An examination of thematic research,development,and trends in remote sensing applied to conservation agriculture

Conservation agriculture seeks to reduce environmental degradation through sustainable management of agricultural *** the 1990s,agricultural research has been conducted using remote sensing technologies;however,few previous reviews have been conducted focused on different conservation management *** of the previous literature has focused on the application of remote sensing in agriculture without focusing exclusively on conservation practices,with some only providing a narrative review,others using biophysical remote sensing for quantitative estimates of the bio-geo-chemical-physical properties of soils and crops,and few others focused on single agricultural management *** paper used the preferred reporting items for systematic review(PRISMA)methodology to examine the last 30 years of thematic research,development,and trends associated with remote sensing technologies and methods applied to conservation agriculture research at various spatial and temporal scales.A set of predefined key concepts and keywords were applied in three databases:Scopus,Web of Science,and Google Scholar.A total of 188 articles were compiled for initial examination,where 68 articles were selected for final analysis and grouped into cover crops,crop residue,crop rotation,mulching,and tillage *** on conservation agriculture research using remote sensing have been increasing since 1991 and peaked at 10 publications in *** the 68 articles,94%used a pixel-based,while only 6%used an object-based classification *** to 2005,tillage practices were abundantly studied,then crop residue was a focused theme between 2004 and *** 2012 to 2020,the focus shifted again to cover *** spectral indices were used in 76%of the 68 *** examination offered a summary of the new potential and identifies crucial future research needs and directions that could improve the contribution of remote sensing to the provision of long-term operat

The Low Voltage Direct Current(LVDC)architecture gives higher benefits over the classic low-voltage alternating current(LVAC)supply *** has fewer energy conversion stages,is compatible with renewable energy sources,and is easier to integrate with *** this paper,an LVDC supply concept is proposed and compared with currently used conventional photovoltaic(PV)systems in terms of *** new LVDC photovoltaic system behavior is validated using LTspice modeling *** findings of this work prove that the concept of LVDC supply is highly attractive when the electricity produced by the photovoltaic is used onsite in the *** carry out an efficient system,the PV power mounted in the houses should be precisely rated with respect to the magnitude of the load energy *** proposed three house examples to verify the superiority of our proposed system in comparison with the traditional LVDC PV *** annual analysis of the energy saved by the studied systems was carried *** main benefit of the suggested LVDC supply is the short way taken by the energy generated by the photovoltaic system to supply DC loads within daytime *** registered increase in system efficiency reached more than 20%for the proposed LVDC system.

Endogenous endophthalmitis is a rare but devastating disease that may frequently result in visual loss despite appropriate and early antibiotic treatment Recent reports have suggested an increased incidence of endogenous endophthalmitis in East Asia,particularly in Taiwan,where the major source of infection has been liver abscess secondary to Klebsiella *** we report three cases who presented in Qatar with severe endogenous endophthalmitis associated with Klebsiella pneumonia septicemia secondary to pyogenic liver abscess in a diabetes mellitus underlying.

IN 600 alloy was coated with two different types of coatings, Cr-modified aluminide coating this is called aluminizing-chromizing and Y-doped chromium modified aluminide coating this is called aluminizing-chromizing-yttriumizing. Diffusion coating was carried at 1 050℃ for 8 h under ar atmosphere by simultaneous aluminizing-chromizing process and by simultaneous aluminizing-chromizing- yttriumizing. Cyclic oxidation tests were conducted on the uncoated and on the coated Inconel 600 alloy in the temperature range 800- 1 000℃ in CO2 for 100 h at 10 h *** results showed that the oxidation kinetics for uncoated Inconel 600 alloy in CO2 is parabolic and the phases present are NiO, （Fe, Cr）2O3 , NiFe2O4 and NiCrO4. The oxidation kinetics for both coated systems in CO2 was found to be parabolic and the value ofkp for both coated systems were found to be lower than that for uncoated Inconel 600 alloy. Oxide phases that formed on coated systems are Al2O3 and NiCrO4. The role of yttrium can be attributed to its ability to improve the adherence of the oxide scale.

Berberis species medicinal plants in Pakistan.are endangered, high-value with important eco-cultural, commercial and livelihood roles in mountain communities. To assess the geographical distribution of Berberis species across the Karakoram Mountain Ranges in Pakistan, we used IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria （2001） to calculate the extent of occurrence （EOO, 〈100 km^2） and the area of occupancy （AOO, 〈10 km^2） of Berberis pseudumbellata subsp, pseudumbellata and B. pseudumbellata subsp. gilgitica. Overgrazing and habitat loss were key population- limiting factors. The two subspecies had contrasting responses to temperature, elevation, precipitation and insect susceptibility. B. pseudumbellata subsp, gilgitica is endemic to Gilgit-Baltistan and grows in single-cropping zone （ar- eas 〉 200 m a.s.1.）. Status evaluation revealed that both subspecies meet the criteria set for critically endangered species. Prolonged disregard of its declining population trend might lead to its extinction; therefore, integrated con- servation efforts are necessary.

In this paper, a study of homogenous dielectric barrier discharge ar–NHwas made in order to investigate the electrical and the physical characteristics of homogenous discharge at atmospheric pressure. The discharge model includes the electrical module and the chemical kinetic module. The results obtained by the present model were compared with experimental work. The evolution of the plasmas voltage, the species densities, and the concentration of charged species are analyzed and discussed.

Background Augmented reality(ar),virtual reality(VR),and remote-controlled devices are driving the need for a better 5 G infrastructure to support faster data *** this study,mobile ar is emphasized as a viable and widespread solution that can be easily scaled to millions of end-users and educators because it is lightweight and low-cost and can be implemented in a cross-platform ***-efficiency smart devices and high latencies for real-time interactions via regular mobile networks are primary barriers to the use of ar in *** 5 G cellular networks can mitigate some of these issues via network slicing,device-to-device communication,and mobile edge *** In this study,we use a new technology to solve some of these *** proposed software monitors image targets on a printed book and renders 3 D objects and alphabetic *** addition,the application considers *** sound(phonetic)and 3 D representation of a letter are played as soon as the image target is detected.3 D models of the Turkish alphabet are created by using Adobe Photoshop with Unity 3 D and Vuforia *** The proposed application teaches Turkish alphabets and phonetics by using 3 D object models,3 D letters,and 3 D phrases,including letters and sounds.

Aspect-based sentiment analysis(ABSA)is a fine-grained *** fundamental subtasks are aspect termextraction(ATE)and aspect polarity classification(APC),and these subtasks are dependent and closely ***,most existing works on arabic ABSA content separately address them,assume that aspect terms are preidentified,or use a pipeline *** solutions design different models for each task,and the output from the ATE model is used as the input to the APC model,which may result in error propagation among different steps because APC is affected by ATE *** methods are impractical for real-world scenarios where the ATE task is the base task for APC,and its result impacts the accuracy of ***,in this study,we focused on a multi-task learning model for arabic ATE and APC in which the model is jointly trained on two subtasks simultaneously in a *** paper integrates themulti-task model,namely Local Cotext Foucse-Aspect Term Extraction and Polarity classification(LCF-ATEPC)and arabic Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers(araBERT)as a shred layer for arabic contextual text *** LCF-ATEPC model is based on a multi-head selfattention and local context focus mechanism(LCF)to capture the interactive information between an aspect and its ***,data augmentation techniques are proposed based on state-of-the-art augmentation techniques(word embedding substitution with constraints and contextual embedding(araBERT))to increase the diversity of the training *** paper examined the effect of data augmentation on the multi-task model for arabic *** experiments were conducted on the original and combined datasets(merging the original and augmented datasets).Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed Multi-task model outperformed existing APC *** results were obtained by araBERT and LCF-ATEPC with fusion layer(ar-LCF-ATEPC-Fusion)and the proposed data augmentation

In this article,a weak Galerkin finite element method for the Laplace equation using the harmonic polynomial space is proposed and *** idea of using the P_(k)-harmonic polynomial space instead of the full polynomial space P_(k)is to use a much smaller number of basis functions to achieve the same accuracy when k≥*** optimal rate of convergence is derived in both H^(1)and L^(2)*** experiments have been conducted to verify the theoretical error *** addition,numerical comparisons of using the P_(2)-harmonic polynomial space and using the stan.ard P_(2)polynomial space are presented.
