Serum testosterone and prostate-specific antigen levels are major risk factors for prostatic volume increase among benign prostatic hyperplasia patients

Objective:Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is one of the most common diseases found among elderly *** though multiple risk factors of BPH have been identified in the past,the risk factors which have a direct impact on prostate volume have not been *** this study,we aim to determine the most significant contributing risk factors to prostate volume enlargement by analyzing possible associated risk factors previously ***:This is a quantitative study with an analytical observational design,performed using a retrospective cohort *** sampling was performed on 83 patients who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)in Sanglah General Hospital from January to February *** analysis is performed to examine each variable's association with prostate volume followed by a multivariate *** variables were reassessed with path analysis to measure the direct effects,indirect effects,and total effects on prostate ***:Bivariate analysis shows that serum testosterone(R=0.208;p=0.059)and prostate-specific antigen(PSA)level(R=0.626;p=0.001)have a significant association with prostate *** analysis shows that serum PSA(B=1.4;p=0.001;95%confidence interval[95%CI]=1.039-1.770)and testosterone(B=0.024;p=0.005;95%CI=0.008-0.041)levels are significant among all the analyzed risk *** is a significant and strong effect of PSA to prostate volume(c=0.636;p=0.001)whereas testosterone has a significant albeit weak effect to prostate volume(c=0.246;p=0.009)based on the total effect of the path ***:Serum testosterone and PSA levels are significantly associated with prostatic volume increase among BPH patients.

Tourists’ Behavioural Intention Towards Ecotourism in Bali Under Consideration of Issue-Related Knowledge

Indonesia,particularly Bali,is a feasible destination to hold whether an international or national event conference,however its standard needs to improve,since it is below other *** the green meeting,several conference events still are concerned in preserving the environment,and also reducing the negative environment ***,the service quality is very necessary to support the conference ***,this study is to analyze the service quality,green meetings towards satisfaction,loyalty,and the development strategy of Bali as a center of sustainable conference *** research uses a sequential explanatory model,which is a mixed method between quantitative and qualitative *** approach used SEM,and focus group discussion for the qualitity to obtain stake holders’*** was used to develop the strategies and QSPM to obtain the alternatives that are prioritized to the development center of event conference that has quality and green *** research was located in several places,such as Nusa Dua,Kuta,and Airport.

Sanur Area Development Strategy Towards Green Tourism Destination

The landscape and the uniqueness of culture is the principal capital of Bali’s tourism industry. The government shows its seriousness by setting the concept of tourism development in Bali as cultural tourism. Sanur is a region in Bali that relies on cultural tourism as a significant magnet in attracting tourists. However, the increasing number of tourists causes negative impacts, such as environmental damage. Applying the right tourism development strategy can help prevent environmental damage. This conceptual study attempts to identify environmental problems in Sanur area based on observation, interviews, focus group discussion, and documentation. This study used a descriptive-qualitative analytical method to formulate a strategy using the concept of 4A: attractions, amenities, accessibilities, and ancillary services that can be approached to develop Sanur into a green tourism destination. Responsible green tourism programs and plans include those that minimize the negative aspects of conventional tourism on the environment and enhance the cultural integrity of local people.

Establishing the Positioning of Agritourism Product Towards the Collaborative Marketing of CBA Subak Jatiluwih Bali

Positioning is a tool for tourism marketing activities;thus,it directs agritourism management to have a more precise marketing plan and leads the tourism marketing to perform effectively and ***,it supports the management to compose a positive marketing plan by using marketing mix,channel,and predicting results *** article analyses the positioning of agritourism products in Community Based Agritourism(CBA)Subak Jatiluwih from visitors’*** examined six variables to create a precise positioning of CBA Subak Jatiluwih namely features,benefits,competitors,users,usages,and products’*** data gathered through a survey and interview to 125 tourists as respondents who met in the Subak Jatiluwih area during their visit while consuming agritourism *** result showed that visiting CBA Subak Jatiluwih with motivation for getting recharging and relaxing got in the average scores of 4.48 and *** scores are almost 5.0 or close to *** means the two parameters on benefits of agritourism products have strong power on CBA Subak Jatiluwih’s ***,the positioning formulation must be“by visiting CBA Subak Jatiluwih,tourists could encourage the inner motivation with relaxing and recharging their selves in the widest rice field teras in Bali”.
