Recently gold nanoparticles(GNPs)have been actively studied as photot hermal converters,drug carriers,and imaging agents in a wide range of applications in cancer diagnosis and ther *** prolonged peroral administration of GNPs in a range of sizes was performed to investigate the morphological changes and their reversibility in the internal organs of laboratory *** this study,GNP's with average diameters of 2 nm,15 nm and 50nm were administered during 30 days,and the reversibility of morphological changes was investigated 14 days after *** the prolonged administration of GNPs,the severity of morphological changes in the liver,kidney,spleen and lymph nodes depended on the nanoparticle ***,50 nm nano-particles caused the most pronounced dystrophic and necrobiotic effects,whereas the smallest 2 nm nanoparticles caused proliferative *** importantly,the development of patho-logical processes was reversible,as evidenced by the gradual restoration of the organ structure at 14 days after the end of GNPs administration.

At present,gold nanoparticles(GNPs)are widely used in biomedical applications such as cancer diagnostics and ***,the potential toxicity hazards of these nanomaterials and human safety concerns are gaining significant ***,we report the effects of prolonged peroral administration of GNPs with different sizes(2,15 and 50 nm)on morphological changes in lymphoid organs and indicators of peripheral blood of laboratory *** experiment was conducted on 24 white mongrel male rats weighing 180–220 g,gold nanospheres sizes 2,15 and 50nm were administered orally for 15 days at a dosage of 190g/kg of animal body *** GNPs were conjugated with polyethylene glycol to increase their biocompatibility and *** size-dependent decrease of the number of neutrophils and lymphocytes was noted in the study of peripheral blood,especially pronounced after administration of GNPs with size of 50 *** stimulation of myelocytic germ of hematopoiesis was recorded at morphological study of the bone *** signs of strengthening of the processes of differentiation and maturation of cellular elements were found in lymph nodes,which were showed as the increasing number of immunoblasts and large *** quantitative changes of cellular component morphology of lymphoid organs due to activation of migration,proliferation and di®erentiation of immune cells indicate the presence of immunostimulation effect of GNPs.

Introduction:The disruptions in the ectodermal layer during intrauterine growth in the process of the formation of epidermal ridges can be linked to the association between dermatoglyphics and abnormalities of the tooth and *** the genetic linkage of periodontal disease this study was hypothesized at observing the association of chronic periodontitis,aggressive periodontitis,and individuals with healthy periodontium as per the 1999 AAP classification of periodontitis with their fingerprint patterns and ridge *** and Methods:Patients belonging to an age cohort of 18-50 who visited the department of periodontics and implantology were included in the ***’periodontal status was determined and was enrolled in the study.A total of 114 subjects were compared,where 38 subjects belonged to the individual group of periodontal condition that are designated as Group A(healthy),Group b(chronic periodontitis),and Group C(aggressive periodontitis).A total of 1140 fingerprints were *** were analyzed and classified according to their patterns and also the ridges were ***:The comparison between three groups showed a statistically significant difference between increased percentage frequency of radial loops(28%)in chronic periodontitis and plain whorls(26.3%)in aggressive *** was a significant difference between ridge count among all the three groups,the highest being in healthy and the least between aggressive periodontal ***:Observations of the study show that there was a difference in fingerprint pattern between patients of all the three periodontal conditions indicating a link between epidermal ridges and condition of periodontium.

The paper presents the results of the sterlet sturgeon Acipenser ruthenus reintroduction into the Kama Reservoir(Perm Krai,Russia)by sterlet fry from hatcheries into the reservoir since *** effectiveness of hatchery releases was evaluated by monitoring gillnet sampling *** results showed that the species was reported throughout entire Kama Reservoir,which contrasts with 1988-1994 data,when the species was registered only at the upper part of the reservoir near the Kama River *** highest number and biomass values of catch per unit effort(CPUE)of the sterlet were found in submerged river channels-the deepest habitats with flow conditions which are close to the ecological requirements of the *** distribution of the sterlet within the channel biotopes of the reservoir is defined by reduced *** biggest individuals and the widest size range of the sterlet were typical for the upper area of the reservoir and Chusovskoy bay,which have the greatest *** smallest sizes were typical for fish from catches near the dam of the reservoir,which is consistent with the published data on the distribution of sterlet in reservoir *** presented results may indicate the artificial formation of the sterlet stock in the Kama Reservoir maintained by hatchery *** revealed distribution of the sterlet in the reservoir determines the direction of further research on natural reproduction and thus formation of an artificially formed ***,future studies are required to assess the possibility of hybridization of the sterlet of artificial origin with natural populations of the species,since the low genetic diversity of the sterlet released into the Kama Reservoir which can lead to irreversible loss of genetic individuality of the natural stocks of the species in the catchment of upper course of the Kama River.

We carried out this research at Abu-Gaddaf Natural Forest Reserve (ANFR) which is located east of blue Nile River, in blue Nile State, Sudan. It aims at exploring tree composition assessing their diversity indices, and ecological importance values. For survey of types and estimation of density of tree species in the forest, we randomly distributed 97 circular sample plots (0.1 hectare (ha)). In each sample plot we identified all trees to the species level, recorded their frequencies and computed species diversity and importance value indices (IVI). A total of 13 tree species, which belong to 12 genera and nine families, were identified in the tree layer of the forest. Mean tree density in ANFR was 116 trees/ha, composed mainly of boswellia papyrifera (Del.) Hochst. (48), followed by Combretum hartmannianu (19) and Lannea fruticosa (18). Fabaceae was the most common family followed by Combretaceae and Malvaceae. b. papyrifera Delile Hochst was the most abundant while Acacia seyal was the least abundant species. Species richness (R = 1.71), evenness (E = 0.69), dominance (0.24) indices and Simpson’s Index of Diversity (D' = 0.76) suggest a moderate diversity, moderate numbers of individuals in each species and a moderate community stability. The research provides empirical results on diversity and ecological importance value of species, signifies the urging need to safeguard threatened species and to prioritize them for conservation, as well as the need to promote management of abundant species to provide multiple forest ecosystem services.

Strategic maintenance plays a key role in ensuring high availability and utilization of the haul trucks,and as equipment began to grow more complex towards the end of the 20th century,there was a need for a proactive maintenance strategy,which led to the development of condition-based *** condition monitoring(RTCM)is the ability to perform condition monitoring in real-time and has the ability to alert maintenance and operations of abnormal *** alarms can be used as an indication leading to a problem,and if a suitable corrective action is initiated in time,it could result in significant savings of equipment downtime and repair *** study aims to compare some maintenance performance indicators prior to and after implementation of RTCM strategy at a mine site using some tests of statistical *** study also indicated the presence of seasonality in the data,and thus the data was deseasonalized and detrended prior to being subjected to the statistical ***,the results indicated that RTCM strategy has proven to be successful in improving the availability for some of the failure categories chosen in this study.

The difficult problem faced by multiple generation of practi-cing physicians is determining the cause of abnormal liver function tests in cancer patients on chemotherapy. Hepatotoxicity from chemotherapy occurs frequently from an unpredictable or idiosyncratic reaction. Despite remark-able advances in our understanding of the mechanisms of action, pharmacodynamics, and interrelationships between the liver and chemotherapy, the underlying etiology of hepatic toxicity for various agents remains unexplained. Here, we present a concise review of the broad differential diagnosis for abnormal liver function tests (LFTs) in oncology patients.

We introduce a simple and universal scalable encapsulation strategy for perovskite solar cells based on thermal vacuum evaporation of MgF2or MoO3-xcapping layer followed by sealing the device with glass and UV-curable *** proposed encapsulation method is beneficial to most of the other known encapsulation approaches being fully harmless to perovskite and transporting layers and processible at room *** deposition of the capping layer promotes efficient removal of water,oxygen and organic solvent residuals from the device prior to sealing and could be easily performed using standard equipment for metal electrode *** proposed strategy is transferrable to any lab-scale perovskite solar cell prototypes regardless of their geometry and architecture and results in excellent stability of the devices in ambient air and long operating *** the 1000 hours stability test at ambient air(30%-60% RH),the cells preserved 92.9% of their initial efficiency on average under 1 Sun illumination at constant maximum power point tracking(MPPT,ISOS-L-1) and over 96% under sto rage in the dark(ISOS-D-1),thus evidencing for the high effectiveness of the proposed encapsulation approach.
