Screw metal i.plants (3S, i.rael) wi.h rough or smooth poli.hed surface were i.troduced i. a ti.i.l proxi.al condyle of not purebred rabbi.s. The condi.i.n of surroundi.g ti.sues i. 2 and 6 months after i.plantati.n was compared by li.ht mi.roscopy and X-ray methods. Wi.hi. 6 months after operati.n the consi.erable di.ti.cti.ns of radi.logi.al and morphologi.al data were revealed not. 2 months later after i.troducti.n of i.plants wi.h a rough surface the effort enclosed for i.s twi.ti.g i., much more, than for removal of the poli.hed product. However, stabi.i.y of fi.i.g of i.plants was practi.ally made even at 6 months. On remote rough i.plants there i. a set of ti.sue scraps whereas on products wi.h a smooth surface the ti.sue remai.s were much less. Surroundi.g ti.sues strongly joi. a rough surface, grow i.to cavi.i.s, and duri.g removal of such products there i. a consi.erable trauma of ti.sues round an i.plantati.n place. Smooth i.plants have the smaller area of contact wi.h organi.m ti.sues, they are fi.ed due to bi.orti.al i.plantati.n, duri.g removal easi.y get out and don’t break off surroundi.g ti.sues. The si.ns of i.flammati.n and formati.n of merged multi.uclear macrophages were not found at all cases, whi.h gi.e evi.ence to the i.ertness of materi.l of the menti.ned arti.les for li.i.g organi.m. i. some observati.ns however and by i.plantati.n of the rough arti.le and by i.troducti.n of poli.hed i.plants, metal parti.les were found, but after use of the forei.n body wi.h gri.-blasted treatment of surface metal was found more frequently, and i.s fragments had larger volume.

Experi.ental Results of the Fi.ri. Clot Use to Accelerate the Regenerati.n of Damaged Bone i. the Rat Lower Jaw

Morphologi.al and radi.logi.al methods were used to study regenerati.n of the damaged bone of rat mandi.les after appli.ati.n of plateletenri.hed fi.ri. clot. A bone hole was arti.i.i.lly created, and i. the natural course of regenerati.n, the hole was i.medi.tely fi.led wi.h blood and there a blood clot formed. After one week of heali.g, separate i.lands of young bone ti.sue appeared. After two to three weeks, the openi.g i. the mandi.le was completely replaced by the young bone ti.sue. When a si.i.ar bone hole was fi.led wi.h autologi.al fi.ri. clot, the blood clot di. not form. But after one week the enti.e hole was fi.ed wi.h newlyformed fused bone ti.sue. By the second week after the use of fi.ri. clot, the bone hole had further healed and bone callus was formed.

The possi.i.i.y of the appli.ati.n of autologi. pluri.otent cells from peri.heral blood (APCPB) for correcti.n of stri.e after pregnancy was studi.d. Vi.ually fi.st si.ns of i.provement of atrophi. scars can be noti.ed i. 6-8 weeks after i.jecti.n of APCPB and gradually progress duri.g 6 months. The atrophy of epi.heli.m, hyperkeratosi., sclerosi. of all dermi. layers wi.h smoothi.g of papi.lae, reducti.n of number of blood vessels and ski. appendages were found before treatment by method of li.ht mi.croscopy. i. all observati.ns after i.jecti.n of APCPB i. a connecti.e ti.sue, whi.h replaces of dermi., an i.crease of number of vessels at the expense of processes of neoangi.genesi., leukocyti. i.fi.trati.n reducti.n, thi.ni.g and orderi.g of arrangement of collagen and elasti. fi.ers were detected. The results of i.jecti.g of autologi. mesenchymal stem cells of bone marrow ori.i. (AMSCBMO), transfected by the GFP gene, i.to the scar of rat uteri.e horns were studi.d by methods of li.ht mi.roscopy. After the i.troducti.n of AMSCBMO i.to the formed scar on the ri.ht (2 months after the li.ati.n) large groups of blood vessels wi.h cellular elements i.si.e were present;groups li.e that were not found i. the opposi.e si.e. Studyi.g unstai.ed secti.ns under reflected ultravi.let li.ht the suffi.i.nt bri.ht lumi.escence i. the endotheli.m and the external membrane of scar vessels was found i. uteri.e horn only on the si.e of i.troducti.n of AMSCBMO. i. was concluded that after the i.troducti.n of AMSCBMO i.to the scar ti.sue they form blood vessels by di.ferenti.ti.n i.to endotheli.cytes and peri.ytes. GFP gene expressi.n not only i. endotheli.m of vessels, but also i. thei. external membrane i.di.ates that di.ferenti.ti.n of AMSCMBO i. possi.le i. endotheli.l and i. peri.ytal di.ecti.ns.
