The aim of the study was to explore the relationship between c.llege graduates’dual self-c.nsc.ousness,job searc. c.arity and perc.ived stress,and reveal the mediating role of perc.ived stress between dual self-c.nsc.ousness and job searc. *** this study,467 c.llege graduates were investigated using the Dual Self-c.nsc.ousness Sc.le,Job Searc. c.arity Sc.le,and Perc.ived Stress *** c.ntrolling for gender,age,and region,the results revealed that:(1)private self-c.nsc.ousness has a signiﬁc.nt positive predic.ive effec. on job searc. c.arity;(2)perc.ived stress has a signiﬁc.nt negative predic.ive effec. on job searc. c.arity;(3)perc.ived stress plays partial mediation effec.s between private self-c.nsc.ousness and job searc. c.arity;(4)perc.ived stress plays c.mplete mediation effec.s between public.self-c.nsc.ousness and job searc. c.arity;(5)perc.ived stress has suppressing effec.s between public.self-c.nsc.ousness and job searc. c.arity.

This study proposed a new royal c.own-shaped polarisation insensitive double negative triple band mic.owave range elec.romagnetic.metamaterial absorber(MA).The primary purpose of this study is to utilise the exotic.c.arac.eristic. of this perfec. metamaterial absorber(PMA)for mic.owave wireless *** fundamental unit c.ll of the proposed MA c.nsists of two pentagonal-shaped resonators and two inverse c.shaped metallic.c.mponents surrounded by a split ring resonator(SRR).The bottom thin c.pper deposit and upper metallic.resonator surfac. are disjoined by an FR-4 dielec.ric.substrate with 1.6 mm *** c.T MW studio,a high-frequenc. elec.romagnetic.simulator has been deployed for numeric.l simula-tion of the unit c.ll in the frequenc. range of 4 to 14 *** the TE mode,the offered MA struc.ure demonstrated three different absorption peaks at 6.85 GHz(c.band),8.87 GHz(X-band),and 12.03 GHz(Ku-band),with 96.82%,99.24%,and 99.43%absorptivity,*** elec.ric.field,magnetic.field,and surfac. c.rrent distribution were analysed using Maxwell’s-c.rl equations,whereas the angle sensitivity was investigated to c.mprehend the absorption mec.anism of the proposed *** numeric.l results were verified using the Ansys HFSS(high-frequenc. struc.ure simulator)and ADS(advanc.d design system)for equivalent c.rc.it ***,the proposed MA is polarisation and inc.dent angle ***,the applic.tion of this MA c.n be extended to a great extent,inc.uding airborne radar applic.tions,defenc.,and stealth-c.ating tec.nology.

Endoc.ine disruptors （e.g., polyc.lorinated biphenyls [Pc.s], dic.lorodiphenyl-tric.loroethane [DDT], dioxin, and some pestic.des） are estrogen-like and anti-androgenic.c.emic.ls in the environment. They mimic.natural hormones, inhibit the ac.ion of hormones, or alter the normal regulatory func.ion of the endoc.ine system and have potential hazardous effec.s on male reproduc.ive axis c.using infertility. Although testic.lar and prostate c.nc.rs, abnormal sexual development, undesc.nded testis, c.ronic.inflammation, Sertoli-c.ll-only pattern, hypospadias, altered pituitary and thyroid gland func.ions are also observed, the available data are insuffic.ent to deduc. worldwide c.nc.usions. The development of intra-c.toplasmic.sperm injec.ion （Ic.I） is beyond doubt the most important rec.nt breakthrough in the treatment of male infertility, but it does not nec.ssarily treat the c.use and may inadvertently pass on adverse genetic.c.nsequenc.s. Many well-c.ntrolled c.inic.l studies and basic.sc.entific.disc.veries in the physiology, bioc.emistry, and molec.lar and c.llular biology of the male reproduc.ive system have helped in the identific.tion of greater numbers of men with male fac.or problems. Newer tools for the detec.ion of Y-c.romosome deletions have further strengthened the hypothesis that the dec.ine in male reproduc.ive health and fertility may be related to the presenc. of c.rtain toxic.c.emic.ls in the environment. Thus the etiology, diagnosis, and treatment of male fac.or infertility remain a real c.allenge. c.inic.ans should always attempt to identify the etiology of a possible testic.lar toxic.ty, assess the degree of risk to the patient being evaluated for infertility, and initiate a plan to c.ntrol and prevent exposure to others onc. an assoc.ation between oc.upation/toxic.nt and infertility has been established.

We foc.s on the c.assific.tion of pointed p 3 -dimensional Hopf algebras H over any algebraic.lly c.osed field of prime c.arac.eristic.p > 0. In partic.lar, we c.nsider c.rtain c.ses when the group of grouplike elements is of order p or p 2 , that is, when H is pointed but is not c.nnec.ed nor a group algebra. The struc.ures of the assoc.ated graded algebra gr H are c.mpletely desc.ibed as bosonizations of graded braided Hopf algebras over group algebras, and most of the lifting struc.ures of H are given. This work provides many new examples of (parametrized) non-c.mmutative, non-c.c.mmutative finite-dimensional Hopf algebras in positive c.arac.eristic.

During human immunodefic.enc. virus(HIV) infec.ion, type I interferon(IFN-I) signaling induc.s an antiviral state that inc.udes the produc.ion of restric.ion fac.ors that inhibit virus replic.tion, thereby limiting the infec.ion. As seen in other viral infec.ions, type I IFN c.n also inc.ease systemic.immune ac.ivation whic., in HIV disease, is one of the strongest predic.ors of disease progression to ac.uired immune defic.enc. syndrome(AIDS) and non-AIDS morbidity and ***, IFN-I is assoc.ated with c.4 T c.ll depletion and attenuation of antigen-spec.fic.T c.ll responses. Therefore,therapeutic.manipulation of IFN-I signaling to improve HIV disease outc.me is a sourc. of muc. interest and debate in thefield. Rec.nt studies have highlighted the importanc. of timing(ac.te vs. c.ronic.infec.ion) and have suggested that spec.fic.targeting of type I IFNs and their subtypes may help harness the benefic.al roles of the IFN-I system while avoiding its deleterious ac.ivities.

In this paper, we investigate and analyze one-dimensional heat equation with appropriate initial and boundary c.ndition using finite differenc. method. Finite differenc. method is a well-known numeric.l tec.nique for obtaining the approximate solutions of an initial boundary value problem. We develop Forward Time c.ntered Spac. (FTc.) and c.ank-Nic.lson (c.) finite differenc. sc.emes for one-dimensional heat equation using the Taylor series. Later, we use these sc.emes to solve our governing equation. The stability c.iterion is disc.ssed, and the stability c.nditions for both sc.emes are verified. We exhibit the results and then c.mpare the results between the exac. and approximate solutions. Finally, we estimate error between the exac. and approximate solutions for a spec.fic.numeric.l problem to present the c.nvergenc. of the numeric.l sc.emes, and demonstrate the resulting error in graphic.l representation.

Response of Ric. to Insec. Elic.tors and the Role of OsJAR1 in Wound and Herbivory-Induc.d JA-lle Ac.umulation

Plants produc. jasmonic.ac.d （JA） and its amino ac.d c.njugate, jasmonoyI-L-isoleuc.ne （JA-Ile） as major defense signals in response to wounding and herbivory. In ric. （Oryza sativa）, JA and JA-Ile rapidly inc.eased after mec.anic.l damage, and this inc.ease was further amplified when the wounds were treated with oral sec.etions from generalist herbivore larvae, lawn armyworms （Spodoptera mauritia）, revealing for the first time ac.ive perc.ption mec.anisms of herbivore-assoc.ated elic.tor（s） in ric.. In the ric. genome, two OsJAR genes c.n c.njugate JA and lie and form JA-Ile in vitro; however, their func.ion in herbivory- induc.d ac.umulation of JA-Ile has not been investigated. By func.ional c.arac.erization of TOS17 retrotransposon-tagged Osjarl plants and their response to simulated herbivory, we show that OsJAR1 is essential for JA-Ile produc.ion in herbivore-attac.ed, field-grown plants. In addition, OsJAR1 was required for normal seed development in ric. under field c.nditions. Our results suggest that OsJAR1 possesses at least two major func.ions in ric. defense and development that c.nnot be c.mplemented by the additional OsJAR2 gene func.ion, although this gene previously showed overlapping enzyme ac.ivity in vitro.
