatm.nt groups. While no detectable dif.erences were observed in this study, this m.thodology did prove to be viable and f.nctional f.r m.crobial digestion in vitro. This study can be replicated with m.ltiple experim.ntal units to conf.rm.the observations of.increased digestibility. f.rm.l nutritional guidelines can be created to allow f.r m.re ef.icient f.eding of.cervids thereby reducing f.ed costs and continuing the growth of.the captive deer industry.

The aim.of.the present study was to determ.ne the prevalence of.bovine cysticercosis in both cattle and buf.loas, in Egypt and to assess the cysticidal ef.icacy of.Balanites aegyptiaca f.uits (B. aegyptiaca) and m.ringa oleif.ra seeds (m. oleif.ra) extracts in experim.ntally inf.cted m.ce. The study detected the level of.tum.r necrosis f.ctor (TNf.α) to m.nitor the im.une and inf.am.atory responses of.experim.ntally inf.cted m.ce. Through m.at inspection, a total num.er of.2125 m.le bovine, 2 to 5 years old, (1125 cattle and 1000 buf.loes) were exam.ned under the authority of.Albsatine and Alwaraq of.icial abattoirs in Cairo Governorate, Egypt covering the period extended f.om.m.rch 2022 to April 2023. The overall prevalence of.the disease am.ng bovine was 7.8% (6.31% of.cattle and 9.5% of.buf.loes). Besides, B. aegyptiaca and m. oleif.ra extracts showed cysticidal activity in experim.ntally inf.cted m.ce. A decrease in the num.ers of.cysticerci was f.und in all treated m.ce groups, and up to 88% reduction was achieved in the B. aegyptiaca-treated group;higher than that was recorded in both m. oleif.ra (72.23%) and albendazole-treated ones (80.56%). Postm.rtem.f.ndings proved that m. oleif.ra and B. aegyptiaca reduced cysticerci num.ers com.arable to a com.ercial anthelm.ntic. The study showed a signif.cant decrease (P 0.001) in TNf.α levels af.er treatm.nt with Balanites and m.ringa extracts, com.ared with the untreated control and the albendazole-treated groups.

Knowledge regarding the inf.uence of.individual traits on interaction patterns in nature can help understand the topological role of.individuals within a network of.intrapopulation *** tested hypotheses on the relationships between individuals'positions within networks(specialization and centrality)of.4 populations of.the m.use opossum.Gracilinanus agilis and their traits(i.e.,body length,body condition,tail length relative to body length,sex,reproductive condition,and botf.y parasitism.and also seasonal ef.ects in the Brazilian *** with lower body length,better body condition,and relatively shorter tail were m.re specialized(i.e.,less connected within the network).Individuals were also m.re specialized and less connected during the warm.wet *** relationship between individuals'position in the network and body traits,however,was independent of.*** propose that specialization m.y arise not only as a result of.pref.rred f.ed-ing strategies by m.re capable individuals(i.e.,those with better body condition and potentially prone to def.nd and access high-quality f.od resources)but alsobecause of.m.rphological ***/younger individuals(consequently with less experience in f.raging)and short-tailed individuals(less skilled to explore the vertical strata of.the vegetation)would f.ed only on a subset of.the available f.od resources and consequently becom. m.re ***,individuals are m.re specialized during the warm.wet season because of.high com.etition(population-dense period)and higher ecological opportunities(resource-rich period).Theref.re,our study reveals the relevance of.individual traits inshaping interactionpatternsandspecialization inpopulations.
