The ultrafast dynamic process in semiconductor Ge irradiated by the femtosecond laser pulses is numerically simulated on the basis of van Driel system. It is found that with the increase of depth, the carrier density and lattice temperature decrease, while the carrier temperature first increases and then drops. The laser fluence has a great influence on the ultrafast dynamical process in Ge. As the laser fluence remains a constant value, though the overall evolution of the carrier density and lattice temperature is almost independent of pulse duration and laser intensity, increasing the laser intensity will be more effective than increasing the pulse duration in the generation of carriers. Irradiating the Ge sample by the femtosecond double pulses, the ultrafast dynamical process of semiconductor can be affected by the temporal interval between the double pulses.

This study aims to detect the expression of heat shock protein gp96(HSPgp96)in osteosarcoma and explore its role in anti-tumor immunity.Expression of HSPgp96 in 45 cases of osteosarcoma,including 24 cases of the osteoblast type,21 cases of chondroblast type and 5 cases of normal bone tissue were detected by immuno-histochemistry(IHC).The expression rate of HSPgp96 was 100%(45/45)in osteosarcoma,compared with 20%(1/5)in normal bone tissue.The average positive cell rates were 97.23%and 0.48%in osteosarcoma and normal bone tissue,respectively,and the difference between them was significant(P0.05).The expression degree of HSPgp96 in osteosarcoma had a clear correlation with the pathologic degree(P0.05).The expression of HSPgp96 is high in osteosarcoma and it may be a significant index for judgment of malignancy degree and an important tar-get site of anti-tumor immunity.

针对飞秒脉冲激光诱导击穿光谱(fs-LIBS)中Al靶温度对AlO分子光谱的影响进行了实验研究。通过测量AlO分子的光谱强度和振动温度,发现Al靶温度对fs-LIBS技术中AlO分子的光谱特性有显著的影响。研究结果表明,提高靶材温度能有效增强fs-LIBS中AlO分子的光谱信号强度,并提高分子的振动温度和寿命。此外,时间分辨光谱分析结果还揭示出在高Al靶温度条件下,AlO分子的辐射寿命较长,光谱信号强度较强。这意味着在高温下,分子能够停留更长的时间,增加了光谱信号的持续时间。通过调控飞秒激光能量和靶材温度,可以获得更强的分子发射和光谱信号,从而实现更高的灵敏度和准确性。研究结果为fs-LIBS技术中样品温度对分子光谱的调控机制研究提供了实验数据。

Our experiments show that external focusing and initial laser energy strongly influences filament generated by the femtosecond Ti–sapphire laser in air. The experimental measurements show the filament length can be extended both by increasing the laser energy and focal length of focusing lens. On the other hand, the plasma fluorescence emission can be enhanced by increasing the laser energy with fixed focal length or decreasing the focal length. In addition, the collapse distance measured experimentally are larger than the calculated ones owing to the group-velocity-dispersion effect. In addition, we find that the line widths of the spectral lines from N2 is independent of filament positions, laser energies and external focusing.

为得到热稳定性能良好且高强度发光的碲酸盐玻璃,通过在TeO_(2)-ZnO-Na_(2)O系统中掺入WO_(3),以提高玻璃的抗析晶和热稳定性能。研究结果表明,碲酸盐玻璃的ΔT从不掺WO_(3)的110℃增加到了WO_(3)含量为20 mol%时的142℃。在热稳定性研究的基础上,进一步分别研究了单掺Er^(3+)和Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)共掺的碲钨酸盐玻璃的光谱性质。研究结果表明,在Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)共掺条件下,Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)之间的能量传递提高了Er^(3+)离子对980 nm泵浦光的吸收效率,增强了1.5μm波段发光强度,最终得到了具有高强度1.5μm波段发光的Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)共掺碲钨酸盐玻璃,初步证明共掺方式是实现1.5μm波段高强度发光的有效方法。

Objective：To investigate the gene expression of osteoprotegerin（OPG） and osteoclast differentiation factor（ODF） in the bone tissue of patients with hip fracture due to osteoporosis. Methods：OPGmRNA and ODFmRNA in the bone tissue in 50 cases of osteoporosis sufferers（over 50 years old） with hip fracture（Observer Group） and 30 cases of hip facture sufferers with no osteoporosis（Control group） were analyzed with the Semi-Quantitative RT-PCR method. Results：The mRNA expressed of ODF, OPG were both high in the patients with hip fracture. In the control group, the expression of OPG mRNA was observed, while the expression of ODF mRNA was very slight. Conclusion：Aged patients contained all signals including OPG, ODF that are essential for inducing osteoclastogenesis and promoting bone resorption.

目的探究基于时效性激励理念的康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期伴呼吸衰竭患者症状改善的影响。方法方便选取南京市江宁医院于2022年6月—2023年6月接收的152例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期伴呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,按入院顺序编号,利用统计学软件生成随机序列后予以分为对照组、观察组,各76例。对照组采取常规康复护理,观察组则基于时效性激励理念对患者实施康复护理。对比两组护理依从性、心理弹性水平及生活质量。结果观察组总依从率(97.37%)高于对照组(86.84%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.790,P<0.05);观察组心理弹性水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.594,P<0.05);观察组圣乔治呼吸问卷(St George's Respiratory Questionnaire,SGRQ)中日常生活、社交情况评分均高于对照组,且焦虑及抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期伴呼吸衰竭患者的护理中,采取基于时效性激励理念的康复护理有助于提高患者的整体护理依从性,且改善患者的心理弹性水平,并提高生活质量。
