Soybean[Glycine max(L.) Merr.]production in Sudan relies on two late maturing released varieties,which may limit the expansion of the crop into irrigated and rainfed *** of early maturing soybean varieties with high-yielding is a target for soybean breeding program in Agricultural Research Corporation(ARC),*** selected promiscuous soybean varieties introduced from International Institute of Tropical Agriculture(IITA) were evaluated in eight environments in Wad Medani,Kenana and Damazin from 2014 to *** 1 and Sudan 2 varieties were used as *** trials were arranged at a randomized complete block design with four ***-row plots,10 m in long and 80 cm apart,were *** were collected on days to 50%flowering,days to maturity,plant height(cm),height to first pod(cm),grain yield(kg/ha),fodder yield(kg/ha),number of pods/plant and 100-seed weight(g).Grain quality analysis was performed for oil and protein *** of variance and stability analysis for grain yield were carried out with SAS version 9.1(SAS Institute 2003).Grain yield(kg/ha) was significantly(P< 0.001) affected by environment,variety and variety x environment *** eight environment days to maturity and grain yield(kg/ha) ranged from 99-121 days and from 1588-2395 kg/ha,*** best grain yield at Wad Medani and Kenana were from the late maturing varieties Sudan 1(3026 and 2938 kg/ha) and Sudan 2(2964 and 2827 kg/ha) followed by TGx-1485-lD(2862 and 2726 kg/ha),*** the best grain yield at Damazin were from the early maturing varieties Soya04 and TGx-1835-10 E(1482 and 1462 kg/ha) followed by the late maturing varieties Sudan 1 and Sudan 2(1403 and 1362 kg/ha),***,Soya04 matured 15 and 14 days earlier than check varieties Sudan 1 and Sudan 2,respectively,while TGx-1835-10 E matured 22 and 21 days earlier than check varieties Sudan 1 and Sudan 2,***,Soya04 and TGx-1835-10 E

An Improved Enterprise Resource Planning System Using Machine Learning Techniques

Traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with relational databases take weeks to deliver predictable insights instantly. The most accurate information is provided to companies to make the best decisions through advanced analytics that examine the past and the future and capture information about the present. Integrating machine learning (ML) into financial ERP systems offers several benefits, including increased accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings. Also, ERP systems are crucial in overseeing different aspects of Human Capital Management (HCM) in organizations. The performance of the staff draws the interest of the management. In particular, to guarantee that the proper employees are assigned to the convenient task at the suitable moment, train and qualify them, and build evaluation systems to follow up their performance and an attempt to maintain the potential talents of workers. Also, predicting employee salaries correctly is necessary for the efficient distribution of resources, retaining talent, and ensuring the success of the organization as a whole. Conventional ERP system salary forecasting methods typically use static reports that only show the system’s current state, without analyzing employee data or providing recommendations. We designed and enforced a prototype to define to apply ML algorithms on Oracle EBS data to enhance employee evaluation using real-time data directly from the ERP system. Based on measurements of accuracy, the Random Forest algorithm enhanced the performance of this system. This model offers an accuracy of 90% on the balanced dataset.

Relative performance of novel blast wave mitigation system to conventional system based on mitigation percent criteria

Recent researches focused on developing robust blast load mitigation systems due to the threats of terrorist *** of the main embraced strategies is the structural systems that use mitigation *** are developed from a combination of structural elements and described herein as conventional *** the promising techniques is that redirect the waves propagation through hollow *** blast wave propagation through tubes provides an efficient system since it combines many blast wave phenomena,such as reflection,diffraction,and *** this research,a novel blast load mitigation system,employed as a protection fence,is developed using a technique similar to the technique of the bent tube in manipulating the *** relative performance of the novel system to the conventional system is evaluated based on mitigation percent *** of both systems are calculated through numerical *** proposed novel system proved to satisfy high performance in mitigating the generated blast waves from charges weight up to 500 kg TNT at relatively small standoff distances(5 m and 8 m).It mitigates at least 94%of the blast waves,which means that only 6%of that blast impulse is considered as the applied load on the targeted structure.

In the context of constructing an embedded system to help visually impaired people to interpret text,in this paper,an efficient High-level synthesis(HLS)Hardware/Software(HW/SW)design for text extraction using the Gamma Correction Method(GCM)is ***,the GCM is a common method used to extract text from a complex color image and *** purpose of this work is to study the complexity of the GCM method on Xilinx ZCU102 FPGA board and to propose a HW implementation as Intellectual Property(IP)block of the critical blocks in this method using HLS flow with taking account the quality of the text *** IP is integrated and connected to the ARM Cortex-A53 as coprocessor in HW/SW codesign *** experimental results show that theHLS HW/SW implementation of the GCM method on ZCU102 FPGA board allows a reduction in processing time by about 89%compared to the SW *** result is given for the same potency and strength of SW implementation for the text extraction.

Stability analysis of different cotton genotypes under normal and water-deficit conditions

Cotton plant observes significant reduction in seed cotton yield when subjected to water *** find out genotypes having better drought tolerance,seven genotypes of Gossypium hirsutum *** tested under two moisture levels,i.e.,normal and water deficit stress conditions at five locations of Punjab,Pakistan(Faisalabad,Sahiwal,Vehari,Rahim Yar Khan,and Bahawalpur)in 2013 and ***×environment interaction(GEI)was studied using the genotype main effects and genotype by environment interaction(GGE)biplot and additive main effect and multiplicative interaction *** genotypes G3(7001/11)and G6(FH-942)were stable under normal condition,while under drought condition,the stable genotype was G5(FH-326)when analysed using additive main effects and multiplicative interaction(AMMI)biplot *** GGE biplot analysis on the basis of best performance revealed that under normal condition the genotypes,G1(L-13/10)and G2(FH-2056/10),carrying the common position in ***,under water deficit stress condition,G5 was the best adaptive genotype at all five *** the same way,ranking of genotypes showed that the G5 was the ideal genotype under both ***,it is concluded that the genotype G5(FH-326)was found best for water deficit stress condition and can be cultivated under water scarce areas of Punjab.

Screening the Insecticidal Efficacy of Nano ZnO Synthesized via in-situ Polymerization of Crosslinked Polyacrylic Acid as a Template

Nano zinc oxide （ZnO） is a very useful and important material in many industrial and biological applications. In the present work, ZnO was synthesized by post thermal degradation of the precursor ＂zinc acetate di-hydrate＂ templated in crosslinked polyacrylic acid （PAA）. The crosslinked PAA template was prepared through an in-situ polymerization process adopted in presence of ammonium per sulphate, as an initiator, and N, Nt- methylene bis-acrylamide as the crosslinker. Variation of preparation parameters and their impact on the oxide stoichiometry, crystal structure, crystallite size and surface texture of the oxide were investigated. Energy dispersive X-ray technique （EDX）, X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM） were convincingly used to reveal the oxide structural features and characteristics. The performed bioassay tests indicated the efficacy of this method of preparation to produce nano ZnO with novel insecticidal activity against the greater wax moth, Galleria rnellonella.
