Th. austenite formation kinetics in unalloy.d cast ductile iron was studied on th. basis of dilatometry.measurements, and Avrami＇s equation was used to estimate th. material＇s kinetic parameters. A continuous h.ating transformation diagram was constructed us-ing h.ating rates in th. range of 0.06 to 0.83℃·s^-1. As th. h.ating rate was augmented, th. critical temperatures, c1A and Aα, as well as th. intercritical range, wh.ch.was evaluated as th. difference between th. critical temperatures, α c1Δ T =A_a- A_c1 , increased. At a low h.ating rate, th. kinetics of austenite formation was slow as a consequence of th. iron＇s silicon content. Th. effect of h.ating rate on k and n, th. kinetic parameters of Avrami＇s equation, was also determined. Parameter n, wh.ch.is associated with.nucleation sites and growth.geometry. de-creased with.an increase in h.ating rate. In addition, parameter k increased with.th. increase of h.ating rate, suggesting th.t th. nucleation and growth.rates are carbon-and silicon-diffusion controlled during austenite formation under continuous h.ating.

Since th. concept of aptamer emerged,many.scientists h.ve launch.d a rich.field of research.around ***,few nucleic acids aptamer wh.ch.use cell as target can be put into practical *** believe th.t a great deal of th.s lies in th. complexity.and irreproducibility.of aptamer screening experiments *** complexity.is due to th. cumbersome processes and th. tech.ical requirements for laboratory.personnel,wh.reas irreproducibility.arises from th. fact th.t th. starting point of such.screens is nucleic acid libraries with.random fragments,and th.t different libraries directly.determine th. differences or even th. success or failure of screening *** complexity.and irreproducibility.mentioned above,in turn,lead to th. inability.of th.s experiment to unfold on a large scale,wh.ch.naturally.cannot lead to excellent results for practical *** response to th.s problem,our group h.s developed an instrument for automated screening of tumor cell nucleic acid aptamers and ch.racterized th. properties of nucleic acid aptamers obtained using th.s instrument in a compreh.nsive manner.

In th.s study.th.ee-dimensional porous magnesium ferrite/titanium dioxide/reduced graph.ne oxide(Mg Fe_2O_(4)-GM/TiO_(2)/rGO(MGTG))was successfully.sy.th.sized via green and h.droth.rmal-supported co-precipitation meth.ds using th. extract of Garcinia mangostana(***)as a reducing *** ch.racterization results indicate th. successful formation of th. nano/micro Mg Fe_(2)O_(4)(MFO)and TiO_(2) on th. structure of th. reduced graph.ne oxide(rGO),wh.ch.can also act as efficient support,alleviating th. agglomeration of th. nano/micro MFO and TiO_(2).Th. sy.ergic effects of th. adsorption and ph.todegradation activity.of th. material were investigated according to th. removal of cry.tal violet(CV)under ultraviolet *** effects of cataly.t dosage,CV concentration,and p h.on th. AIM: To provide an update on th. aetiology. path.genesis, diagnosis, staging and management of rectal squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).METh.DS: A sy.tematic review was conducted according to th. preferred reporting items for Sy.tematic Reviews and Meta-Analy.es guidelines. A compreh.nsive search.of Ovid MEDLINE was performed with.th. reference list of selected articles reviewed to ensure all relevant publications were captured. Th. search.strategy.was limited to th. English.language, spanning from 1946 to 2015. A qualitative analy.is was undertaken examining patient demograph.cs, clinical presentation, diagnosis, staging, treatment and outcome. Th. quantitaive analy.is was limited to data extracted on treatment and outcomes including radiological, clinical and path.logical complete response wh.re available. Th. narrative and quantitative review were sy.th.sised in ***: Th. search.identified 487 articles in total with.79 included in th. qualitative review. Th. quantitative analy.is involved 63 articles, consisting of 43 case reports and 20 case series with.a total of 142 individual cases. Th. underly.ng path.genesis of rectal SCC wh.le unclear, continues to be defined, with.increasing evidence of a metaplasia-dy.plasia-carcinoma sequence and a possible role for h.man papilloma virus in th.s progression. Th. presentation is similar to rectal adenocarcinoma, with.a diagnosis confirmed by.endoscopic biopsy. Many.presumed rectal SCC's are in fact an extension of an anal SCC, and cy.okeratin markers are a useful adjunct in th.s distinction. Staging is most accurately.reflected by.th. tumour-nodemetastasis classification for rectal adenocarcinoma. It involves examining locoregional disease by.way.of magnetic resonance imaging and/or endorectal ultrasound, with.sy.temic spread excluded by.way.of computed tomograph.. ＜正＞Th. topic of automated assembly.is widely.addressed by.th. robotics communities. h.wever, so far th.re is no sy.tematic framework to assist th. construction of an intelligent robot control sy.tem. Even sy.tems so called intelligent sy.tems are not truly.intelligent wh.n th.y.are compared to h.man. It is th.refore essential to define and analy.e th. necessary.intelligence criteria th.t an intelligent robot sh.uld posses. Such.criteria are th.n implemented on an appropriate control platform so as to enh.nce th. intelligence of th. robot. As such. one of th. principal aims of th.s paper is to discuss and identify.th. criteria of mach.ne intelligence th.t are central to ach.eving an intelligent robot. With.th.se criteria as basis, th. paper th.n presents an intelligent framework th.t is based on th. stoch.stic h.dden Markov model （h.M）. Th.s framework consists of a number of functional blocks for th. design and implementation of an intelligent robot control sy.tem. Each.functional block is responsible for a corresponding feature with.specific intelligent capabilities. Th. paper starts with.a review of th. applications of h.M in automated assembly. wh.ch.is followed by.th. description of th. main features and arch.tecture of th. proposed framework.
