Objective:The aim of this study was to identify hub genes associated with immune cell infiltration in breast cancer through bioinformatic analyses of multiple ***:Nonparametric(NOISeq)and robust rank aggregation-ranked parametric(EdgeR)methods were used to assess robust differentially expressed genes across multiple ***-protein interaction network,GO,KEGG enrichment,and subnetwork analyses were performed to identify immune-associated hub genes in breast *** cell infiltration was evaluated with the CIBERSORT,XCELL,and TIMER *** association between the hub gene-based risk signature and survival was determined through Kaplan–Meier survival analysis,multivariate Cox analysis,and a nomogram with external ***:We identified 163 robust differentially expressed genes in breast cancer through applying both nonparametric and parametric methods to multiple GEO(n=2,212)and TCGA(n=1,045)*** bioinformatic analyses further identified 10 hub genes:CXCL10,CXCL9,CXCL11,SPP1,POSTN,MMP9,DPT,COL1A1,ADAMDEC1,and *** 10 hub-gene-based risk signature significantly correlated with the prognosis of patients with breast ***,these hub genes were strongly associated with the extent of infiltration of CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,neutrophils,macrophages,and myeloid dendritic cells into breast ***:Integrated analyses of multiple databases led to the discovery of 10 robust hub genes that together may serve as a risk factor characteristic of the immune microenvironment in breast cancer.

随着2020年全球爆发了Covid-19病毒,食品配送应用程序(FDA)的使用量大大增加,FDA能够方便消费者获取食品也确保食品供应商企业功能的正常运转,因此,它的重要性得到凸显。因此,了解如何通过这些技术最好地吸引消费者成为研究人员和从业者的一个关键挑战,即如何了解和探索食品行业的偏好。社交媒体的出现改变了营销者-客户的互动方式,允许客户直接与组织进行个人和实时交互。然而,本研究旨在探讨餐饮业线上消费者参与(OCE)与平台偏好的促成因素,并透过使用满足理论(UGT)探讨同伴压力的调节作用。数据收集自中国322名FDA用户,采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)进行分析。PLS-SEM结果显示,消费者的自我概念和平台互动性会影响OCE和平台偏好。此外,OCE调节了平台互动性、自我概念与平台偏好之间的关系。并且,同伴压力或社会影响对餐饮业的平台偏好行为也有重要影响。因此,这项研究以同伴压力为调节因素,考察了驱动或阻碍用户使用送餐应用程序和偏好的决定因素。此外,同伴压力显著地调节了OCE与平台偏好的关系。这项研究的一大创新在于采用UGT分析FDA环境下的消费者行为。本研究首次通过调查顾客参与度、自我概念、互动性和社会影响等因素,探讨了关于影响食品交付应用程序用户的平台偏好的各种观点。本研究的发现为不断发展的食品配送应用程序中消费者参与行为的研究增添了重要内容。尽管学术界做出了相当大的努力,但这方面的研究仍然不够。本研究的结果从实证上支持消费者参与在创造影响消费者购买决策的渠道偏好的意义。这项研究的结果还旨在帮助营销人员在平台上利用消费者参与度和偏好的因素,鼓励潜在客户选择合适的食品应用。这项研究对在线食品企业有重要价值,对消费者、零售商和从业者在以消费为导向的新兴经济体中制定和实施增值战略具有重要意义。

In this paper,a new robust approach based on Least Square Support Vector Machine(LSSVM)as a proxy model is used for an automatic fractured reservoir history *** proxy model is made to model the history match objective function(mismatch values)based on the history data of the *** model is then used to minimize the objective function through Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)and Imperialist Competitive Algorithm(ICA).In automatic history matching,sensitive analysis is often performed on full simulation *** this work,to get new range of the uncertain parameters(matching parameters)in which the objective function has a minimum value,sensitivity analysis is also performed on the proxy *** applying the modified ranges to the optimization methods,optimization of the objective function will be faster and outputs of the optimization methods(matching parameters)are produced in less time and with high *** procedure leads to matching of history of the field in which a set of reservoir parameters is *** final sets of parameters are then applied for the full simulation model to validate the *** obtained results show that the present procedure in this work is effective for history matching process due to its robust dependability and fast convergence *** to high speed and need for small data sets,LSSVM is the best tool to build a proxy *** the comparison of PSO and ICA shows that PSO is less time-consuming and more effective.

Sm^(3+) ions incorporated Sm_(2)Si_(2)O_(7) crystalline phase formed in the aluminoborosilicate glass matrix synthesized via melting quenching technique followed by heat-treatment process is reported *** preliminary confirmation on the obtained glass ceramics was made through X-ray diffration(XRD) *** of non-bridging oxygens(NBOs) in the glass network and the modes of vibrations of network units we re analyzed through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) *** morphology of heat-treated samples at varying temperatures was determined via a field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM).The absorption studies on heat-treated samples signify the low bandgap values and high Urbach energy values due to improved crystallinity in the glass ***-Ofelt intensity parameters identified for visible absorption transitions follow the trend of Ω_(4)>Ω_(2)>Ω_(6).Excitation and emission studies on heat-treated samples show improvement in their intensities compared to the unheated base *** thermal quenching is observed at higher temperatures(540 and 580℃ for 3 h) of heat-treated *** based on luminescence spectra including radiative transition probability,stimulated emission cross-section and branching ratio show good results for glass ceramics prior to precursor *** lifetimes of Sm^(3+) ions(milliseconds) in the level ^(4)G_(5/2) are seen for glass *** coordinates suggest the reddish-orange emissions from prepared glass ***,Sm^(3+) doped Sm_(2)Si_(2)O_(7) glass ceramics are favorable materials for solid-state lighting and laser applications.

Objective: To explore the quantitative estimation of biomarkers gallic acid and berberine in polyherbal formulation Entoban ***: High performance thin layer chromatography was performed to evaluate the presence of gallic acid and berberine employing toluene: ethyl acetate: formic acid:methanol 12:9:4:0.5(v/v/v/v) and ethanol: water: formic acid 90:9:1(v/v/v), as a mobile phase ***: The R f values(0.58) for gallic acid and(0.76) for berberine in both sample and reference standard were found comparable under UV light at 273 nm and 366 nm respectively. Induced systemic resistance(ISR)is a mechanism by which certain plant beneficial rhizobacteria and fungi produce immunity,which can stimulate crop growth and resilience against various phytopathogens,insects,and *** beneficial rhizobacteria and fungi improve plant performance by regulating hormone signaling,including salicylic acid(SA),jasmonic acid(JA),prosystemin,pathogenesis-related gene 1,and ethylene(ET)pathways,which activate the gene expression of ISR,the synthesis of secondary metabolites,various enzymes,and volatile compounds that ultimately induce defense mechanisms in *** protect themselves from disease,plants have various advanced defense mechanisms in which local acquired resistance,systemic gene silencing,systemic wound response,systemic acquired resistance(SAR),and ISR are *** rhizobacteria activate the SA-dependent SAR pathway by producing SA at the root’s *** contrast,other rhizobacteria can activate different signaling pathways independent of SA(SA-independent ISR pathways)such as those dependent on JA and ET *** main objective of this review is to provide insight into the types of induced resistance utilized for plant *** to this,the genetic approaches used to suppress disease-causing genes,i.e.,RNA interference and antisense RNA,which are still underutilized in sustainable agriculture,along with the current vision for virus-induced gene silencing are also discussed.

The present work has been carried out on polyherbal formulation named as Linkus Syrup. The herbal formulation consists of Glycyrrhiza glabra, Hyssopus officinalis, Piper longum and Alpinia galangal. The Linkus syrup physico-chemical evaluation such as pH, density, identification of polysaccharide, tanning agents, ascorbic acid and shelf life was complied. The TLC and quantitative determination of alkaloid were quantified. Determination of biomarker has been validated for the analysis of vasicine. The study result revealed that Linkus syrup formulation was well standardized at different levels such as physic-chemical consistency and assay of bio marker compound.
