＜正＞We want to identify the "near optimal" shape - of the real arch and its （optimal） load. For this purpose we use a special isoparametric arc element with two nodes. To ensure continuity of C4 order and non-negative load’s grow rate from centre of the arch to the supports, we use ordinate of node and its: first, second third and forth derivatives - as nodal unknowns. For the real arch we know only approximately （measured） ordinates in restricted number of points. We have to find optimal value of node unknowns which are giving minimum least square aproximation betwen measured and optimal ordinates - and are satisfying full stress design. Load has prescribed value （between allowed boundaries）. Numerical solution is tested on the real Bridge.

Effect of Metabolites of Fusarium Solani on Tyrosine Phosphorylation in Cultivated Cells of Solarium Tuberosum

Elicitor-induced phosphorylation of tyrosine residues in proteins of potato was studied. Proteins of crude extract of suspension culture of potato were analyzed by one- and two-dimensional electrophoresis followed by Western blotting with monoclonal antibodies PY20 to phosphotyrosine proteins. One- and two-dimensional electrophoresis revealed l l and 25 tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins, respectively. Glycoprotein increased the phosphorylation level of most of these proteins.

Metastasic cardiac disease from the breast is rarely diagnosed in the lifetime. It has a poor prognosis and limited management. Both echocardiography and computerized tomography (CT) should be the first imaging studies in suspicion of this entity. Other diagnostic methods should be based on the possibilities of treatment although a histopathological analysis of the metastasic mass is needed to confirm the diagnosis. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) could be useful to complete a morphological and functional evaluation in case of surgical removal.
