Cholelithiasis is characterized by impaired metabolism of bile acids,cholesterol and bilirubin resulting in deposition of gallstones within the gallbladder(1).The article by Fujita et *** the third revision of the evidence-based practice guidelines issued by the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology(JSGE)on cholelithiasis(2).For these current guidelines,52 questions were adopted through discussions among committee members,covering epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatments,complications,and prognostic aspects of cholelithiasis in Japan(2).The strengths of recommendations were determined by voting by committee members after assessing current available literature,patient preferences,and cost-benefit balance(2).Similar to the previous guideline(second revision),consensus among committee members was defined as the acquisition of 70%votes or over(2).

Worldwide,a majority of routine endoscopic procedures are performed under some form of sedation to maximize patient ***,benzodiazepines and opioids continue to be widely ***,in recent years,Remimazolam is gaining immense popularity for procedural sedation in gastrointestinal(GI)*** is an ultra-short-acting benzodiazepine sedative which was approved by the Food and Drug Administration in July 2020 for use in procedural *** has shown a favorable pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profile in terms of its non-specific metabolism by tissue esterase,volume of distribution,total body clearance,and negligible drug-drug *** also has satisfactory efficacy and has achieved high rates of successful sedation in GI ***,studies have demonstrated that the efficacy of Remimazolam is non-inferior to Propofol,which is currently a gold standard for procedural sedation in most parts of the ***,the use of Propofol is associated with hemodynamic instability and respiratory *** contrast,Remimazolam has lower incidence of these adverse effects intra-procedurally and hence,may provide a safer alternative to Propofol in procedural *** this comprehensive narrative review,highlight the pharmacologic characteristics,efficacy,and safety of Remimazolam for procedural *** also discuss the potential of Remimazolam as a suitable alternative and how it can shape the future of procedural sedation in gastroenterology.

OBJECTIVE:To investigated the laxative,anti-diarrheal,hepatoprotective and diuretic activity of Sterculia diversifolia and its isolated ***:The laxative activity was studied by counting wet stools while anti-diarrheal activity was performed by measuring gastrointestinal tract *** activity was studied by biochemical and histo-pathological analysis while diuretic activity was performed by urine collection ***:Doses of 30 and 100 mg/kg of crude methanolic extract of Sterculia diversifolia(MESD)stem bark and leaves,significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01)produced wet feces in subjects pretreated with atropine while 8-hydroxyquercetin and dihydroquercetin showed highly significant(P<0.001)results by increasing fecal weight and water contents without producing *** stem bark and leaves also dose-dependently lowered diar-rhea while 8-hydroxyquercetin and dihydroquercetin showed highly significant(P<0.001)results by producing shaped stools in ***,8-hydroxyquercetin and dihydroquercetin offered significant protection against histopathological changes in the *** activity of Crude MESD stem bark and leaves extracts shows highly significant diuretic effect while dihydroquercetin showed better results than ***:It is concluded that Sterculia diversifolia and its isolated compounds bears laxative,anti-diarrheal,hepatoprotective and diuretic effects.

Nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide（NrGO）sheets decorated with Co（OH）;nanoflakes were prepared by a single-step hydrothermal *** morphological and structural characterizations of as synthesized Nr GO@Co（OH）;nanoflakes were performed by field emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM）,EDX-mapping and X-ray diffraction（XRD）.Nr GO@Co（OH）;nanoflakes modified glassy carbon electrode（GCE）was used for electrochemical sensing of dopamine in neutral *** nanocomposite modified electrode showed enhanced electrochemical sensing ability for the detection of dopamine and the limit of detection（Lo D）was found to be 0.201μM with a sensitivity value of 0.0286±0.002 m A m M;.Interference studies revealed that Nr GO@Co（OH）;─GCE endow excellent selectivity for DA detection even in the presence of higher concentration of common co-existing physiological interfering ***,proposed sensor demonstrated excellent performance in urine samples with promising reproducibility and stability.

LC传感器广泛应用于工业制造,航空航天和生物医学工程领域。通常来说,LC传感器由电感与电容连接形成。LC无源无线传感器不需要物理连接和电源,使其能够胜任恶劣环境下的测量。凭借其小体积,无电池和长寿命等出色性能,无源无线传感器成为解决恶劣环境中测量问题的新兴技术,例如旋转部件,高温环境等的测量。电感-电容(LC)无源无线传感系统由LC传感器和读出线圈组成。其工作原理是:待测参数引起LC传感器敏感部件的改变,从而改变传感器的谐振频率。LC传感器与读出线圈之间通过互感实现信号耦合,从而进行信号读出。一般而言,LC传感器的读出距离因其小尺寸而受到限制,通常与传感器的电感尺寸相当。其他影响读出距离的关键参数是衬底材料,寄生电容及其寄生电阻的大小。实现LC传感器长距离通讯的主要方法是增强空间磁场强度,加强读出线圈与LC传感器之间的互感耦合。目前,已有的方法是利用一个中继谐振线圈实现互感耦合的增强,以达到增加信号传输距离的方法。本文基于前人的研究基础,提出一种利用两个中继线圈来实现LC传感器读出距离增加的方法。所提出的中继线圈由一个电感线圈与一个可变电容组成。当中继线圈的谐振频率与LC传感器的谐振频率一致时,产生强磁耦合,空间磁场强度达到最大,从而增加LC传感器的读出距离。相比于只使用一个中继线圈而言,利用两个中继线圈可以使得空间磁场强度更大,从而使得读出线圈与传感器之间产生更大的互感耦合。本文提出的双中继线圈的电路模型和版图结构利用ADS仿真软件进行验证。在实验部分,中继线圈由一个PCB制造的平面电感线圈与一个变容二极管组成。通过改变施加在变容二极管上的电压来改变其电容值。LC传感器由一个PCB平面电感与一个敏感电容组成。实验和仿真结果表明,采用两个谐振线圈可以提高无源无线传感器的读出距离。
