[背景]吸入细颗粒物（颗粒物直径≤2.5μm,PM2.5）能诱发氧化应激和炎症反应,并有可能导致早产和其他不良的围产期结局。[目的]检测2004—2008年,世界卫生组织在全球22个国家中进行的孕产妇和围产期保健调查中,室外PM2.5是否与不良妊娠结局相关。[方法]以有新生儿出生的各医疗诊所周围50 km为半径的圆弧缓冲区计算室外PM2.5的长期均值（2001—2006年）。应用广义估计方程确定诊所的PM2.5水平与个体的早产和低出生体重之间的相关性,调整个人、诊所和国家水平的季节性因素及潜在的混杂因素。另外还对各国中的相关性进行了研究。[结果]在所有国家中,调整季节性因素后,PM2.5与早产无关联,但是与低出生体重相关[PM2.5的第四个四分位数段（〉20.2μg/m3）与第一个四分位数（〈6.3μg/m3）相比,比值比（OR）=1.22;95%CI：1.07-1.39]。中国是PM2.5测量值范围最大的国家,早产和低出生体重均仅与PM2.5的最高四分位数段相关,提示可能存在阈值效应（PM2.5≥36.5μg/m3与PM2.5〈12.5μg/m3相比,早产和低出生体重比值比分别为：OR=2.54;CI：1.42-4.55和OR=1.99;CI：1.06-3.72）。[结论]室外PM2.5浓度与低出生体重相关,但与早产不相关。在快速发展的国家中,例如中国,最高的空气污染水平可能与两个结局都相关。

Tillage practices on sloping ground often result in unsustainable soil losses impairing soil functions such as crop productivity,water and nutrients storage,and soil organic carbon(SOC)sequestration.A sloping olive grove(10%)was planted in shallow gypsiferous soils in *** was managed by minimum tillage;the most frequent management practice in central *** consequences of erosion were studied in soil samples(at 0-10,10-20,and 20-30 cm depths)by analyzing SOC,available water and gypsum content,and by detecting spectral signatures using an ASD FieldSpecPro(R)VIS/*** Brightness index(BI),Shape index(FI),and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)were derived from the ASD spectral signatures and from remote sensing(Sentinel-2 image)*** development of these young olive trees was estimated from the measured diameter of the trunks(17±18 cm diameter).In 20-30 cm of the soil,the carbon stock(38±18 Mg ha-1)as well as the available water content(12±6%)was scarce,affecting the productivity of the olive *** above-mentioned indices obtained from the laboratory samples and the pixels of the Sentinel-2 image were significantly(p<0.01)correlated,with a correlation coefficient of around *** BI was related to the gypsum content and the slope of the *** FI was related to the carbon and water *** NDVI derived from the satellite image identified the influence of soil degradation on the trees and the carbon *** spatialtemporal changes of the indices might help in tracking soil changes over time.

This study aims to demonstrate the validity of fluorescence-based methods,together with flow cytometry,as a complementary tool to conventional physicochemical analyses carried out in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),for the control of the currently largely unknown activated sludge *** with SYTO 9,propidium iodide and 5-(and 6)-carboxy-2’,7’-difluorodihydrofluorescein diacetate(carboxy-H2 DFFDA)was used for cell viability and oxidative stress monitoring of the bacterial population forming the activated sludge of a *** the period of research,several unstable periods were detected,where the non-viable bacteria exceeded the 75%of the total bacterial population in the activated sludge,but only in one case the cells with oxidative stress grew to 9%,exceeding the typical values of2%-5%of this *** periods coincided in two cases with high values of total suspended solids(SST)and chemical oxygen demand(COD)in the effluent,and with an excess of ammonia in other case.A correlation between flow cytometric and physicochemical data was found,which enabled to clarify the possible origin of each case of instability in the biological *** experience supports the application of bacterial fluorescence staining,together with flow cytometric analysis,as a simple,rapid and reliable tool for the control and better understanding of the bacteria dynamics in a biological wastewater treatment process.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) affects a part of the young population and has a strong impact upon quality of life. The underlying etiology is not known, and the existing treatments are not curative. Furthermore, a significant percentage of patients are refractory to therapy. In recent years there have been great advances in our knowledge of stem cells and their therapeutic applications. In this context, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) has been used in application to severe refractory Crohn’s disease (CD), with encouraging results. Allogenic HSCT would correct the genetic defects of the immune system, but is currently not accepted for the treatment of IBD because of its considerable risks. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have immune regulatory and regenerative properties, and low immunogenicity (both autologous and allogenic MSCs). Based on these properties, MSCs have been used via the systemic route in IBD with promising results, though it is still too soon to draw firm conclusions. Their local administration in perianal CD is the field where most progress has been made in recent years, with encouraging results. The next few years will be decisive for defining the role of such therapy in the management of IBD.

This is a multicentre forensic study that identifies all sports-related sudden deaths (SRSDs) in young people,due to myocardial diseases (MDs) that occurred in a large area of *** aim of the study is to assess the epidemiology,causes of death,and sport activities associated with these *** is a retrospective study based on forensic autopsies performed in the provinces of Biscay,Seville,Valencia and in the jurisdiction covered by the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences in Madrid (Spain).The retrospective study encompasses from 2010 to *** sudden cardiac deaths (SCDs) in persons 1-35years old were *** total number of SCDs were divided into death occurred during exercise (SRSD) and death during rest,sleep or normal activities (non-SRSD).Each of these two groups was subdivided according to the cause of death into MD (primary cardiomyopathies and myocarditis) and ***-pathological,toxicological and genetic characteristics of SRSD due to MD were *** the 8-year study period,we identified 645 cases of SCD in the young: 75 SRSD (11.6%) and 570 non-SRSD (88.4%).MD was diagnosed in 33 (44.0%) of the SRSD and in 112 (19.6%) of the non-SRSD *** cases of SRSD due to MD were males (mean age (24.0±7.6) years) practicing recreational sports (85%).SRSDs were more frequent in arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) (37%) and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) (24%),followed by myocarditis (15%) and idiopathic left ventricular hypertrophy (ILVH) (9%).Only in five cases of SRSD the MD responsible of death (HCM) had been diagnosed in *** symptoms related to the disease were present in other seven patients (six of them with ACM).Postmortem genetic studies were performed in 15/28 (54%) primary cardiomyopathies with positive results in 12 (80%) *** most frequent sports disciplines were football (49%) followed by gymnastics (15%) and running (12%).In Spain,SRSD in young people due to MDs occurs in mal
