mXene has garnered widespread recognition in the scientific com-munity due to its remarkable properties,including excellent thermal stability,high conductivity,good hydrophilicity and dispersibility,easy processability,tunable surface properties,and admirable *** have been categorized into different families based on the number of m and X layers in m_(n+1)X_(n),such as m_(2)X,m_(3)X_(2),m_(4)X_(3),and,recently,m_(5)X_(4).Among these families,m_(2)X and m_(3)X_(2),par-ticularly Ti_(3)C_(2),have been greatly explored while limited studies have been given to m_(5)X_(4)mXene ***,studies on the m_(4)X_(3)mXene family have developed recently,hence,demanding a compilation of evaluated ***,this review provides a systematic overview of the latest advancements in m_(4)X_(3)mXenes,focusing on their properties and applications in energy storage *** objective of this review is to provide guidance to researchers on fostering m_(4)X_(3)mXene-based nanomaterials,not only for energy storage devices but also for broader applications.

Second-order modeling of non-premixed turbulent methane-air combustion

The main purpose of this research is the second-order modeling of flow and turbulent heat flux in nonpremixed methane-air combustion.A turbulent stream of non-premixed combustion in a stoichiometric condition,is numerically analyzed through the Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) *** modeling radiation and combustion,the discrete ordinates(DO) and eddy dissipation concept model have been *** Reynolds stress transport model(RSm) also was used for turbulence *** THF in the energy equation,the GGDH model and high order algebraic model of HOGGDH with simple eddy diffusivity model have been *** the numerical results of the SED model(with the turbulent Prandtl 0.85) and the second-order heat flux models with available experimental data follows that applying the second-order models significantly led to the modification of predicting temperature distribution and species mass fraction distribution in the combustion *** of turbulent Prandtl number in the combustion chamber shows that the assumption of Pr_(t) of 0.85 is far from reality and Pr_(t) in different areas varies from 0.4 to 1.2.

Toxoplasmic Chorioretinitis: About a Case in an Immunocompetent Adult at the Renaissance University Hospital Centre (UHC) in N’Djamena (Chad) and Review of the Literature

Toxoplasmic chorioretinitis also known as ocular toxoplasmosis is a parasitic infection caused by the obligately intracellular multiplying protozoan called Toxoplasma gondii. Active toxoplasmic chorioretinitis is a rare condition in immunocompetent people. We report a case of a 47-year-old patient who received reduced right visual acuity, left hemiparesis and eye pain. Examination of the right anterior segment of the eye is unremarkable. In the fundus of the right eye, there was a focus of active toxoplasmic chorioretinitis located in the macula at 1.5 mm papillary diameter next to old scar lesions. The ophthalmological examination of the left eye was unremarkable. The paraclinical assessment carried out on the patient shows a positive Remington test on two occasions three weeks apart. The clinical outcome after initiation of treatment was favorable with a healing of the active site within four weeks.

研究目的:市域铁路对城市和区域发展起着重要的支撑和带动作用,多个城市已建或正建。道岔是轨道线路的薄弱环节,是影响列车安全平稳通过的关键因素。为保障高密度运营和减少日常维修,市域铁路轨下基础以无砟轨道为主,但配套的无砟道岔较少,有必要为正线设计60 kg/m钢轨12号可动心轨无砟道岔。研究结论:(1)通过采用复曲线道岔平面线型,提升了列车侧向通行的平顺性;(2)通过优化尖端结构,延长了曲线尖轨服役寿命;(3)通过采用可动心轨辙叉,解决了轮轨噪声扰民问题;(4)通过设置防跳机构,避免了列车高速过岔时尖轨、心轨跳动;(5)通过研究尖轨和辙叉跟端传力机构,保障了岔区无缝线路的实现;(6)通过优化滑床板和护轨垫板结构,增强了钢轨扣压稳定性;(7)通过研发三元乙丙橡胶扣件系统,满足了无砟道床低刚度要求;(8)本文研究成果对铁路科研单位及道岔制造厂家在市域铁路道岔设计研究方面具有参考作用。

Assessment of Heavy metals Contamination of Topsoil and Street Dust around Cement Factory in Southern Jordan

Evaluation of assessment of the metal processes governing the metals distribution in soil and dust samples is very significant and protects the health of human and ecological system. Recently, special attention has given to the assessment of metals pollution impact on soil and dust within industrial areas. This study aims to assess the metal contamination levels in the topsoil and street dust around the cement factory in Qadissiya area, southern Jordan. The levels of seven metals (namely Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb, Cr, Cd, and mn) were analyzed using Flame Atomic Absorption Spec-trophotometer (FAAS) to monitor, evaluate, and to compare topsoil and road dust pollution values of metals of the different types of urban area. The physicochemical parameters which believed to affect the mobility of metals in the soil of the study area were determined such as pH, EC, TOm, CaCO3 and CEC. The levels of metal in soil samples are greater on the surface but decrease in the lower part as a result of the basic nature of soil. The mean values of the metals in soil can be arranged in the following order: Zn > Pb > mn > Fe > Cu > Cr > Cd. The relatively high concentration of metals in the soil sample was attributed to anthropogenic activities such as traffic emissions, cement factory and agricultural activities. Correlation coefficient analysis and the spatial distribution of indices and the results of statistical analysis indicate three groups of metals: Fe and mn result by natural origin, Zn, Pb, Cu and Zn result by anthropogenic origin (mainly motor vehicle traffic and abrasion of tires) while Cd is mixed origin. The higher content level values of metals of anthropogenic source in soil samples indicate that it is a source of contamination of air in the studied area. .

Investigation of microstructure, Natural Frequencies and Vibration modes of Dragonfly Wing

In the present work, a thorough investigation on the microstructural and morphological aspects of dragonfly wings was carried out using scanning electron microscope. Then, based on this study and the previous reports, a precise three-dimensional numerical model was developed and natural frequencies and vibration modes of dragonfly forewing were determined by finite element method. The results shown that dragonfly wings are made of a series of adaptive materials, which form a very complex composite structure. This bio-composite fabrication has some unique features and potential benefits. Furthermore, the numerical results show that the first natural frequency of dragonfly wings is about 168 Hz and bending is the predominant deformation mode in this stage. The accuracy of the present analysis is verified by comparison of calculated results with experimental data. This paper may be helpful for micro aerial vehicle design concerning dynamic response.

The Internet of Things(IoT)is growing rapidly and impacting almost every aspect of our lives,fromwearables and healthcare to security,traffic management,and fleet management *** has generated massive volumes of data and security,and data privacy risks are increasing with the advancement of technology and network *** access control solutions are inadequate for establishing access control in IoT systems to provide data protection owing to their vulnerability to single-point OF ***,conventional privacy preservation methods have high latency costs and overhead for resource-constrained *** machine learning approaches were also unable to detect denial-of-service(DoS)*** study introduced a novel decentralized and secure framework for blockchain *** avoid single-point OF failure,an accredited access control scheme is incorporated,combining blockchain with local peers to record each transaction and verify the signature to ***-based attribute-based cryptography is implemented to protect data storage privacy by generating threshold parameters,managing keys,and revoking users on the *** innovative contract-based DOS attack mitigation method is also incorporated to effectively validate devices with intelligent contracts as trusted or untrusted,preventing the server from becoming *** proposed framework effectively controls access,safeguards data privacy,and reduces the risk of *** results depict that the suggested framework outperforms the results in terms of accuracy,precision,sensitivity,recall,and F-measure at 96.9%,98.43%,98.8%,98.43%,and 98.4%,respectively.

Utilizing auxin dwarf genes to optimize seed yield and lodging resistance in rapeseed

Direct-seeding rapeseed production at high plant density raises the risk of *** investigated the use of dwarf genes to improve rapeseed plant architecture to balance yield and *** genotypes with different plant architectures(dwarf sca^(HS5),semi-dwarf+/sca^(HS5),and tall ^(HS5))were evaluated under varying nitrogen rates(N1,N2,and N3:120,240,and 360 kg N ha^(-1))and plant densities(D1,D2,and D3:15,45,and 75 plants m^(-2))from 2019 to *** results showed that increasing N rate positively influenced yield while decreasing lodging resistance in all *** plant density(D2-D3)enhanced lodging resistance and yield in sca^(HS5) and+/sca^(HS5),but reduced yield in ^(HS5).Compared to the two parents,+/sca^(HS5) exhibited moderate expressions of IAA3,GH3.15,and SAUR30 in stems under N2D3,resulting in reduced plant height and increased ***,+/sca^(HS5) had a thicker silique layer than ^(HS5) by 14.7%,and it had a significant correlation between branch height/angle and *** N rate led to increased lignin and pectin contents,while cellulose content *** plant density resulted in greater stem cellulose content and CSLA3/7 expression in sca^(HS5) and+/sca^(HS5),but decreased in ^(HS5).Compared to ^(HS5),+/sca^(HS5) exhibited higher expressions of ARAD1 and GAUT4,along with a 51.1%increase in pectin content,leading to improved lodging resistance under ***,+/sca^(HS5) showed a 46.4%higher yield and 38.9%lodging resistance than ^(HS5) under N2D3,while sca^(HS5) demonstrated strong lodging resistance but lower yield ***,this study underscores the potential of utilizing auxin dwarf genes to optimize the trade-off between yield and lodging resistance in rapeseed and the possibility of maximizing yield potential by optimizing the plant architecture of+/sca^(HS5) through nitrogen reduction and dense planting.
