Studies have shown that acellular nerve xenografts do not require immunosuppression and use of acellular nerve xenografts for repair of peripheral nerve injury is safe and ***,there is currently no widely accepted standard chemical decellularization *** purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of bovine-derived nerves decellularized by the modified Hudson’s protocol in the repair of rat sciatic nerve *** the modified Hudson’s protocol,Triton X-200 was replaced by Triton X-100,and DNase and RNase were used to prepare accelular nerve *** efficiency of bovine-derived nerves decellularized by the modified Hudson’s protocol was tested in vitro by hematoxylin&eosin,Alcian blue,Masson’s trichrome,and Luxol fast blue staining,immunohistochemistry,and biochemical *** decellularization approach excluded cells,myelin,and axons of nerve xenografts,without affecting the organization of nerve *** decellularized nerve xenograft was used to bridge a 7 mm-long sciatic nerve defect to evaluate its efficiency in the repair of peripheral nerve *** 8 weeks after transplantation,sciatic function index in rats subjected to transplantation of acellular nerve xenograft was similar to that in rats undergoing transplantation of nerve *** analysis revealed that there were a large amount of regenerated myelinated axons in acellular nerve xenograft;the number of Schwann cells in the acellular nerve xenograft was similar to that in the nerve *** findings suggest that acellular nerve xenografts prepared by the modified Hudson’s protocol can be used for repair of peripheral nerve *** study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee,Research and Technology Chancellor of Guilan University of Medical Sciences,Iran(approval ***.1395.332)on February 11,2017.

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies worldwide. With current therapeutic approaches the prognosis of gastric cancer is very poor, as gastric cancer accounts for the second most common cause of death in cancer related deaths. Gastric cancer like almost all other cancers has a molecular genetic basis which relies on disruption in normal cellular regulatory mechanisms regarding cell growth, apoptosis and cell division. Thus novel therapeutic approaches such as gene therapy promise to become the alternative choice of treatment in gastric cancer. In gene therapy, suicide genes, tumor suppressor genes and anti-angiogenesis genes among many others are introduced to cancer cells via vectors. Some of the vectors widely used in gene therapy are Adenoviral vectors. This review provides an update of the new developments in adenoviral cancer gene therapy including strategies for inducing apoptosis, inhibiting metastasis and targeting the cancer cells.

Comparison of different cationic polymers efficacy in fabrication of alginate multilayer microcapsules

In past decades, alginate-based multilayer microcapsules have been given important attention in various pharmaceutical investigations. Alginate-poly l lysine-alginate(APA) is studied the most. Due to the similarity between the structure of polyethyleneimine(PEI) and poly-L-lysine(PLL) and also lower price of PEI than PLL, this study was conducted to compare the efficacy of linear(LPEI) and branch(BPEI) forms of PEI with PLL as covering layers in fabrication of microcapsules. The microcapsules were fabricated using electrostatic bead generator and their shape/size, surface roughness, mechanical strength, and interlayer interactions were also investigated using optical microscopy, AFM, explosion test and FTIR, respectively. Furthermore, cytotoxicity was evaluated by comparing the two anionic final covering layers alginate(Alg) and sodium cellulose sulphate(NCS) using MTT test. BPEI was excluded from the rest of the study due to its less capacity to strengthen the microcapsules and also the aggregation of the resultant alginate-BPEI-alginate microcapsules, while LPEI showed properties similar to PLL. MTT test also showed that NCS has no superiority over Alg as final covering layer. Therefore, it is concluded that, LPEI could be considered as a more cost effective alternative to PLL and a promising subject for future studies.

Large-scale annual climate indices were used to forecast annual drought conditions in the Maharlu-Bakhtegan watershed,located in Iran,using a neuro-fuzzy *** Standardized Precipitation Index(SPI) was used as a proxy for drought *** the 45 climate indices considered,eight identified as most relevant were the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO),Atlantic Meridional Mode(AMM),the Bivariate ENSO Time series(BEST),the East Central Tropical Pacific Surface Temperature(NINO 3.4),the Central Tropical Pacific Surface Temperature(NINO 4),the North Tropical Atlantic Index(NTA),the Southern Oscillation Index(SOI),and the Tropical Northern Atlantic Index(TNA).These indices accounted for 81% of the variance in the Principal Components Analysis(PCA) *** Atlantic surface temperature(SST:Atlantic) had an inverse relationship with SPI,and the AMM index had the highest *** forecasts of neuro-fuzzy model demonstrate better prediction at a two-year lag compared to a stepwise regression model.

本文建立了一个基于分式布朗运动的Black-Scholes模型研究股票价格,利用百度(BIDU)和腾讯(TCEHY)两个信息技术公司的股票价格真实数据进行了实证分析和随机模拟。本文对比了传统的基于布朗运动的模型,采用一种新的方法——由分式布朗运动驱动的随机微分方程——进行模型的改进,使用离散化方法和MATLAB软件,分别对百度(BIDU)和腾讯(TCEHY)公司的股票价格进行了模拟,用模型ARPE精度指标进行了两种模型模拟结果的比较。结果表明,分式布朗运动更准确的预测了股票的收盘价格分式布朗运动更准确的预测了股票的收盘价格。本文还较为详细的介绍了布朗运动模型和分式布朗运动模型的概念、构造和相关性质。

Canopy shaking system is one of the research hotspots for large-scale mechanized fruits *** rods considered as one of the essential components of canopy shaker are responsible for transferring mechanical energy from shaking mechanism to different regions of tree *** transfer depends on the characteristics of the shaking rods that directly strike the tree *** order to evaluate the effects of the shaking rods on tree damage level and fruit removal percentage,three kinds of shaking rods with different materials or shapes were *** on the results of bending deformation tests,it was proven that the rigid shaking rod(R_(1))with the material of Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC)did more resistance against producing bending deformation in comparison with the other two types of shaking rods with the material of Polyamide Nylon 12(PA).By contrast,the position close to the free end of the flexible shaking rod was easier to be deformed by less external *** addition,dynamic analysis and vibration performance tests indicated that the rigid shaking rod could produce stronger vibration with higher shaking frequency of 4.8 Hz and maximum acceleration of 31.4 m/s^(2).Finally,the results of field trials indicated that the flexible bow-shaped shaking rod(R_(3))has a better widespread performance to achieve comparative higher fruit removal percentage up to 82.6%while producing lower tree damage rate of 5.36%.This study demonstrates that the materials or shapes of the shaking rod could significantly influence the fruit detachment rate and tree damage *** study would provide an essential reference for the application of shaking rods for canopy shaker.

Gas condensate is one of the most different fluids in reservoir simulation due to retrograde condensation in case of pressure *** this kind of fluids,two phenomena named negative inertia and positive coupling,become significant in the high velocity zone around the *** this study,a modified black oil simulator is developed that take into account the velocity dependent relative *** the industrial simulator that assumes linear variation of transmissibilities by pressure,modified black oil nonlinear equations are solved directly without *** developed code is validated by ECLIPSE *** behavior of two real gas condensate fluids,a lean and a rich one,are compared with each *** each fluid,simulations of PVT experiments are carried out to calculate black oil property applying Coats approach for gas condensate *** both fluids,the proposed models for gas condensate velocity dependent relative permeability show different influence of velocity on relative permeability in the same ***,it is observed that higher flow rate of gas production leads to more condensate production during constant rate well testing.
