Background:developing context-specific,evidence-informed,and implementable injury-prevention programs is *** playing in the elite Australian football League for Women are at high risk of serious knee injuries,and no specific injury-prevention program *** objective of the study was to describe the collaborative process used to create a context-specific injury-prevention ***:A previously used intervention-development process was modified to incorporate a partnership with the sport’s governing organization and focus on engaging program *** Reach Effectiveness Adoption Implementation and maintenance(RE-AIm)sports setting matrix guided program development and implementation ***:The 7-step process,aligned with the RE-AIm sports setting matrix,was applied to develop the injury-prevention program and was titled Prep to Play *** steps were:(step 1)gaining organizational support and establishing a project partnership;(step 2)using research evidence and clinical experience;(step 3)consulting content and context experts;(step 4)engaging the organization,experts,program implementers,and end-users to concreate the intervention and develop implementation strategies;(step 5)testing the intervention acceptability and feasibility;(step 6)evaluating the intervention and implementation strategies against theory;and(step 7)obtaining feedback from early implementers and ***:Engaging critical stakeholders at multiple ecological levels(organization,team,and athlete)throughout program development and implementation planning support real-world *** processes and activities described can guide future sports injury-prevention program development and implementation.

The goal of this study was to understand the macroscopic mechanical structure and function of biological muscle with respect to its dynamic role in the contraction. A recently published muscle model, deriving the hyperbolic force-velocity relation from first-order mechanical principles, predicts different force-velocity operating points for different load situations. With a new approach, this model could be simplified and thus, transferred into a numerical simulation and a hardware experiment. Two types of quick release experiments were performed in simulation and with the hardware setup, which represent two extreme cases of the contraction dynamics： against a constant force （isotonic） and against an inertial mass. Both experiments revealed hyperbolic or hyperbolic-like force-velocity relations. Interestingly, the analytical model not only predicts these extreme cases, but also additionally all contraction states in between. It was possible to validate these predictions with the numerical model and the hardware experiment. These results prove that the origin of the hyperbolic force-velocity relation can be mechanically explained on a macroscopic level by the dynamical interaction of three mechanical elements. The implications for the interpretation of biological muscle experiments and the realization of muscle-like bionic actuators are discussed.

Rutile germanium oxide(rutile GeO_(2)),a semiconductor,can act as a half-metallic compound and is a promising material for spintronic and optoelectronic *** were performed using the Korringa–Kohn–Rostoker(KKR)approach and the coherent potential approximation(CPA),which were further combined with two approximations,the local density approximation(LdA)and the self-interaction corrected LdA approximation(LdA-sIC),to study the electronic structure of bulk rutile GeO_(2) doped and co-doped with three transition-metal impurities:fe,Co,and *** doping value was set to 10%,while the co-doping level was set to 5%for each *** main findings of this work are:(1)a direct ultrawide bandgap of4.80 eV is observed and the rutile GeO_(2) exhibits an N-type semiconducting property.(2)doped and co-doped GeO_(2) acquire a magnetic behavior and exhibit half-metallicity.(3)The mechanism responsible for these properties is also studied.(4)The critical temperature can reach 334 K when GeO_(2) is doped with fe,while it rises to 398 K when it is co-doped with fe and Co.(5)The spin polarization can be improved by *** can be inferred that rutile GeO_(2) doped or codoped with(Co,fe)transition metals can be considered to be potential candidates for spintronic and optoelectronic applications.

Background: Genomic growth curves are general y defined only in terms of population mean; an alternative approach that has not yet been exploited in genomic analyses of growth curves is the Quantile Regression(QR). This methodology allows for the estimation of marker effects at different levels of the variable of interest. We aimed to propose and evaluate a regularized quantile regression for sNP marker effect estimation of pig growth curves, as well as to identify the chromosome regions of the most relevant markers and to estimate the genetic individual weight trajectory over time(genomic growth curve) under different quantiles(levels).Results: The regularized quantile regression(RQR) enabled the discovery, at different levels of interest(quantiles), of the most relevant markers al owing for the identification of QTL regions. We found the same relevant markers simultaneously affecting different growth curve parameters(mature weight and maturity rate): two(ALGA0096701 and ALGA0029483)for RQR(0.2), one(ALGA0096701) for RQR(0.5), and one(ALGA0003761) for RQR(0.8). Three average genomic growth curves were obtained and the behavior was explained by the curve in quantile 0.2, which differed from the ***: RQR allowed for the construction of genomic growth curves, which is the key to identifying and selecting the most desirable animals for breeding purposes. furthermore, the proposed model enabled us to find, at different levels of interest(quantiles), the most relevant markers for each trait(growth curve parameter estimates) and their respective chromosomal positions(identification of new QTL regions for growth curves in pigs). These markers can be exploited under the context of marker assisted selection while aiming to change the shape of pig growth curves.

AIm:To investigate whether carnitine deficiency is a risk factor during the development of diethylnitrosamine (dENA)-induced hepatic carcinogenesis. mETHOds:A total of 60 male Wistar albino rats were divided into six groups with 10 animals in each *** in group 1(control group)received a single intraperitoneal(i.p.)injection of normal saline. Image fusion has become one of the interesting fields that attract researchers to integrate information from different image *** is involved in several *** of the recent applications is the robotic *** application necessitates image enhancement of both infrared(IR)and visible *** paper presents a Robot Human Interaction system(RHIs)based on image fusion and deep *** basic objective of this system is to fuse visual and IR images for efficient feature extraction from the captured ***,an enhancement model is carried out on the fused image to increase its *** image enhancement models such as fuzzy logic,Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and residual network(ResNet)pre-trained model are utilized on the fusion results and they are compared with each other and with the state-of-the-art *** results prove that the fuzzy logic enhancement gives the best results from the image quality ***,the proposed system can be considered as an efficient solution for the robotic vision problem with multi-modality images.
