Functional Status Information(FSI)describes physical and mental wellness at the whole-person *** includes information on activity performance,social role participation,and environmental and personal factors that affect the well-being and quality of *** and analyzing this information is critical to address the needs for caring for an aging global population,and to provide effective care for individuals with chronic conditions,multi-morbidity,and *** knowledge graphs(PKgs)represent a suitable way for meaning in a complete and structured way all information related to people's FSI and reasoning over them to build tailored coaching solutions supporting them in daily life for conducting a healthy *** this paper,we present the development process related to the creation of a PKg by starting from the HeLis ontology in order to enable the design of an Al-enabled system with the aim of increasing,within people,the self-awareness of their own functional *** particular,we focus on the three modules extending the HeLis ontology aiming to represent(i)enablers and(ii)barriers playing potential roles in improving(or deteriorating)own functional status and(iii)arguments driving the FSI collection ***,we show how these modules have been instantiated into real-world scenarios.

A strategy is presented for the machine-learning emulation of electronic structure calculations carried out in the electronically grand-canonical *** approach relies upon a dual-learning scheme,where both the system charge and the system energy are predicted for each *** scheme is shown to be capable of emulating basic electrochemical reactions at a range of potentials,and coupling it with a bootstrap-ensemble approach gives reasonable estimates of the prediction *** method is also demonstrated to accelerate saddle-point searches,and to extrapolate to systems with one to five water *** anticipate that this method will allow for larger length-and time-scale simulations necessary for electrochemical simulations.

Aim:Dermal fillers are increasingly popular *** intraarterial injection of fillers,particularly with calcium hydroxylapatite(CaHA),can result in devastating consequences.A systemic review was performed to summarize management strategies to treat CaHA-associated vascular ***:The methodology of this review was derived from The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses(PRISMA).In addition,this paper presents a previously unreported case of a CaHA-associated vascular ***:There were 32 articles describing 42 cases,plus our case included in this *** were 15 cases of vision complications,23 cases of non-vision complications,and 5 experimental *** most common injection sites reported were nasal region for vision complications(45%)and nasolabial folds for non-vision complications(40%).Of the 38 human cases,the most prevalent treatment choice was steroids(24 cases,63%).Complete or near complete improvement was reported in 83%of non-vision complications and 40%of vision *** was no noticeable homogeneity in the management strategies and outcomes of the *** the 5 experimental studies,no clear consensus on treatments was ***:Vascular complications of CaHA are seemingly uncommon,but it is widely suspected that this is due to *** best management is prevention,preparation for a potential complication is equally *** from CaHA literature,hyaluronic acid filler complication protocols,findings of this review,and personal experiences,this report proposes management strategies for CaHA-associated vascular *** hope these strategies provide a much-needed framework for injectors to refer to and utilize as needed.

Energy used for industrial production, buildings and transport will be accumulated in Atmosphere and Earth land. global use of energy is known and documented for a long period of time and proportion of fossil and renewable energy is also known. Calculated accumulated energy in Earth land from 1971 to 2018 corresponds to 40% of IPCC global Energy Inventory and calculated Atmosphere temperature increase from 1971 to 2018 corresponds to 100% of actual measurements.

目的本研究旨在了解患者对护士关怀行为的感知及关联因素。方法在埃塞俄比亚3所转诊医院进行横断面研究。连续抽取652例患者(应答率98.8%),应用阿姆哈拉语版关怀行为量表-16(Caring Behav-iors Inventory-16,CBI-16)和患者满意度量表(Patient Satisfaction Instrument,PSI)进行调查。其中,CBI-16包含4个分量表:支持保证、知识技能、尊重和联系。使用多元线性回归分析确定与患者感知关怀行为相关联的社会人口学因素和临床相关因素。结果患者对护士关怀行为的感知程度较高,总平均分为4.86(SD=0.72)分,其中支持保证分量表得分最高。多元回归分析显示,部分社会人口统计学变量和临床相关因素与患者对关怀行为的感知(总平均分)存在关联。40~49岁(B=-0.19,P=0.012)和单身(B=-0.13,P=0.03)的患者CBI-16得分较低。受教育程度较高(B=0.35,P=0.001)、外科患者(B=0.11,P=0.027)、在过去8 h与护士相处时间较多(B=0.16,P<0.001)的患者对关怀行为的感知程度更高。CBI-16得分与PSI得分呈正相关(r=0.62,P<0.001)。结论埃塞俄比亚住院患者对护士关怀行为的总体感知程度较高,尤其是身体护理方面,但对情感关怀的感知程度较低。本研究认为,年龄40~49岁的单身患者更需要被关怀。患者与护士相处的时间对于患者感知护士关怀行为有重要影响。

AIM: To investigate efficacy and safety for granulocyte, monocyte apheresis in a population of pediatric patients with ulcerative ***: The ADAPT study was a prospective, openlabel, multicenter study in pediatric patients with moderate, active ulcerative colitis with pediatric ulcerative colitis activity index(PUCAI) of 35-64. Patients received one weekly apheresis with Adacolumn granulocyte, monocyte/macrophage adsorptive(gMA) apheresis over 5 consecutive weeks, optionally followed by up to 3 additional apheresis treatments over 3 consecutive weeks. The primary endpoint was the change in mean PUCAI between baseline and week 12; the secondary endpoint was improvement in PUCAI categorized as(Significant Improvement, PUCAI decrease of ≥ 35), Moderate Improvement(PUCAI decrease of 20 ge(PUCAI decrease of ge 13.5 years; mean weight 47.7 kg) were enrolled. In the intention-to-treat set(ITT), the mean value for PUCAI improvement was 22.3 [95%CI: 12.9-31.6; n = 21]. In the per-protocol(PP) set, the mean improvement was 36.3 [95%CI: 31.4-41.1; n = 8]. Significant Improvement was recorded for 9 out of 20 patients(45%); 5 out of 20 patients(25%) had Moderate Improvement and one patient(5%) had No Change in PUCAI score at week 12. In the PP set, six out of eight patients(75%) showed Significant Improvement; and in two out of eight patients(25%) Moderate Improvement was recorded. The endoscopic activity index(EAI) decreased by 3 points on average. Seven(7) out of 21(33%) patients in ITT and 4 out of 8(50%) patients in PP have used steroids during the clinical investigation. The mean steroid dosage for these patients in the ITT set decreased from a mean 12.4 mg to 10 mg daily on average from Baseline to week ***: Adacolumn; gMA apheresis treatment was effective in pediatric patients with moderate active Ulcerative Colitis. Theoretical analyses of testing efficiency in long-term breeding of poplar

The major goal for long-term poplar breeding can be formulated as maximizing annual progress in group Merit gain at a given annual budget （gMg/Y＊）. To evaluate different breeding scenarios, a deterministic simulator BREEDINg CYCLE ANALYZER covering the most important aspects （gain, cost, time, technique, and gene diversity） of a full breeding cycle was used. The breeding strategies considered was based on pairwise crossing of the selected breeding population and balanced within family selection for the next breeding population. A main scenario and a number of alternative scenarios within these constraints were evaluated using estimates of the best available inputs for poplars. In focus was a comparison between three different testing scenarios for selecting the parents mated to create future breeding generations, thus selecting based on phenotype, clone test or progeny test. For the main scenario, the highest gMg/Y, and the optimal selection age for clone, phenotype and progeny strategies were 0.7480 %, 0.6989% and 0.4675%; 7, 6, and 11 years respectively. Clone test was best except when heritability was high, plant price was high or total budget was low; phenotype strategy was the second except for the case of extremely low narrow-sense heritability, for which the progeny strategy was a little more efficient than phenotype strategy. gMg/Y was markedly affected by narrow-sense heritability, additive variance at mature age, rotation age, plant-dependent cost, total budget and the time needed to produce the test plants, while diversity loss and recombination cost had rather weak effect on gMg/Y. Short rotation age and cheap testing cost favoured all three testing strategies. Comparably short rotation age, low plant-dependent cost and high total budget seem to promote early selection for progeny strategy.
