Stochastic demand is an important factor that heavily affects production *** influences activities such as purchasing,manufacturing,and selling,and quick adaption is *** production planning,for reasons such as reducing costs and obtaining supplier discounts,many decisions must be made in the initial stage when demand has not been *** effects of non-optimal decisions will propagate to later stages,which can lead to losses due to overstocks or *** find the optimal solutions for the initial and later stage regarding demand realization,this study proposes a stochastic two-stage linear program-ming model for a multi-supplier,multi-material,and multi-product purchasing and production planning *** objective function is the expected total cost after two stages,and the results include detailed plans for purchasing and production in each demand ***-scale problems are solved through a deterministic equivalent transformation *** solve the problems in the large scale,an algorithm combining metaheuristic and sample average approximation is *** algorithm can be implemented in parallel to utilize the power of the *** algorithm based on the observation that if the remaining quantity of materials and number of units of products at the end of the initial stage are given,then the problems of the first and second stages can be decomposed.

As the Smart city trend especially artificial intelligence,data science,and the internet of things has attracted lots of attention,many researchers have created various smart applications for improving people’s life *** it is very essential to automatically collect and exploit information in the era of industry 4.0,a variety of models have been proposed for storage problem solving and efficient data *** this paper,we present our proposed system,Trendy Keyword Extraction System(TKES),which is designed for extracting trendy keywords from text *** system also supports storing,analyzing,and visualizing documents coming from text *** system first automatically collects daily articles,then it ranks the importance of keywords by calculating keywords’frequency of existence in order to find trendy keywords by using the Burst Detection Algorithm which is proposed in this paper based on the idea of *** method is used for detecting bursts.A burst is defined as a period of time when a keyword is continuously and unusually popular over the text stream and the identification of bursts is known as burst detection *** results from user requests could be displayed ***,we create a method in order to find a trendy keyword set which is defined as a set of keywords that belong to the same *** work also describes the datasets used for our experiments,processing speed tests of our two proposed algorithms.

Container technology plays an essential role in many Information and Communications Technology(ICT)***,containers face a diversity of threats caused by vulnerable packages within container *** vulnerability scanning solutions for container images are *** solutions entirely depend on the information extracted from package *** a result,packages installed directly from the source code compilation,or packages downloaded from the repository,etc.,are *** introduce DAVS–A Dockerfile analysis-based vulnerability scanning framework for OCI-based container images to deal with the limitations of existing *** performs static analysis using file extraction based on Dockerfile information to obtain the list of Potentially Vulnerable Files(PVFs).The PVFs are then scanned to figure out the vulnerabilities in the target container *** experimental shows the outperform of DAVS on detecting Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures(CVE)of 10 known vulnerable images compared to Clair–the most popular container image scanning ***,DAVS found that 68%of real-world container images are vulnerable from different image registries.

A recent study published in Nature reveals an interaction between SWI/SNF subunits and mitotic chromatin,which is essential for establishing gene bookmarks and preserving cell identity.1 The findings deepen our understanding of how SWI/SNF complexes regulate transcriptional memory heritability for cell fate commitment(Fig.1),thus validating the indispensability of SWI/SNF complexes in development and association of their perturbance with tumorigenesis and neurodevelopment disorders.

Surgical sperm retrieval(SSR)is currently one of the most common procedures in in vitro fertilization(IVF).However,a gap between the guidelines and routine clinical practice regarding antibiotic use in sSR,which might lead to antibiotic resistance,is a challenging problem worldwide.A cross-sectional survey was conducted from May 1,2021,to July 15,2021,to investigate antibiotic usage by medical professionals when performing SSR in IVF centers in *** confidential questionnaire comprised 12 items,including characteristics of the study population,awareness of antimicrobial resistance,attitude toward prescribing antibiotics,and current practice of prescribing antibiotics when performing *** were completed by 30 of 45 registered IVF centers(66.7%).Among 67 physicians working at those centers,the age and work-experience years(mean±standard deviation[s.d.])were 38.6±6.6 years and 11.2±7.0 years,*** 60%of them held a degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology,and over four-fifths were *** respondents"often/very often/always"raised awareness of antimicrobial resistance to their patients(83.3%),but only half of them"often/occasionally"prescribed antibiotics to patients with SSR in cases where the prescription would be *** one-tenth of respondents followed the recommendation from the American Urological Association using"prophylaxis only"for SSR *** more invasive SSR,physicians tended to prescribe more complicated and sometimes inappropriate *** conclusion,antibiotic usage in SSR was not always appropriate among IVF *** studies may define specific recommendations for regimens,intervention strategies,and programs to promote appropriate antibiotic use for SSR patients among IVF specialists.

Containerization is a fundamental component of modern cloud-native infrastructure,and Kubernetes is a prominent platform of container orchestration ***,containerization raises significant security concerns due to the nature of sharing a kernel among multiple containers,which can lead to container breakout or privilege *** cannot avoid it as *** various tools,such as container image scanning and configuration checking,can mitigate container workload vulnerabilities,these are not foolproof and cannot guarantee perfect isolation or prevent every active threat in *** such,a policy enforcement solution is required to tackle the problem,and existing solutions based on LSM(Linux Security Module)frameworks may not be adequate for some *** address this,we propose an enforcement system based on BPF-LSM,which leverages eBPF(extended Berkeley Packet Filter)technology to provide fine-grained control and dynamic adoption of security *** this paper,we compare different LSM implementations to highlight the challenges of current enforcement solutions before detailing the design of our eBPF-based Kubernetes Runtime Instrumentation and Enforcement System(KRSIE).Finally,we evaluate the effectiveness of our system using a real-world scenario,as measuring the performance of a policy enforcement system is a complex *** results show that KRSIE can successfully control containers’behaviors using LSM hooks at container runtime,offering improved container security for cloud-native infrastructure.

The cross-docking is a very important subject in logistics and supply chain *** to the definition,cross-docking is a process dealing with transhipping inventory,in which goods and products are unloaded from an inbound truck and process through a flow-center to be directly loaded onto an outbound ***-docking is favored due to its advantages in reducing the material handing cost,the needs to store the product in warehouse,as well decreasing the labor cost by eliminating packaging,storing,pick-location and order *** cross-docking,products can be consolidated and transported as a full load,reducing overall distribution *** this paper,we focus on a truck scheduling at the multidoor,multi-crossdocking network with inventory constraints and process capability *** this model,a truck can visit severals docks for loading or unloading many types *** situation is very common in *** study also developed an exact mathematical model using mixedinteger linear programming(MILP)with the objective of minimizing the makespan to obtaint the benchmark in small scale *** scale problems are solved through Simulated Annealing(SA)algorithm and Tabu Search(TS)*** of these algorithms will be compared to benchmarks obtained from solver as well as to each other.

Nowadays,with the significant growth of the mobile market,security issues on the Android Operation System have also become an urgent *** execution environment(TEE)technologies are considered an option for satisfying the inviolable property by taking advantage of hardware ***,for Android,TEE technologies still contain restrictions and *** first issue is that non-original equipment manufacturer developers have limited access to the functionality of hardware-based *** issue of hardware-based TEE is the cross-platform *** every mobile device supports different TEE vendors,it becomes an obstacle for developers to migrate their trusted applications to other Android devices.A software-based TEE solution is a potential approach that allows developers to customize,package and deliver the product *** by that idea,this paper introduces a VTEE model,a software-based TEE solution,on Android *** research contributes to the analysis of the feasibility of using a virtualized TEE on Android devices by considering two metrics:computing performance and *** experiment shows that the VTEE model can host other software-based TEE services and deliver various cryptography TEE functions on theAndroid *** security evaluation shows that adding the VTEE model to the existing Android does not addmore security issues to the traditional ***,this paper shows applicable solutions to adjust the balance between computing performance and security.

This research aims to study the sustainability of Taiwan power supplychain based on system dynamics forecasting. The paper tries to investigate electricity shortage effects not only on the industrial side, but also from the standpointof society. In our model, different forecasting methods such as linear regression,time series analysis, and gray forecasting are also considered to predict the parameters. Further tests such as the structure, dimension, historical fit, and sensitivityof the model are also conducted in this paper. Through analysis forecasting result,we believe that the demand for electricity in Taiwan will continue to increase to acertain level for a period of time in the future. This phenomenon is closely relatedto Taiwan’s economic development, especially industrial development. We alsopoint out that electricity prices in Taiwan do not match with high industrialdemand, and that prices are still slightly low. Finally, the future growth trend ofTaiwan’s electricity demand has not changed, and ensuring adequate supply tomeet electricity demand to prevent potential power shortages will pose somedifficulty.
