This paper provides insight into the wing kinematics,the power requirement and the dynamic stability characteristics of a hawkmoth model in vertically ascending *** wing kinematics of the hawkmoth model is obtained based on the minimum required power *** optimization process is conducted using genetic and simplex algorithms that are coupled with an artificial neural network to rapidly predict the aerodynamic force and required *** training data for the neural network are generated from an unsteady vortex-lattice *** to hover,the results in this study show the larger flapping frequency and the smaller rotation amplitude of the hawkmoth wing kinematics in ascending ***,more power is required when the ascending speed *** conducting a dynamic modal analysis based on a cycle-average approach,the certain effect of the ascending speed on the modal structures of the hawkmoth model was observed.

We present a comparative study of the control of group velocity in three-level atomic systems including Λ-, Ladder-, and v-types via spontaneously generated coherence(SGC) and relative phase of laser *** the steady regime, expressions of group index are derived as an analytical function of controllable parameters related to SGC and relative *** is shown that the group velocity can be further slowed down or speeded up under SGC in which modifications of group velocity due to the SGC in Λ-and v-systems are stronger than that in *** particular, when interference strength of SGC p increases from 0.7 to 1.0, the light propagation is switched from superluminal to subluminal modes(for Λ-and Ladder-systems) or from subluminal to superluminal modes(for vsystem).In the presence of relative phase, the group velocity changes between subluminal and superluminal modes with a period of 2π.In resonant region, the largest positive value of group index reaches at the relative phase φ=π while the largest negative value of group index reaches at φ= 0 and 2π for the Λ-and Ladder-systems, otherwise, for the v-system the largest positive group index occurs at φ= 0 and 2π, and the largest negative group index occurs at φ=π.

Objective:To determine the relationship between the early embryo viability assessment(EEvA)and blastocyst morphological parameters and pregnancy ***:This retrospective cohort study was conducted on 291 intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycles including 2522 embryos with indications of prolonging embryo culture to the blastocyst stage in the Genea embryo review incubator,and 511 single vitrified-warmed blastocyst transfer cycles from January 2020 to June *** EEvA system produced an EEvA score from E1(best)to E5(worse)for the potential of blastocyst *** morphology was *** association between the EEvA score and each type of blastocyst morphology,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy,and ongoing pregnancy were assessed using generalized estimating ***:The inner cell mass A(ICM A),trophectoderm A(TE A),blastocoele expansion degree of 3,4,5,6,7 rates were higher with lower the EEvA *** adjusted odd ratio(aOR)(E5 vs E1)was 0.3 for ICM A,0.174 for TE A and 0.210 for BL3,4,5,6,7(all PvA scores and improved embryo *** implantation,clinical pregnancy,and ongoing pregnancy rate were also higher with lower the EEvA *** aOR of E5 vs E1 was 0.245 for implantation,0.185 for clinical pregnancy and 0.200 for ongoing pregnancy rate(PvA *** good blastocyst morphology and pregnancy outcomes are higher with lower the EEvA score.

The world is facing great challenges regarding the energy crisis and environmental *** of the main challenges is the increasing number of ships with a lot of different types and *** this research,it is essential to analyze the operational energy efficiency of sea-going ships since the previous studies have concentrated on the inland river *** working is carried out by analyzing of the energy efficiency operation for large size ships such as bulk carriers,container ships,*** on the resistance characteristics of different navigation environment factors.A numerical model of main engine energy efficiency operation was considered using the energy efficiency measure of IMO(International Maritime Organization),in particular using the Energy Efficiency Operational Indicator(EEOI)as a monitoring tool in this *** EEOI numerical model was established and simulated through Simulink/Matlab and verified by the collected data from a certain vessel in *** EEOI model was simulated under the different navigation environment conditions including various engine speed,wind speed,wave height,and water *** that,the simulation results of this research will be compared with experimental database of a certain bulk carrier namely M/v NSU JUSTICE 250,000 *** results indicated that it is important to consider the main engine speed appropriately in ship operation in order to save energy onboard and reduce the greenhouse gas emission problem.

The ship energy efficiency management is an important topic in the field of the energy management onboard and the exhaust gases emission *** advanced model plays a vital role to improve the ship energy efficiency management when considering the variable *** establishment of the ship energy efficiency model through energy efficiency operational indicator(EEOI)index has been conducted through Monte Carlo simulation method along with using the operation data of a bulk carrier.A bulk carrier is chosen,namely,M/v NSU JUSTICE 250,000 DWT of vINIC Shipping Transportation Company in *** research uses the real operational data to perform a statistical methodology which calculates the various factors used to calculate *** method is supported by Matlab program through the curve fitting *** normal distribution estimation and the kernel density estimation method are used for the parametric curve fitting and non-parametric curve fitting,*** average weather condition(wind speed and wave height)and the fouling condition of hull have been investigated and compared with the research *** validation of the proposed methods has been conducted through the study of the external factors influencing the research *** research result shows the optimal operational data for the fuel consumption at each certain *** paper is useful for the ship-owners and the ship-operators in the field of the ship energy efficiency management.

Multi-fidelity Data Fusion(MDF)frameworks have emerged as a prominent approach to producing economical but accurate surrogate models for aerodynamic data modeling by integrating data with different fidelity ***,most existing MDF frameworks assume a uniform data structure between sampling data sources;thus,producing an accurate solution at the required level,for cases of non-uniform data structures is *** address this challenge,an Adaptive Multi-fidelity Data Fusion(AMDF)framework is proposed to produce a composite surrogate model which can efficiently model multi-fidelity data featuring non-uniform ***,the design space of the input data with non-uniform data structures is decomposed into subdomains containing simplified ***,different MDF frameworks and a rule-based selection process are adopted to construct multiple local models for the subdomain *** the other hand,the Enhanced Local Fidelity Modeling(ELFM)method is proposed to combine the generated local models into a unique and continuous global ***,the resulting model inherits the features of local models and approximates a complete database for the whole design *** validation of the proposed framework is performed to demonstrate its approximation capabilities in(A)four multi-dimensional analytical problems and(B)a practical engineering case study of constructing an F16C fighter aircraft’s aerodynamic *** comparisons of the generated models using the proposed AMDF framework and conventional MDF approaches using a single global modeling algorithm are performed to reveal the adaptability of the proposed approach for fusing multi-fidelity data featuring non-uniform ***,the results indicated that the proposed framework outperforms the state-of-the-art MDF approach in the cases of non-uniform data.

Objective:To investigate the anti-proliferative effects of 20-hydroxyecdysone isolated from the bark of Dacrycarpus imbricatus(Blume) de ***:Column chromatography was used for isolation of compounds from plant *** structure of the isolated compound was identified by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance techniques,including HSQC,HMBC,NOE-difference *** isolated compound was tested for its anti-proliferative activity in acute myeloid leukemia(AML) and OCI-AML ***:Compound 1 was isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Dacrycarpus imbricatus barks by column *** chemical structure was identified as 20-hydroxyecdysone(20HE),a cholestane-type ecdysteroid,by a combination of mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometric *** goal was to test the anti-proliferative activity of 20 HE using the OCI-AML cell line.20 HE significantly decreased OCI cell number at a concentration of 1 mg/mL,whereas lower concentrations were ***,this decrease was due to partial blockage of the G_1/S phase of the cell cycle,with a reduction of cells in the G_2M phase,not due to increased ***:This indicates that 20 HE significantly decreases the number of cells in the G_1/S phase of the cell cycle in human AML *** is the first time that the anti-proliferative activity of 20 HE against a human tumor cell line has been reported.
