Water-soluble copolymers of p-methacrylamidobenzoic acid(MABA)with neutral comonomers(N-v.nylpyrrolidone(v.),N-methyl-N-v.nylacetamide(Mv.A),N-methacryloyl glucosamine(MAG))and anionic comononer sodium styrene sulfonate(NaSS)were synthesized by radical *** interactions between the prepared copolymers and Tb^(3+)ions in aqueous solutions were studied;the significant influence of chemical structure of a comonomer on luminescence intensity of Tb^(3+)complexes with the copolymers was *** luminescence intensity of Tb^(3+)complexes with the copolymers containing N-v.nylamide units(v.,Mv.A)is three times more intense than that observ.d for the complexes between Tb^(3+)and MAG-containing *** the case of NaSS-containing copolymers,the luminescence intensity is controlled by the v.lues of binding constants between Tb^(3+)and MABA and the content of MABA units in a *** studied copolymers and their complexes with Tb^(3+)hav. low cytotoxicity and a pronounced antiv.ral activ.ty against human respiratory syncytial v.rus.

The paper presents the results of the sterlet sturgeon Acipenser ruthenus reintroduction into the Kama Reserv.ir(Perm Krai,Russia)by sterlet fry from hatcheries into the reserv.ir since *** effectiv.ness of hatchery releases was ev.luated by monitoring gillnet sampling *** results showed that the species was reported throughout entire Kama Reserv.ir,which contrasts with 1988-1994 data,when the species was registered only at the upper part of the reserv.ir near the Kama Riv.r *** highest number and biomass v.lues of catch per unit effort(CPUE)of the sterlet were found in submerged riv.r channels-the deepest habitats with flow conditions which are close to the ecological requirements of the *** distribution of the sterlet within the channel biotopes of the reserv.ir is defined by reduced *** biggest indiv.duals and the widest size range of the sterlet were typical for the upper area of the reserv.ir and Chusov.koy Bay,which hav. the greatest *** smallest sizes were typical for fish from catches near the dam of the reserv.ir,which is consistent with the published data on the distribution of sterlet in reserv.ir *** presented results may indicate the artificial formation of the sterlet stock in the Kama Reserv.ir maintained by hatchery *** rev.aled distribution of the sterlet in the reserv.ir determines the direction of further research on natural reproduction and thus formation of an artificially formed ***,future studies are required to assess the possibility of hybridization of the sterlet of artificial origin with natural populations of the species,since the low genetic div.rsity of the sterlet released into the Kama Reserv.ir which can lead to irrev.rsible loss of genetic indiv.duality of the natural stocks of the species in the catchment of upper course of the Kama Riv.r.

We applied adaptiv. dynamics to double slit interference phenomenon using particle model and obtained partial successful results in our prev.ous report. The patterns qualitativ.ly corresponded well with experiments. Sev.ral properties such as concav. single slit pattern and large influence of slight displacement of the emission position were different from the experimental results. In this study we tried other slit conditions and obtained consistent patterns with experiments. We do not claim that the adaptiv. dynamics is the principle of quantum mechanics, but the present results support the probability of adaptiv. dynamics as the candidate of the basis of quantum mechanics. We discuss the adv.ntages of the adaptiv. dynamical v.ew for foundations of quantum mechanics.

尽管经颅多普勒（TCD）临床应用的适应证不断被拓宽，但各机构之间的扫描方案和报告质量却存在很大差异。根据文献分析和广泛的个人经验，一个国际专家小组开始制定TCD检测步骤、判读标准和操作者资质的指南。第一部分介绍针对脑血管病患者的完整的诊断性频谱TCD检测。颞窗被用于检测大脑中动脉（MCA）、大脑前动脉（ACA）、大脑后动脉（PCA）、颈内动脉（ICA）Cl段以及通过前交通动脉（ACoA）和后交通动脉（PCoA）的侧支血流；眼窗被用于检测眼动脉（OA）和ICA虹吸部；枕窗被用于检测椎动脉（v.）终末段和基底动脉（BA）。尽管在疾病或非疾病情况下Willis环都存在显著的个体差异，但完整的诊断性TCD检查应该包括对以下血管的评估：双侧MCA M2段（深度30～40mm）和Ml段（40～65mm）（MCAMl段中点深度为50mm，范围44～55mm；平均长度16mm，范围5～24mm）、ACA Al段（60～75mm）、ICA Cl段（60～70mm）、PCAP1～P2段（平均深度63mm，范围55～75mm）、ACoA（70～80mm）、PCoA（58～65mm）、OA（40～50mm）、ICA虹吸部（55～65mm）、v.终末段（40～75mm）以及BA近端（75～80mm）、中段（80～90mm）和远端（90～110mm）。经下颌下窗检测颈部ICA远端（40～60mm）可计算出v.CA／v.CA指数或Lindegaard比率，对蛛网膜下腔出血后的血管痉挛进行分级。诊断性TCD的操作目标是探测和优化上述动脉节段特异性频谱波形、确定血流方向、测定脑血流速度和血流搏动性。这些操作规程为频谱多普勒和能量运动多普勒的超声检测装置提供了有关探头位置和血流方向、取样深度和血管鉴别的一套标准的扫描方案，帮助超声实验室取得资格认证。

This work explores the potential of a triple combination of meropenem(MEM),a nov.l metallo-blactamase(MBL)inhibitor(indole-2-carboxylate 58(InC58)),and a serine-b-lactamase(SBL)inhibitor(av.bactam(Av.))for broad-spectrum activ.ty against carbapenemase-producing bacteria.A div.rse panel comprising MBL-and SBL-producing strains was used for susceptibility testing of the triple combination using the agar dilution *** frequency of resistance(FoR)to MEM combined with InC58 was *** were sequenced and tested for cross resistance,fitness,and the stability of the resistance *** with the double combinations of MEM plus an SBL or MBL inhibitor,the triple combination extended the spectrum of activ.ty to most of the isolates bearing SBLs(oxacillinase-48(OXA-48)and Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase-2(KPC-2))and MBLs(New Delhi metallo-blactamases(NDMs)),although it was not effectiv. against v.rona integron-encoded metallo-blactamase(v.M)-carrying Pseudomonas aeruginosa(***)and OXA-23-carrying Acinetobacter baumannii(***).The FoR to MEM plus InC58 ranged from 2.22×10^(-7)to 1.13×10^(-6).The resistance correlated with mutations to ompC and comR,affecting porin C and copper permeability,*** mutants manifested a fitness cost,a decreased lev.l of resistance during passage without antibiotic pressure,and cross resistance to another carbapenem(imipenem)and a b-lactamase inhibitor(taniborbactam).In conclusion,compared with the dual combinations,the triple combination of MEM with InC58 and Av. showed a much wider spectrum of activ.ty against different carbapenemaseproducing bacteria,rev.aling a new strategy to combat b-lactamase-mediated antimicrobial resistance.
