Brazil is the world’s largest producer and consumer of passion fruit,being a tropical fruit that produces a lot of waste in its *** this residue is more than 60%of the mass of the fruit,there is a problem directed to the discard of the *** way to add economic and financial value to the passion fruit industry would be to use the waste as a source of fuel in a process of converting biomass to *** objective of this work was to characterize samples of passion fruit residues by analyzing the moisture content and the experimental calorific value,aiming at its energy utilization,in order to obtain initial information to help define the best conversion path of this biomass:thermochemical or *** analysis,it was concluded that the most appropriate biomass utilization route would be anaerobic biodigestion due to the high moisture content presented in the samples(greater than 80%).However,the same ones,if in dry basis,also have high calorific value,compared,for example,with sugarcane *** the results,it was demonstrated that the biomass of the passion fruit pulp presents itself as a potential alternative for the energy utilization.

背景如果能够消除局部麻醉时针刺所导致的疼痛，将是牙科学的一个重大进步。方法在本交叉双盲研究中，我们评估了脂质体包裹罗哌卡因用于表面麻醉的效果。30例健康志愿者接受了各60mg的表面麻醉药：1％脂质体包裹罗哌卡因，1％普通罗哌卡因，2．5％利多卡因和2．5％丙胺卡因混合物（EMLA），以及20％苯佐卡因凝胶。麻醉位置在右上犬齿处的颊皱褶，各种药物于不同时间应用，每种使用2分钟。当30G针头刺入后，以视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估疼痛。用针刺试验测定表面麻醉的维持时间，用电子牙髓刺激器评估牙髓反应。结果在脂质体包裹罗哌卡因组、罗哌卡因组、EMLA组及苯佐卡因组中，VAS中位数和四分位数间距（以cm计）分别为0．8（0．4～1．5），1．6（0．8～2．6），1．1（0．3～2．7），2．2（0．9～2．9）。脂质体包裹罗哌卡因组较苯佐卡因组的VAS评分均数更低（P=0．0205）。在脂质体包裹罗哌卡因组、罗哌卡因组、EMLA组及苯佐卡因组中，软组织麻醉持续时间的中位数和四分位数间距分别为11（7～14），6．5（4～11），14（11～16），7（6～9）分钟。EMLA和脂质体包裹罗哌卡因的镇痛效能相当，与其他麻醉药相比，软组织麻醉持续时间更长（P=0．0001）。结论1％脂质体包裹罗哌卡因凝胶在减轻针刺疼痛和软组织麻醉维持时间上与EMLA相当。以上所有表面麻醉药均不能产生牙髓麻醉作用。

腐植酸(HA)通过调节植物的激素和氧化还原代谢来刺激几种植物种类的生长,然而,关于HA与植物相关菌群的关系鲜有报道。本文中,我们假设HA效应与植物相关细菌群落的调控同时发生,水稻在施用或不施用HA(80 mg/L)的营养液中生长264 h,每24 h评价1次植株生长,施用240 h后取样品进行16S rRnA基因测序。第1次施用HA后,从100 h到264 h植株净同化率、绝对生长率和相对生长率增加,根系体积和其他生长变量在植物生长周期的不同时间受到刺激。宏基因组分类揭示,使用HA后细菌群落结构和组成受到影响,HA处理的根部,群落成员间的相互作用增强,显示更多关联更密切的细菌群落,鞘氨醇菌属(Chitinophaga)和粘液杆菌属(Mucilaginibacter)是HA处理后根系的优势菌属。据报道,这些细菌能产生酶,降解真菌、卵菌和线虫卵壁中的化合物。铁载体产生者和植物生长促进者——假单胞菌(Pseudomonas)和酸杆菌Gp1(Acidobacteria Gp1)均富集,虽然丰度较低。鉴于这些结果,我们认为植物组建这些微生物是为了应对HA—根互作引起的胁迫。我们的研究结果首次表明,受HA刺激的植物可能采用组建细菌群落成员的生态策略,这些细菌群落成员是抑制病原体的候选者,因而参与植物防御.

The SARS-CoV-2 infection causes severe immune ***,it is unclear if disrupted immune regulation still exists and pertains in recovered COVID-19 *** our study,we have characterized the immunephe no type of B cells from 15 recovered COVID-19 patients,and found that healthy controls and recovered patients had similar B-cell populations before and after BCR stimulation,but the frequencies of PBC in patients were significantly increased when compared to healthy controls before ***,the percentage of unswitched memory B cells was decreased in recovered patients but not changed in healthy controls upon BCR ***,we found that CD19 expression was significantly reduced in almost all the B-cell subsets in recovered ***,the BCR signaling and early B-cell response were disrupted upon BCR ***,we found that the reduced CD19 expression was caused by the dysregulation of cell *** conclusion,we found that SARS-CoV-2 infection causes immunodeficiency in recovered patients by downregulating CD19 expression in B cells via enhandng B-cell metabolism,which may provide a new intervention target to cure COVID-19.
