Purpose:The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of fatigue upon kicking maximal ball velocity and the target-hitting accuracy of soccer players;and also to examine the effect of the knowledge of the exercise duration upon these 2 ***:Twenty-four semi-professional soccer players participated in this study and performed maximal instep kicks before and after the implementation of an exercise protocol,either with or without knowledge of the duration of this ***:A mixed model of analysis of variance showed that kicking maximal ball velocity was significantly affected(F(5,85)=11.6,pcircuit of the fatigue protocol and then remained *** did not change during the protocol(F(5,75)=0.23,p=0.76,η^2=0.03) and knowing the duration of exercitation did not affect accuracy and velocity development(F(1,23) ≤1.04,p≥0.32,η~2≤0.06).conclusion:These findings demonstrated the potential negative effects of fatigue on kicking ball velocity in soccer but not in the kicking accuracy and that the effect of fatigue may not be progressive over *** or not knowing the duration of exercitation did not affect the results.

Glial proliferation:For the last decades,glial cells have been wrongly believed to have a mere passive supporting role for ***,this notion has clearly changed and it is now admitted that these cells are essential for the correct development and regulation of the nervous *** cell population are commonly subdivided in astrocytes,oligodendrocytes and *** the development,neural stem cells(NScs)(called neuroepithelial progenitor cells or NPcs)transform into radial glia,the primary progenitor cells for neurons,astrocytes and oligodendrocytes(Zuchero and Barres,2015).Microglial cells,however,derive from a mesenchymal precursor infiltration,meaning that during brain development,precursors generated in the bone narrow invade the nervous parenchyma and differentiate into microglial cells(Zuchero and Barres,2015).This proliferative capacity is preserved in the adult mammalian brain,and neurogenic NScs are stored in two restricted regions of the central nervous system(cNS),the forebrain subventricular zone(SVZ)and the hippocampal dentate gyrus(subgranular zone).These cells continue to produce neurons and glial cells during the adulthood,being activated after certain signals and leaving the quiescent state(Urbán et al.,2019).This process,in which glial progenitor cells differentiate into mature glia during development and in the adult brain to maintain and regulate brain function,is called gliogenesis(Ardaya et al.,2020).

In this article,we explored the role of adipose tissue,especially mesenteric adipose tissue and creeping fat,and its association with the gut microbiota in the pathophysiology and progression of crohn’s disease(cD).cD is a form of inflammatory bowel disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract,influenced by genetic predisposition,gut microbiota dysbiosis,and environmental *** microbiota plays a crucial role in modulating immune response and intestinal inflammation and is associated with the onset and progression of ***,visceral adipose tissue,particularly creeping fat,a mesenteric adipose tissue characterized by hypertrophy and fibrosis,has been implicated in cD pathogenesis,inflammation,and *** bacteria from the gut microbiota may translocate into mesenteric adipose tissue,contributing to the formation of creeping fat and influencing cD *** creeping fat may be a protective barrier against bacterial invasion,its expansion can damage adjacent tissues,leading to *** gut microbiota through interventions such as fecal microbiota transplantation,probiotics,and prebiotics has shown potential in managing ***,more research is needed to clarify the mechanisms linking gut dysbiosis,creeping fat,and cD progression and develop targeted therapies for microbiota modulation and fat-related complications in patients with cD.

TREFAcE (Test for Recognition of Facial Expressions with Emotional conflict) is a computerized model for investigating the emotional factor in executive functions based on the Stroop paradigm, for the recognition of emotional expressions in human faces. To investigate the influence of the emotional component at the cortical level, the electroencephalographic (EEG) recording technique was used to measure the involvement of cortical areas during the execution of certain tasks. Thirty Brazilian native Portuguese-speaking graduate students were evaluated on their anxiety and depression levels and on their well-being at the time of the session. The EEG recording was performed in 19 channels during the execution of the TREFAcE test in the 3 stages established by the model-guided training, reading, and recognition—both with congruent conditions, when the image corresponds to the word shown, and incongruent condition, when there is no correspondence. The results showed better performance in the reading stage and in congruent conditions, while greater intensity of cortical activation in the recognition stage and in incongruent conditions. In a complementary way, specific frontal activations were observed: intense theta frequency activation in the left extension representing the frontal recruitment of posterior regions in information processing;also, activation in alpha frequency in the right frontotemporal line, illustrating the executive processing in the control of attention, in addition to the dorsal manifestation of the prefrontal side, for emotional performance. Activations in beta and gamma frequencies were displayed in a more intensely distributed way in the recognition stage. The results of this mapping of cortical activity in our study can help to understand how words and images of faces can be regulated in everyday life and in clinical contexts, suggesting an integrated model that includes the neural bases of the regulation strategy.

Sustainable tourism,as an integral part of sustainable development,emerged as a logical outcome of preventing the uncontrolled and excessive use of tourism resources and *** study analyzes whether mountain tourism development in Serbia can be sustainable and feasible in the long *** the heterogeneity of mountains in Serbia in terms of tourism development,the subject of this research is the achieved level of sustainable tourism development in mountains in the most developed and most visited region in Serbia-sumadija and Western Serbia:Zlatibor,Kopaonik,Tara,Zlatar,Mokra Gora and Go?.The sustainable tourism development level was analyzed by using five groups of the EU’s comparative indicators:economic,social,cultural,environmental and tourist satisfaction *** results showed that the development of tourism in the examined mountains is not fully aligned with sustainable *** tourist satisfaction indicator has the most acceptable values,which is a good basis for further harmonization of tourism development on the principles of *** indicators,especially the ratio of overnight stays and accommodation capacities,show the most unacceptable values,which indicate the need for implementing changes in the process of tourism development in the coming *** analysis of sustainable tourism in mountain areas in sumadija and the Western Serbia undoubtfully points out that it is necessary to significantly change the current tourism product portfolio,which implies harmonizing mountain tourism development with global ***,a comparative analysis that looks at the degree of sustainability of mountain tourism in some countries of the Alpine region,such as Switzerland,Austria and Slovenia,contributes to *** more intensive development of tourism throughout the year would significantly improve indicators of sustainable tourism in all analyzed mountain areas of Sumadija and Western *** would improve the

Dempster-Shafer Theory (DST) and the analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are integrated in order to elicit preference information from experts regarding decision makers (DMs) involved in a regulatory conflict. More precisely, DST is used for combining expert knowledge regarding preferences of a specific DM (the regulatory body), and AHP is employed for ranking feasible states in the conflict for this same DM. In order to illustrate how this preference elicitation proposal can be conveniently implemented in practice within the Graph Model for conflict Resolution (GMcR), it is applied to a real construction dispute located in the city of Ipojuca, Brazil. The conflict is modeled with three DMs: support, opposition, and the regulatory body. Results show that the new preference methodology possesses many inherent advantages including high flexibility the ability to capture uncertainty or even ignorance about preferences, the possibility of combining expert knowledge with respect to missing preferences, and a substantial reduction in the number of pairwise comparisons of states required to express preference information.

Autoimmune pancreatitis has received considerable attention,especially due to the marked effect of corticosteroid therapy on its clinical ***,especially regarding type 1 autoimmune pancreatitis,has significantly increased over the last decades,and despite significant differences in pathophysiology and outcomes,both type 1 and 2 autoimmune pancreatitis are still considered different types of the same *** have proposed a different nomenclature reflecting these *** the term steroid-responsive pancreatitides may be interpreted as synonymous to type 1 and 2 autoimmune pancreatitis,these are not the only pancreatic conditions that show a response to steroid *** pancreatitis caused by vasculitis and connective tissue diseases and acute pancreatitis secondary to checkpoint inhibitors or programmed cell death receptor antibody-mediated blockage cancer therapy may also benefit from steroid *** review presents current concepts on these disorders,aiming to increase awareness,analyze similarities and differences,and propose a new nomenclature that reflects their specific particularities,clustering them under the term"steroid-responsive pancreatitides".
