Searching for the neutrinoless double beta decay(nLDBD)is now regarded as the topmost promising technique to explore the nature of neutrinos after the discovery of neutrino masses in oscillation *** X-III(particle and astrophysical xenon experiment III)will search for the nLDBD of136Xe at the China Jin Ping Underground Laboratory(CJPL).In the first phase of the experiment,a high pressure gas Time Projection Chamber(TPC)will contain 200 kg,90%136Xe enriched gas operated at10 *** pitch micro-pattern gas detector(Microbulk Micromegas)will be used at both ends of the TPC for the charge readout with a cathode in the *** signals can be used to reconstruct the electron tracks of the nLDBD events and provide good energy and spatial *** detector will be immersed in a large water tank to ensure～5 m of water shielding in all *** second phase,a ton-scale experiment,will consist of five TPCs in the same water tank,with improved energy resolution and better control over backgrounds.

Increasingly,Wireless Sensor networks(WSns)are contributing enormous amounts of *** the recent deployments of wireless sensor networks in Smart City infrastructures,significant volumes of data have been produced every day in several domains ranging from the environment to the healthcare system to *** wireless sensor nodes,a Smart City environment may now be shown for the benefit of *** Smart City delivers intelligent infrastructure and a stimulating environment to citizens of the Smart Society,including the elderly and ***,Quality of Service(QoS)and poor data performance are common problems in WSns,caused by the data fusion method,where a small amount of bad data can significantly impact the total fusion *** our proposed research,a WSn multisensor data fusion technique employing fuzzy logic for event *** the new proposed Algorithm,sensor nodes will collect less repeated data,and redundant data will be used to increase the data’s overall *** network’s fusion delay problem is investigated,and a minimum fusion delay approach is provided based on the nodes’fusion waiting *** proposed algorithm performs well in fusion,according to the results of the *** a result of these discoveries,It is concluded that the algorithm describe here is effective and dependable instrument with a wide range of applications.

The scarcity of highly effective and economical catalysts is a major impediment to the widespread adop-tion of electrochemical water splitting for the generation of ***_(2),a low-cost candidate,suffers from inefficient catalytic ***,a captivating strategy has emerged,which involves the en-gineering of heteroatom doping to enhance electrochemical *** investigation demonstrates a successful implementation of the strategy by combining ultrathin MoS_(2) nanosheets with Co and ni dual single multi-atoms(DSMAs)grown directly on 2D n-doped carbon nanosheets(Coni-MoS_(2)/nCns)for the purpose of improving hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER).With the aid of a dual-atom doped bifunctional electrocatalyst,effective water splitting has been achieved across a broad pH range in *** double doping of Co and ni strengthens their interactions,thereby altering the electromagnetic composition of the host MoS_(2) and ultimately leading to improved electrocat-alytic ***,the synergistic effect between nCns and MoS_(2) nanosheets provided efficient electron transport channels for ions and an ample surface area with open voids for ion ***-sequently,the Coni-MoS_(2)/nCns catalysts demonstrated exceptional stability and activity,producing low degree overpotentials of 180.5,124.9,and 196.4 mV for HER and 200,203,and 207 mV for OER in neu-tral,alkaline,and acidic mediums,respectively,while also exhibiting outstanding overall water-splitting performance,durability,and stability when used as an electrolyzer at universal pH.

Automated measurement of moving grains on bed deposits

The performance of gravel bedload predictor equations is particularly poor.A key reason for this situation is the current poor understanding of the physical mechanisms that are involved in the entrainment of grains from water-worked sediment *** has been caused,in part,by a lack of detailed data on the behaviour of moving sediment *** this study,observations of the entrainment, transport and deposition of many particles from a gravel bed has been collected and studied using an image-based *** system was used to measure the motion of hundreds of gravel particles moving as *** paper describes the development of the image-based system and the data processing methods used to provide the automated measurement of particle *** system was adapted from commercially available PIV equipment and was configured to obtain simultaneously data for the analysis of the moving grains and the near-bed flow *** techniques developed are relatively sensitive to sediment colour and shape by using related image processing algorithms and so could be applied to natural gravel *** results(image data)obtained from the techniques developed are amended in a program by using two functions(commands)of image processing called "Label2RGB",and "RegionProps" which distinguish the colour and shape of moving sediment grains *** data processing provided information that identified individual grain entrainments,*** accurately traced the motion of some,but not all,*** show that the system was able to estimate grain entrainment rates and indicate locations of preferential entrainment and deposition from data on hundreds of individual moving grains.

We investigate phase-plane analysis of general relativistic orbits in a gravitational field of the Reissner–nordstr?m-type regular black hole *** employ phase-plane analysis to obtain different phase-plane diagrams of the test particle orbits by varying charge q and dimensionless parameterβ,whereβcontains angular momentum of the test *** compute numerical values of radii for the innermost stable orbits and corresponding values of energy required to place the test particle in *** on,we employ similar analysis on an Ayón–Beato–García(ABG)regular black hole and a comparison regarding key results is also included.

Effect of synthesis solution pH of Co/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst on its catalytic properties for methane conversion to syngas

The cobalt nanoparticles over γ-Al_2O_3 support were prepared via chemical reduction of CoCl_2·6H_2O using naBH_4 with various values of pH in the range of 11. 92-13. 80. Synthesized catalysts were studied through X-ray diffraction( XRD),n_2 adsorption/desorption( BET),H_2-temperature programmed reduction( H_2-TPR),H_2-chemisorption,O_2 pulse titration and temperature programmed oxidation( TPO) methods. Obtained results exhibited the synthesis solution pH showed a significant influence on the activity and selectivity in partial oxidation of methane reaction. The methane conversion,CO selectivity and H_2 yield were enhanced by increasing of the synthesis solution pH. Compared to other catalysts,the catalyst that synthesized at pH of 13.80,showed a superior ability in syngas production with a H_2/CO ratio of near 2 and also a proper stability against deactivation during the partial oxidation of methane.

Suitable energy platform significantly improves charge separation of g-C3n4 for CO2 reduction and pollutant oxidation under visible-light

The photocatalytic activities of g-C3n4can be significantly improved by increasing life time of the photogenerated charges. Here, in this work we introduced TiO2as proper energy platform to accept the photogenerated electrons from g-C3n4during photocatalysis. The nanophotocatalysts formed from the combination of a suitable amount of TiO2nanoparticles and g-C3n4nanosheets showed 8.75 and 4.22% enhancement in photocatalytic activities for CO2reduction and 2-chlorophenol(2-CP) degradation under visible light illumination as compared to bare g-C3n4. Based on the surface photovoltage spectra, photoluminescence spectra and examination of formed hydroxyl radicals, it was confirmed that these enhanced photoactivities were attributed to the much-improved charge separation via the electron transfer from g-C3n4to TiO2. From trapping experiments,it was found that hydroxyl radicals were the major species involved in the photocatalytic degradation of *** study is helpful to synthesize efficient photocatalysts to cope with energy and environmental issues.

According to the concept of“flexible surge capacity,”hospitals may need to be evacuated on two occasions:(1)when they are exposed to danger,such as in war;and(2)when they are contaminated,such as during the Covid-19 *** the former,the entire hospital must be evacuated,while in the latter,the hospital becomes a pandemic center necessitating the transfer of its non-contaminated staff,patients,and routine activities to other *** occasions involve several degrees of evacuation—partial or total—yet all require deliberate surge planning and collaboration with diverse *** study aimed to investigate the extent of hospital evacuation preparedness in Thailand,using the main elements of the flexible surge capacity concept.A mixed method cross-sectional study was conducted using a hospital evacuation questionnaire from a previously published multinational hospital evacuation *** tool contained questions regarding evacuation preparedness encompassing surge capacity and collaborative elements and an open-ended inquiry to grasp potential *** 143 secondary care,tertiary care,and university hospitals received the questionnaire;43 hospitals provided *** findings indicate glitches in evacuation protocols,particularly triage systems,the inadequacies of surge planning and multiagency collaboration,and knowledge limitations in community *** conclusion,the applications of the essential components of flexible surge capacity allow the assessment of hospital preparedness and facilitate the evaluation of guidelines and instructions through scenario-based training exercises.

Let (A,m) be a commutative quasi-local ring with non-zero identity and M be an Artinian A-module with dim M = d. If I is an ideal of A with l(0 :m I)n we show that for a minimal reduction J of I,(0 : m JI)=(0 :m I^2) if and only if l(0:M I^n+1)=l(0:m J)^(n+d/d)-l(0 :M J)/(0 :M I))(n+d-1/d-1) for all n≥> 0. Moreover, we study the dual of Burch's inequality. In particular, the Burch's inequality becomes an equality if G(I,M) is co-Cohen-Macaulay.

Cellular mobile technology has witnessed tremendous growth in recent *** of the challenges facing the operators to extend the coverage of the networks to meet the rising demand for cellular mobile services is the power sources used to supply cellular towers with energy,especially in ***,switch from the conventional sources of energy to a greener and sustainable power model became a target of the academic and industrial sectors in many fields;one of these important fields is the telecommunication ***,this study aims to find the optimum sizing and technoeconomic investigation of a solar photovoltaic scheme to deploy cellular mobile technology infrastructure cleanly and *** optimal solarpowered system is designed by employing the energy-balance procedures of the HOMER software *** problem objective is considered in terms of cost,but the energy system is constrained to meet the power demand *** simulations were performed to determine the optimum sizing,performance and monetary cost of the power system,using long-term meteorological datasets for a case study site with defined longitude(31◦25E)and latitude(30◦06n).From the observed results,the total net present cost(nPC)of the proposed system is$28,***,these outcomes can provide profound economic,technical,and ecological benefits to cellular *** also ensures a sizeable reduction in greenhouse gas that supports sustainable green wireless network(Wn)deployment in remote areas.
