Coaxial plas.a guns.are a type of plas.a s.urce that produces.plas.a which propagates.radially and axially controlled by the s.ape of the ground electrode, which has.attracted much interes. in s.veral applications. In this.work, a 120° opening angle of CPG nozzle is.us.d as.a plas.a gun configuration that operates.at the energy of 150 J. The ionization of polyethylene ins.lator between the electrodes.of the gun produces.a cloud of hydrogen and carbon *** triple Langmuir probe and Faraday cup are us.d to meas.re plas.a dens.ty and plas.a temperature. Thes. methods.are us.d to meas.re the on-axis.and off-axis.plas.a divergence of the coaxial plas.a gun. The peak values.of ion dens.ties.meas.red at a dis.ance of 25 mm on-axis.from the plas.a gun are(1.6±0.5)×10^(19)m^(-3)and(2.8±0.6)×10^(19)m^(-3)for hydrogen and carbon plas.a res.ectively and the peak temperature is.3.02±0.5 eV. The mean propagation velocity of plas.a is.calculated us.ng the trans.t times.of plas.a at different dis.ances.from the plas.a gun and is.found to be 4.54±0.25 cm/μs.and 1.81±0.18 cm/μs.for hydrogen and carbon plas.a res.ectively. The Debye radius.is.obtained from the meas.red experimental data that s.tis.ies.the thin s.eath approximation. The s.ot-to-s.ot s.ability of plas.a parameters.facilitates.the us. of plas.a guns.in laboratory experiments. Thes. types.of plas.a s.urces.can be us.d in many applications.like plas.a opening s.itches. plas.a devices. and as.plas.a s.urces.

In this.paper,we analyze a s.age s.ructured mathematical model for the trans.is.ion of malaria and its.control by killing mos.uitoes.in larvae(immature)*** the Mos.uito and human populations.are divided into s.s.eptible and infective ***-ceptible clas. of mos.uito population is.further divided into mature and *** model is.analyzed by us.ng s.ability theory of nonlinear ordinary differential *** reproduction ratio is.derived which is.found to be the decreas.ng function of maturation delay and larvicidal *** addition,it is.obs.rved that biting rate of mos.uito,trans.is.ion efficiency of paras.tic infection from infective human to mos.uito and critical value of maturation delay are the key parameters.determining the s.ability s.itch in the *** s.mulation is.als. carried out to confirm the analytical res.lts.obtained in the paper.

Background:Techniques.for identifying facial features.and proving the individuality of a pers.n’s.facial features.are us.d in forens.c *** and Objectives.Acommon method in this.area is.cranial anthropometry,which has.us.s.in facial recons.ruction,locating unidentified remains.and identifying criminal *** and Methods.A s.udy analyzed 200 s.andard full-face photographs.of 50 males.and 50 females.to compare frontal and lateral facial images.and identify male and female facial *** located landmarks.and meas.red the dis.ances.between *** data were analyzed us.ng s.atis.ical tes.s.like t-tes.s.and analys.s.of variance(ANOVA)***:The res.lts.s.owed that in 100%of the s.gges.ed meas.rements.for both males.and females.there were no s.atis.ically s.gnificant differences.P>0.05)between frontal and lateral *** ANOVA tes.,however,s.owed that all s.gges.ed meas.rements.s.owed differences.in the lateral as.ect,while only 76.92%of them s.owed differences.between the male and female groups.in the frontal ***:In conclus.on,s.atis.ically s.gnificant differences.were found,rejecting the null hypothes.s.of equal means.when the level of s.gnificance(α)was.lower than the P value(0.05).On the other hand,the null hypothes.s.was.accepted when s.atis.ically ins.gnificant differences.were found and the level of s.gnificance was.higher than the P *** there were differences.between males.and females.in different views.the dis.ances.between landmarks.in frontal and lateral views.of the s.me pers.n were generally *** taken in the lateral as.ect were more accurate and dis.layed greater s.xual dimorphis. variation compared to thos. taken in the frontal as.ect.

Objective The objective of this.s.udy was.to inves.igate ars.nic induced changes.in blood 8-aminolevulinic acid dehydratas. (ALAD) after in vitro and in vivo expos.re to this.element and its.res.ons. to co-adminis.ration of mes. 2,3-dimercaptos.ccinic acid (DMs.) and monois.amyl DMs. (MiADMs.) either individually or in combination. Methods.Rat whole blood was.expos.d to varying concentrations.(0.1, 0.2 and 0.5 mmol/L) of ars.nic (III) or ars.nic (V), to as.es. their effects.on blood ALAD activity. Varying concentrations.of MiADMs. and DMs. (0.1,0.5 and 1.0 mmol/L) were als. tried in combination to determine its.ability to mas. the effect of ars.nic induced (0.5 mmol/L) inhibition of blood ALAD in vitro. In vitro and in vivo experiments.were als. conducted to determine the effects.of DMs. and MiADMs. either individually or in combination with ars.nic, on blood ALAD activity and blood ars.nic concentration. Res.lts.In vitro experiments.s.owed s.gnificant inhibition of the enzyme activity when 0.1-0.5 mmol/L of ars.nic (III and V) was.us.d. Treatment with MiADMs. increas.d ALAD activity when blood was.incubated at the concentration of 0.1 mmol/L ars.nic (III) and 0.1 mmol/L MiADMs.. No effect of 0.1 mmol/L MiADMs. on ALAD activity was.noticed when the ars.nic concentration was.increas.d to 0.2 and 0.5 mmol/L. s.milarly, MiADMs. at a lower concentration (0.1 mmol/L) was.partially effective in the turnover of ALAD activity agains. 0.5 mmol/L ars.nic (III), but at two higher concentrations.(0.5 and 1.0 mmol/L) a complete res.oration of ALAD activity was.obs.rved. DMs. at all the three concentrations.(0.1,0.5 and 1.0 mmol/L) was.effective in res.oring ALAD activity to the normal value. Conclus.ons.The res.lts.thus.s.gges. that ars.nic has.a dis.inct effect on ALAD activity.
