Exploration of structural,optical,and photoluminescent properties of (1-x)NiCo_(2)O_(4)/xPbS nanocomposites for optoelectronic applications

The(1-x)NiCo_(2)O_(4)/x PbS(0≤x≤0.2)nanocomposite samples are synthesized using the hydrothermal and thermolysis *** different phases developed in the obtained nanocomposite samples are accurately determined using the x-ray diffraction technique equipped with a *** percentage of the formed phases(NiCo_(2)O_(4)(NCO),PbS,PbSO_(4)),structural and microstructure parameters are determined using Rietveld quantitative phase *** transmission electron microscope(TEm)images and Rietveld analysis reveal almost isotropic particle size in the nano range with a very narrow size *** obtained phase percentage of PbS and PbSO4are smaller than nominated values(x)suggesting dissolving of some Pb and S ions into NCO which is then confirmed by the analysis of Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectra of nanocomposite *** absorption spectra are modified upon doping NCO with *** optical band gaps of the nanocomposites increase as the amount of PbS *** effect of alloying on extinction coefficient,refractive index,dielectric constant,optical conductivity,the intensity,and emitted color from the photoluminescence of the nanocomposite samples are also *** refractive index value of NCO and NCO-PbS nanocomposite samples exhibit normal *** photoluminescent measurements reveal that the NCO-PbS nanocomposites can emit a violet *** improvement in the values of the nonlinear optical(NLO)parameters of pristine NCO at high frequencies or the nanocomposite samples at low frequencies,are made them used in NLO photonic devices.

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)represents a global health and economic *** injuries have been approved to be associated with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)*** viral tropism pattern of SARS-CoV-2 can induce hepatic injuries either by itself or by worsening the conditions of patients with hepatic ***,other factors have been reported to play a crucial role in the pathological forms of hepatic injuries induced by SARS-CoV-2,including cytokine storm,hypoxia,endothelial cells,and even some treatments for *** the other hand,several groups of people could be at risk of hepatic COVID-19 complications,such as pregnant women and *** present review outlines and discusses the interplay between SARS-CoV-2 infection and hepatic injury,hepatic illness comorbidity,and risk ***,it is focused on the vaccination process and the role of developed vac-cines in preventing hepatic injuries due to SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Thiswork investigates an oblique stagnation point flowof hybrid nanofluid over a rigid surface with power lawfluidas lubricated layers. Copper (Cu) and Silver (Ag) solid particles are used as hybrid particles acting in water H2O asa base fluid. The mathematical formulation of flow configuration is presented in terms of differential systemthat isnonlinear in nature. The thermal aspects of the flow field are also investigated by assuming the surface is a heatedsurface with a constant temperature T. Numerical solutions to the governing mathematical model are calculatedby the RK45 algorithm. The results based on the numerical solution against various flow and thermal controllingparameters are presented in terms of line graphs. The specific results depict that the heat flux increases over thelubricated-indexed parameter.

align:justify;"> IgG4 related disease is a relatively recently recognized systemic entity, that has been observed in nearly every organ system, with similar histopathological features across all identified organs. IgG4 is an antibody molecule accounting for less than 5% of the total IgG count in a healthy person. The molecule is implicated in numerous autoimmune diseases;however its role in IgG4 related disease, whether primary or secondary, remains unknown. The gold standard in the diagnosis of this condition is demonstration of organ involvement from biopsy specimens. In this case report, the patient had exhibited symptoms related mainly to the gastrointestinal tract for 12 years prior to his diagnosis of IgG4 related disease. After this patient’s diagnosis of IgG4 related disease, he was commenced on Rituximab, a monoclonal antibody, which was successful in subsiding his symptoms and he has remained symptom free for the past two years of follow up since commencing treatment and hadn’t developed any complications of the disease nor any complications related to treatment. IgG4 related disease is a systemic autoimmune disease that involves multiple organs 60% - 90% of the time, therefore clinicians should be aware that IgG4 related disease can mimic some autoimmune rheumatic diseases and place it as a differential diagnosis when multi-organ disease with systemic features is involved.

The most sensitive Arabic text available online is the digital Holy *** sacred Islamic religious book is recited by all muslims worldwide including non-Arabs as part of their worship ***,it should be protected from any kind of tampering to keep its invaluable meaning *** characteristics of Arabic letters like the vowels(),Kashida(extended letters),and other symbols in the Holy Quran must be secured from *** cover text of the Quran and its watermarked text are different due to the low values of the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio(PSNR)and Embedding Ratio(ER).A watermarking technique with enhanced attributes must,therefore,be designed for the Quran’s text using Arabic vowels with *** gap addressed by this paper is to improve the security of Arabic text in the Holy Quran by using vowels with *** purpose of this paper is to enhance the Quran text watermarking scheme based on a reversing *** methodology consists of four phases:The first phase is a pre-processing followed by the second phase-the embedding process phase—which will hide the data after the *** is,if the secret bit is“1”,then the kashida is inserted;however,the kashida is not inserted if the bit is“0”.The third phase is the extraction process and the last phase is to evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme by using PSNR(for the imperceptibility)and ER(for the capacity).The experimental results show that the proposed method of imperceptibility insertion is also optimized with the help of a reversing *** proposed strategy obtains a 90.5%***,the proposed algorithm attained 66.1%which is referred to as imperceptibility.

We conducted a systematic review andmeta-analysis to determine the prevalence of depression among elderly people living with *** searched electronic databases and included 12 observational studies that reported on depression among people who were 50 years of age or older and had *** studies were mostly hospital-based and fromWestern and African *** included a total of 5868 older peoplewith HIV,ofwhom 1667 had *** prevalence of depression was 28%with heterogeneity of 95.2%.Prevalence ranged from 14.5%in the Netherlands to 42.4%in South *** therewas asymmetry in the funnel plot,the Egger’s test showed no significant publication *** meta-analysis found a high burden of depression among older people with *** health services addressing psychosocial needs and interventions to prevent and treat depression are needed,especially in community *** providers and policymakers should address the prevalence of depression in such communities.

One of the most common recessively inherited organic acidemias is the Propionic Acidosis (PA) which results from Propionyle-CoA Carboxylase (PCC) enzyme deficiency that is necessary for the catabolism of the branched chain Amino Acids and other metabolites. Classically this disease presented with high anion gap metabolic acidosis with its clinical consequences. We report 4 patients who presented to our facility with sepsis like picture and no metabolic acidosis. all of them were found to have high ammonia level. Diagnosis was confirmed by tandem mS/mS and urine Gas Chromatography/ mass Spectrometry (GC/mS). all of them were treated supportively and by supplementation of adequate calories and PA formula. The different presentations may be very well attributed to the PCC molecular defects heterogeneity. mutations in both genes PCCA and PCCB can cause PA with more frequent heterogeneity of PCCA gene. In spite of the fact that PCCB gene is responsible for the most of the oriental cases, our first patient condition was attributed to PCCA gene with a rare mutation which was not described in the literatures.

Objective:To characterize the antifungal activity of methanolic leaf extract of Calotropis gigantea alone or in combination with amphotericin B against invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in ***:GC/mS was used for analysis of active constituents of Calotropis gigantea *** germination assay and broth micro-dilution method were used to determine antifungal potential of Calotropis gigantea/amphotericin B against Aspergillus *** mice were randomly assigned into 5 groups:group 1 was neutropenic(control);group 2 was infected with Aspergillus fumigatus;group 3 was infected with Aspergillus fumigatus,and treated with Calotropis gigantea extract;group 4 was infected with Aspergillus fumigatus and treated with amphotericin B;group 5 was infected with Aspergillus fumigatus and treated with both Calotropis gigantea extract and amphotericin *** lung tissues were histopathologically *** burden and gliotoxin concentration were evaluated in lung ***,superoxide dismutase,and malondialdehyde content were determined in lung ***,tumor necrosis factor-alpha,interleukin-1,and interleukin-17 were also estimated by the sandwich enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent ***:Calotropis gigantea/amphotericin B had a minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum fungicidal concentration of 80 and 160μg/mL,respectively,for Aspergillus ***,Calotropis gigantea/amphotericin B significantly reduced lung fungal burden by 72.95%and inhibited production of gliotoxin in lung tissues from 6320 to 1350μg/g *** gigantea/amphotericin B reduced the oxidative stress of the lung via elevating the activity of antioxidant enzymes and decreasing the levels of lipid *** activity and the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines were also significantly *** electron microscopy revealed deteriorations in the hyphae ultrastructure in Calotropis gigantea/amphotericin B trea
