Revealing the oxidation behavior of superalloys is crucial for optimizing material properties and extending service *** study investigated the oxidation behavior of superalloy GH4738 under stress states at 850℃.High-throughput specimens were fabricated to withstand different stresses at the same *** oxidation s amples were analyzed using the mass gain method to obtain oxidation kinetic *** results show that the external stress below 200 MPa could improve the oxidation resistance of the *** tensile stress increasing,the oxide layer becomes thinner,denser and more complete,while internal oxidation *** tensile stress alters the structure of the external oxide layer from a two-layer to a threelayer *** Cr_(2)O_(3) oxide layer inhibits the outward diffusion of Ti,leading to Ti enrichment at the oxide-matrix interface and altering the oxidation mechanism of GH4738.

Background Rumen bacterial groups can affect growth performance,such as average daily gain(ADG),feed intake,and *** study aimed to investigate the inter-relationship of rumen bacterial composition,rumen fermentation indicators,serum indicators,and growth performance of Holstein heifer calves with different *** calves were chosen from a trail with 60 calves and divided into higher ADG(HADG,high pre-and post-weaning ADG,n=6)and lower ADG(LADG,low pre-and post-weaning ADG,n=6)groups to investigate differences in bacterial composition and functions and host *** During the preweaning period,the relative abundances of propionate producers,including g_norank_f_Butyricicoccaceae,g_Pyramidobacter,and g_norank_f_norank_o_Clostridia_vadin BB60_group,were higher in HADG calves(LDA>2,Pse bacteria resulted in increased levels of propionate,a gluconeogenic precursor,in preweaning HADG calves(adjusted Psequently raised serum glucose concentrations(adjusted Pst,the relative abundances of rumen bacteria in post-weaning HADG calves did not exert this ***,no significant differences were observed in rumen fermentation parameters and serum indices between the two *** The findings of this study revealed that the preweaning period is the window of opportunity for rumen bacteria to regulate the ADG of calves.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is a global health concern that poses a significant threat to human *** To detecting serum changes in carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigens(CA)724,CA242,and CA19-9 expression among patients with gastric *** Eighty patients diagnosed with gastric cancer between January 2020 and January 2023 were included in the observation group,while 80 patients with benign gastric diseases were included in the control *** groups were tested for tumor markers(CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9].Tumor marker indicators(CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9)were compared between the two groups,assessing positive rates of tumor markers across various stages in the observation ***,single and combined detection of various tumor markers were *** The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value observed for the combined detection of CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9 were higher than those of CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9 ***,the combined detection of CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9 has a high diagnostic accuracy and could reduce the occurrence of missed or misdiagnosed cases,facilitating the early diagnosis and treatment of *** CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9 serum levels in gastric cancer patients significantly surpassed those in non-gastric cancer patients(Pstic accuracy for gastric cancer,warranting clinical promotion.

The generation and evaluation of severely high thermal stress(σ)is known to be responsible for failure of thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)during thermal *** is crucial and challenging to capture fluctuations inσcaused by the phase transition,which has motivated us to develop a high-throughput multiscale evaluation method forσin TBCs that considers the phase transition of the top ceramic materials by coupling first-principles calculations with finite element *** method quantitatively evaluates and visualizesσof the real TBC structure under thermal cycling by multifield ***,the thermophysical properties calculated by the first-principles calculations consider the effects of temperature and phase transition,which not only reduces the cost of obtaining data but also has a more physical *** this work,rare earth tantalites(RETaO_(4))are introduced as ceramic layers,and the results demonstrate thatσundergoes a rapid escalation near the phase transition temperature(T_(t)),particularly in the TBCs_GdTaO_(4) system,where it rises from 224 to 435 *** discontinuity inσmay originate from the significant alterations in Young’s modulus(increase by 27%–78%)and thermal conductivity(increase by 53%–146%)near T_(t).The TBCs_NdTaO_(4) and TBCs_smTaO_(4) systems exhibit noteworthy temperature drop gradients and minimalσfluctuations,which are beneficial for extending service lifetime of *** approach facilitates the prediction of failure mechanisms and provides theoretical guidance for the reverse design of TBC materials to obtain low thermal stress systems.

Objective:To assess the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of standardized extract of Cotinus coggygria(***)in different animal ***:*** extracts(25,50,and 100 mg/kg)were administered to rats and mice(n=6)during hot plate,tail-flick,acetic acid-induced writhing,and formalin tests to determine its analgesic *** anti-inflammatory activity of *** extracts was evaluated by histamine and carrageenan-induced paw edema,cotton pellet-induced granuloma,and acetic acid-induced peritoneal capillary dye leakage ***:*** extracts(50 and 100 mg/kg)significantly alleviated thermal and chemical-induced pain in rodents(Pso demonstrated notable anti-inflammatory properties by mitigating histamine and carrageenan-induced paw edema,granuloma deposits,and vascular permeability(Ps remarkably reduced TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,COX-2,and oxidative stress in rat paws(Pstological aberrations in hind paw tissues were effectively(Pshow analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects via inhibition of COX-2 and inflammatory and oxidative mediators.

Turbo code is an error correction coding scheme close to the shannon limit, usually used in wireless data transmission. Based on the parallel Turbo code algorithm, a parallel Turbo code circuit design scheme is *** the encoder, the recursive systematic convolutional encoder is multiplexed. The decoder is divided into branch metric, recursive, maximum likelihood ratio, and external information calculation modules. The decoding algorithm is based on Max-Log-MAP, controlling the component decoder in parallel. And the state metric calculation in the decoding circuit is combined to reduce the overall power consumption effectively, enabling the encoder and decoder to be used in narrowband Internet of things(NB-IoT). Finally, the hardware scheme of the main functional modules of Turbo code encoding and decoding is designed and implemented. The results show that the dynamic power consumption is less than 50 m W. The overall on-chip power consumption is reduced by 40% at the frequency of 125 MHz compared with previous jobs.

BACKGROUND:There are currently no effective drugs to mitigate the ischemia/reperfusion injury caused by fluid resuscitation after hemorrhagic shock(Hs).The aim of this study was to explore the potential of the histone deacetylase 6(HDAC6)-specific inhibitor tubastatin A(TubA)to suppress nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome activation in macrophages under hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)***:The viability of RAW264.7 cells subjected to H/R after treatment with different concentrations of TubA was assessed using a cell-counting kit-8(CCK8)***,2.5μmol/L TubA was used with RAW264.7 cells under H/R ***264.7 cells were divided into three groups,namely the control,H/R,and TubA *** levels of reactive oxygen species(ROs)in the cells were detected using fluorescence *** protein expression of HDAC6,heat shock protein 90(Hsp90),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOs),NLRP3,gasdermin-D(GsDMD),Caspase-1,GsDMD-N,and Caspase-1 p20 was detected by western *** levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and IL-18 in the supernatants were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELIsA).REsULTs:HDAC6,Hsp90,and iNOs expression levels were significantly higher(Ps levels were significantly higher(Psignificantly reduced in the TubA group(PsDMD,Caspase-1,GsDMD-N,and Caspase-1 p20 expression levels than the control group(Psignificantly lower expression levels than the H/R group(Ps in the supernatants were significantly higher in the H/R group compared to the control group(Psignificantly lower in the TubA group compared to the H/R group(PsION:TubA inhibited the expression of HDAC6,Hsp90,and iNOs in macrophages
