The research examines fluid behavior in a porous box-shaped *** fluid contains nanoscale particles and swimming microbes and is subject to magnetic forces at an *** circulation driven by biological factors is *** analysis combines a traditional numerical approach with machine learning *** equations describing the system are transformed into a dimensionless form and then solved using computational *** artificial neural network(ANN)model,trained with the Levenberg-Marquardt method,accurately predicts(Nu)values,showing high correlation(R=1),low mean squared error(MSe),and minimal error *** analysis reveals significant effects of parameters,length and location of source(B),(D),heat generation/absorption coefficient(Q),and porosity parameter(ε).Increasing the cooling area length(B)reduces streamline intensity and local Nusselt and Sherwood numbers,while decreasing isotherms,isoconcentrations,and *** Bejan number(Be+)decreases with increasing(B),whereas(Be+++),and global entropy(e+++)*** in(Q)slightly affect streamlines but reduce isotherm intensity and average Nusselt ***(D)significantly impacts isotherms,iso-concentrations,andmicro-rotation,altering streamline contours and local Bejan number ***(ε)enhances streamline strength and local Nusselt number profiles but has mixed effects on average Nusselt *** findings highlight the complex interactions between cooling area length,fluid flow,and heat transfer *** combining finite volume method(FVM)with machine learning technique,this study provides valuable insights into the complex interactions between key parameters and heat transfer,contributing to the development of more efficient designs in applications such as cooling systems,energy storage,and bioengineering.

Multiplicity characteristics in relativistic ^(24)Mg-nucleus collisions

This work is concerned with the analyses of the shower and gray particle production in 4.5 A GeV/c 24Mg collision with emulsion nuclei. The highest particle production occurs in the region of the low impact parameters. While the multiplicity of the shower particles emitted in the forward direction depends on the projectile mass number and energy, the multiplicity of the backward ones shows a limiting behaviour. The source of the emission of the forward shower particles is completely different from that of the backward ones. The target fragments are produced in a thermalized system of emission.

Molecular Studies on Heat Shock Protein 70 Gene （Hsp70） Using ClustalW Multiple Sequence Alignment Analysis

Degenerate primers are particularly useful in amplifying homologous genes from different organisms. This paper describes a method for designing degenerate primers for a given multiple alignment of DNA sequences of Hsp70 gene family using ClustalW algorithm. The authors used an in silico approach to find a homology between more than one accession numbers of DNA sequences, X67711.2 was for Oryza sativa Hsp70, AY372071.1 was for Nicotiana tabacum Hsp70 and L41253.2 was for Lycopersicon esculentum Hsc70. The three accession numbers which were retrieved by the BLASTn program depend on their expected value （e-value）. Multiple sequence alignment was performed by ClustalW algorithm to produce a conserved blocks and determine the consensus region which had been used to produce the forward and reverse primer by the primer select module of DNAStar Lasergene V7 and In-Silco PCR module of FASTPCR program ver.4.0.8 was performed to detect the melting temperatures （Tm） and predict the PCR product size, The results of designed degenerate primer showed that there was a homology found between the designed primers and the DNA templates for the three accession numbers with at least 80% identity. The result of degenerate PCR showed that the three bands of the amplified PCR products of the three accession numbers were detected at the same molecular weight of marker （400 bp） with a difference about 15 pb compared to the in silco PCR product （385 pb）. In conclusion, this study focused on the importance of using the clustalW algorithm for designing the degenerate primer.

Background:Growth abnormalities are uniquely associated with autism spectrum disorders(ASD);however,the extent to which growth abnormalities are present has hardly been *** current study aims to compare the differences in anthropometric parameters in a group of autistic egyptian children and the healthy normal ***:We recruited 100 children with ASD from the Outpatient Clinic for"Autistic Children"at the Medical Research Hospital of excellence,National Research Centre in Cairo,*** were diagnosed by DSM-IV criteria of the American Psychiatric Association,Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised,and Childhood Autism Rating *** these children at age of 3-10 years,71 were males and 29 *** anthropometric parameters were assessed in view of data of the healthy egyptians of pertinent sex and ***:Weight and body mass index increased because of a signifi cant increase in subcutaneous fat *** tendency with a probable decrease in muscle mass was more evident in male or in older children,likely resulting from sedentary life style and food ***:The z head circumference score and its variance signifi cantly increased especially in males or older children,suggesting the relative overgrowth of the brain in a substantial percentage of egyptian children with *** concluded that increased fat composition in egyptian autistic children with decreased muscle mass necessitates tailoring a specially designed food supplementation program to ameliorate the severity of autism symptoms.

ethnobotanical and Phytochemical Study of Medicinal Plants Sold in the Markets of the City of N’Djamena

The use of medicinal plants occupies an important place in traditional Chadian medicine, this study was carried out with the aim of listing the medicinal plants sold in the markets of the city of N’Djamena, and knowledge of the medicinal flora Chad, such as the leaves of Guiera senegalensis in Arabic called Khibeche, the roots of Cassia occidentalis called Am kwala-Kinkéliba in Arabic;the bark of Khaya senegalensis (Desv) A. Juss called Muraї in Arabic and the seeds of Trigonella foenum-graecum called Helbé in Arabic in order to treat the most frequently cited diseases such as malaria, the common cold, mother and newborn care, and typhoid. ethnobotanical surveys were conducted from September to December 2022, in three markets in the city of N’Djamena, based on individual interviews using a semi-structured questionnaire, with 30 herbalists and traditional practitioners. Phytochemical screening analyses of the organs of four plants were carried out in the chemistry and biology laboratory of the Faculty of exact and Applied Sciences (FSeA) following a standard protocol established by [1] and slightly modified by [2] [3]. The results of the surveys identified 68 species divided into fifty-five (55) genera and twenty-seven (27) families, the most represented of which were Caesalpiniaceae (10 species), Mimosaceae (5 species) and Combretaceae (4 species). The leaves were the most commonly used parts (43%), with decoction (70%) the most frequently used method of preparation. The oral route was the most popular with 73% of recipes. The phytochemical study revealed a wealth of secondary metabolites such as Trapezoidal Sterols, Alkaloids, Tannins, Flavonoids, Free Quinones, Anthocyane, Anthraquinones, Saponosides and Heterosides. These results can be considered as a source of information for scientific research in the field of phytochemistry and pharmacology.

Characterization and Assessment of the Quality of the Water and Sediments of the Islands (Moudou and Birguime) of Lake Fitri in Chad and Confirmation of the Strains Isolated by the PCR Method

The problem of access to quality water is a major challenge, as it has a major impact on the socio-economic conditions of people in developing countries. The water from the islands of Lake Fitri is one of the main sources of drinking water for the population. The aim of this study is to characterise and assess the quality of the water and sediment from the islands (Moudou and Birguime) of Lake Fitri, and to confirm the strains isolated using the PCR method. A total of fifty (50) samples of water and fifty (50) sediments from the islands of Lake Fitri were analyzed. Standard methods of microbiological and biochemical analysis of water and sediments were used. Isolated enterobacteriaceae strains were characterized by API 20 e and API Staph galleries and Salmonella was confirmed by PCR method. Antibiotic resistance was determined using a technique recommended by the antibiogram committee of the French microbiology society (CA-SFM, 2019). The microbiological results for the water showed an abundance of total aerobic mesophilic flora (TAMF) (4.31 × 106 ± 8.05 × 105 and 5.29 × 106 ± 2.55 × 105) on the Birguime and Moudou islands successively. The microbiological results for the sediment from Birguime and Moudou islands showed an abundance of thermotolerant coliforms (e. coli) (2.05 × 105 ± 5.43 × 104 and 2.27 × 105 ± 3.49 × 104) alternately. The results obtained after incubation of the biochemical tests by the API 20e, API Staph gallery and their numerical profile proposed by the Api software confirmed the contamination. The antibiogram results showed the emergence of certain resistances to the antibiotics Tobramycin, Flucytosine, Amikacin and Teicoplani. The PCR results for Salmonella spp strains were confirmed. As a result, strict monitoring of the water on the various islands of Lake Fitri must be carried out throughout the annual cycle, by specialized personnel, to ensure proper bio-monitoring of these ecosystems.

Introduction: High blood pressure is a public health problem in Guinea as well as everywhere in Africa. The objective of our study was to assess the epidemiological, clinical and therapeutic aspects of High blood pressure in the general medicine department of the Nzérékoré regional hospital. Methodology:This was a prospective study of a descriptive type, lasting 06 months, from July 1 to December 31, 2014. Results: We recorded 156 cases of High blood pressure among a total of 570 patients, for a hospital frequency of 27%. The 56 - 65 age group was the most affected, at 29.4%, with a predominance of men (sex ratio: 1.5). Alcoholism was the most common cardiovascular risk factor with a frequency of 51.2%, smoking and physical inactivity were found in 35.8% and 30.7% respectively;psychosocial stress was found in 24.3% of patients. The clinic was dominated by headache (100%) and dizziness (57.6%). All our patients were subjected to a healthy diet. Fixed dual therapy was the most widely used treatment regimen, i.e. 91 patients (58.3%) and included a diuretic in 37.1% of cases, a calcium channel blocker in 25% of cases and an ACE inhibitor in 24.3%. Conclusion: This study revealed a high frequency of hypertension in the general medicine department of the regional hospital of N’zérékoré.

Purpose To complement and ensure redundancy in the endcap muon system of the Compact Muon Solenoid(CMS)detector and to extend the Resistive Plate Chamber(RPC)system coverage,improved RPCs(iRPCs)with either orthogonal layer strips with one-end electronics or single layer strips with two-end electronics providing more precise time measurement will be installed in the very forward pseudorapidity region of|η|eadout system needs to support twodimensional(2D)or two-end *** addition,it must combine detector data with Timing,Trigger and fast Control(TTC)and Slow Control(SC)into one data stream over a bi-directional optical link with a line rate of 4.8 Gb/s between the Front-end electronics(Fee)and the Back-end electronics(Bee).To fulfill these requirements,a prototype Bee for the iRPC 2D chamber has been researched and *** A Micro-Telecommunication and Computing Architecture(μTCA)-based processing card was designed in this study to establish a prototype system together with aμTCA *** Giga-Bit Transceiver(GBT)protocol is integrated to provide bi-directional communication between the Fee and Bee.A server is connected with the Bee by a Gigabit ethernet(Gbe)link for SC and a 10-Gbe link for Data AcQuisition(DAQ).Results The Bit error Rate(BeR)test of the back-end board and a joint test with the iRPC 2D prototype chamber were *** less than 1.331×10−16 was *** timemeasurement with a resolution of 3.05 nswas successfully realized,and detector efficiencies of 97.7%for longitudinal strips and 96.0%for orthogonal strips were *** results demonstrate the correctness and reliability of the prototype *** The Bee prototype satisfies the requirements for the iRPC 2D chamber,and it worked stably and reliably during a long-term joint test run.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.
