自称为“女性主义者”的卡特,她的第一部小说《影舞》就批判了文化给男女性别带来的负面影响,展示了她的初始女性主义意识。不过这种意识是间接的、隐含的,嵌入于叙述者的超现实主义的视角之下,故而容易被读者“指责”小说专注于女性受虐狂,看不见超现实主义欲达到的“革命”。本文通过分析叙述者就三位女性人物的超现实主义叙事视角,探析她们身上不同程度蕴含的挑战父权法则的女性主义伦理,认为吉斯莲若从20世纪60年代反文化的角度来说,是“不再表现其过去的假正经”,而是“‘扮演’其解放”,埃德娜是位觉醒者,而艾米莉几乎一开始就是位女勇士。

Cytokine monitoring has attracted great attention due to its significance in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases,such as tumors,microbial infections,and immunological ***-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)is one of the most popular methods in cytokine detection,ascribing to the lavish signal amplification methods in the ELISA *** addition to classical enzymes,other signal amplifiers such as fluorescent probes,artificial nano-enzymes,and photothermal reagents have been applied to reduce the detection limit and produce more sensitive ELISA *** to the accumulative effect of heat,photothermal reagents are promising materials in the signal amplification of ***,the lack of efficient photothermal generation material at an aggregate scale may delay the further development of this *** this contribution,based on an efficient organic photothermal aggregate material,an enzyme-free photothermally amplified fluorescent immunosorbent assay system consisting of an assay microfluidic chip and detecting platform was *** photothermal nanoparticles with highly efficient photothermal conversion by harvesting energy via excited-state intramolecular motions and enlarging molar absorptivity were successfully *** detection concentration at 50 pg/mL of interleukin-2 was achieved,realizing a signal improvement of detection limits by 20-fold compared to that of previously reported photothermal *** microscopic imaging integrated with plane sweeping technology provided high spatial resolution and precision,indicating the potential of achieving high throughput profiling at the ***,as an alternative excitation source,light-emitting diode not only provided a more affordable and miniaturized detection system but also revealed the great feasibility of intramolecular motion-induced photothermy nanoparticles for biological analyses.

Life Cycle Costing (LCC) is always a major concern in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. This paper presents the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in the development of a lifecycle cost-estimating tool. The IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) model as an interoperable building information model has been adopted as the central data repository to deliver the integrated information of building designs from CAD design systems into the lifecycle-costing database. In this paper, the conceptions and relevant factors, which could affect the LCC estimation, have been introduced. The problems of current LCC applications have been identified as the lack of LCC data and the complexity of LCC exercises. The software application of IFC models and relevant auxiliary are depicted as a solution of the problem identified. The lifecycle costing tool is a part of the nD Modeling tool and as such is based on its integrated interface prototype toolkit and is able to holistically present an IFC model into a 3D virtual reality view, a tree-view and a list of element properties. The functions and some technical points are also detailed in the paper. Through the research, it demonstrates the potential and possibility of implementing BIM methods and techniques, particularly IFCs to enhance the computer applications in the processes of building construction and facility management.

A 6.5-kb specific fragment containing the T7 promoter and the transcription vector was excised from the full-length cDNA clone of the Newcastle disease virus(NDV)strain ZJI of goose origin,and thereafter it was self-ligated to form a high quality plasmid for ***-directed mutagenesis was used for inserting three additional G nucleotides(nts)into the region between the T7 promoter and the leader sequence of the NDV ***-PCr was employed to amplify the F/HN gene fragments,and then they were ligated by the shared restriction enzyme ***,the corresponding fragment in the mutant full-length cDNA was substituted with the new *** sequencing results showed that the three additional G nts were successfully inserted and the mutant nts in the full-length cDNA were *** study lays a good foundation for research on the reverse genetics of NDV strain ZJI.

The Yb:Lu_(2)O_(3)precursor made up of spherical particles was synthesized through the co-precipitation method in the water/ethanol *** 5 at% Yb:Lu_(2)O_(3)powder is in the cubic phase after calcination at 1100℃ for 4 *** powder also consists of spherical nanoparticles with the average particle and grain sizes of 96 and 49 nm,*** average grain size of the pre-sintered ceramic sample is 526 nm and that of the sample by hot isostatic pressing grows to 612 *** 1.0 mm-thick sample has an in-line transmittance of 81.6%(theoretical value of 82.2%)at 1100 *** largest absorption cross-section at 976 nm is 0.96×1^(0-20)cm^(2) with the emission cross-section at 1033 nm of 0.92×10^(-20)cm^(2) and the gain cross sections are calculated with the smallest population inversion parameter β of *** highest slope efficiency of 68.7% with the optical efficiency of 65.1% is obtained at 1033.3 nm in quasi-continuous wave(QCW)*** the case of continuous wave(CW)pumping,the highest slope efficiency is 61.0% with the optical efficiency of 54.1%.The obtained laser performance indicates that Yb:Lu_(2)O_(3)ceramics have excellent resistance to thermal load stresses,which shows great potential in high-power solid-state laser applications.

Background:Due to absence of large,prospective,randomized,clinical trial data,the potential survivalbenefit of lymphadenectomy with different number of regional lymph nodes(LNs)remains *** aim to create a predicting model to help estimate individualized potential survival benefit oflymphadenectomy with more regional LNs for patients with resected gallbladder cancer(GBC).Methods:Patients with resected GBC were selected from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End resultsdatabase who were diagnosed between 2004 and *** included age,race,sex,grade,histologicalstage,tumor sizes and receipt of non-primary *** types of multivariate survival regression modelswere constructed and *** best model performance was tested by the external validation data fromour ***:A total of 1,669 patients met the inclusion criteria for this *** lognormal survival modelshowed the best performance and was tested by the external validation data,including 193 patients withresected GBC from our ***,which based on the accelerated failure time parametricsurvival model,were built to estimate individualized survival.C-index,was up to 0.754 and 0.710 in internalvalidation for more and less regional LNs removed,*** of internal and external calibrationcurves showed good agreement between predicted and observed outcomes in the 1-,3-,and 5-year overallsurvival(OS).Conclusions:A predicting model can be used as a decision model to predict which patients may obtainbenefit from lymphadenectomy with more regional LNs.

Background Post-operation pain is a very subjective phenomenon. The aim of this study was to find out the effects of acupuncture or electro-acupuncture on post-cesarean pain. Methods Sixty women, who had had spinal anesthesia during cesarean section at the Department of Obstetrics of China Medical University Hospital, were randomly assigned to the control group, the acupuncture group, and the electro-acupuncture group. After the operation, we applied subjects with acupuncture or electro-acupuncture on the bilateral acupuncture point, San Yin Jiao （Sp6）, and the patient controlled analgesia （PCA）. The first time of requesting morphine, the frequency of PCA demands in 24 hours, and the doses of PCA used were recorded double blindly. In addition, monitoring the subjects＇ vital signs, the opioid-related side effects, and the pain scores was done. results The results showed that the acupuncture group and the electro-acupuncture group could delay the time of requesting morphine up to 10-11 minutes when compared with the control group. The total dose of PCA used within the first 24 hours was 30%-35% less in the acupuncture group and the electro-acupuncture group when compared with the control group, which was indicated in statistical significance. However, there was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the electro-acupuncture group. The electro-acupuncture group＇s and the acupuncture group＇s pain scores were lower than the control group＇s within the first 2 hours. Both were statistically significant. However, two hours later, there were no significant differences of the visual analogue scale （VAS） scores between either of the treatment groups and the control group. Finally, the incidence of opioid-related side effects, such as dizziness, was less in the acupuncture group and electro-acupuncture group than in the control group.
