研究目的:1.进一步总结VLS临床特征2.分析病变程度与病程的相关性3.分析点阵式激光治疗对VLS的临床疗效分析4.总体治疗效果分析。方法:本研究于2018年5月至2019年4月回顾性收集分析大连医科大学附属妇产医院妇科门诊40例VLS患者的临床资料,所有患者均经活检病理学检查证实VLS。本研究方案经大连医科大学附属妇产医院伦理委员会批准,并与患者签署了知情同意书。结果:年龄范围为26～73岁,平均年龄（50±14.6）岁。已绝经 23/4（57.5%）;未绝经 17/40（42.5%）,未绝经中年龄＞35岁9/17（53%）,年龄＜35岁8/17（47%）。40例患者中,病程范围（0.5～20）年,平均病程（7.6±6.4）年。临床症状与病程持续时间呈正相关,病程持续时间越长,瘙痒和性交困难的强度越明显。皮肤形态及皮肤颜色病变的严重程度与病程持续时间无相关性或相关性比较弱（P＞0.05）;皮肤病变面积与病程持续时间有相关性（P＜0.05）,病程越长皮肤病变面积越大。外阴瘙痒、外阴疼痛第1次治疗后1个月及第3次治疗后1个月、最后1次治疗后3、6、12个月与治疗前比较,均有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。性交困难第1次治疗后1个月与治疗前比较,无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;第3次治疗后1个月、最后1次治疗后3、6、12个月与治疗前比较,均有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。皮肤颜色、皮肤病变面积第1次治疗后1个月与治疗前比较,无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;第3次治疗后1个月、最后1次治疗后3、6、12个月与治疗前比较,均有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。皮肤形态第1次治疗后1个月及第3次治疗后1个月、最后1次治疗后3、6个月与治疗前比较,无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;最后1次治疗后12个月与治疗前比较,有统计学意意义（P＜0.05）。总有效率100%,总体满意度为95.0%。无严重并发症。结论:VLS可发生于任何年龄的妇女,多见于绝经后妇女。VLS的病因可能与自身免疫性疾病和激素变化有关。VLS临床症状外阴瘙痒、外阴疼痛及性交困难与病程持续时间呈正相关;临床体征皮肤弹性及皮肤颜色病变与病程持续时间无相关性或相关性比较弱,皮肤病变面积与病程持续时间有相关性。点阵CO2激光治疗VLS,外阴瘙痒、外阴疼痛第1次治疗后1个月与治疗前比较改善明显;性交困难、皮肤颜色、皮肤病变面积第3次治疗后1个月改善明显;皮肤形态直至治疗后的6个月方出现改善。总有效率100%,总体满意度为95.0%。无严重并发症。

Risk based inspection strategies rely on detailed knowledge of the performance of inspection *** is well known that every inspection technique has limitations in terms of reliability and ***, these are influenced by many factors,e.g.,it depends on operator skills, inspection procedure,defect and object geometry,inspection *** objective of the"POD generator"project is to develop a numerical modeling approach to assess inspection effectiveness for a specific technique and situation. This approach enables a flexible and reliable quantitative assessment at acceptable costs. Besides the models to simulate various degradation mechanisms,numerical models have been developed and validated for accurately simulating the physics of inspection *** the human factor is taken into *** numerical models are then used to generate probability of detection (POD) *** this paper this approach will be illustrated for ultrasonic TOFD inspection. The POD generator will help asset owners to rationalize their inspection and maintenance strategy,*** inspection and maintenance costs whilst preserving safety and reliability of operation at the desired levels.

The Epidemiology of Induction of Labor among Women Aged 15 - 49 Who Delivered at Shaafi Hospital in Hodon District, Mogadishu Somalia 2020

Background: Induction of labor is an artificial termination utilized to decrease both maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. The study was aimed to assess the epidemiology of induction of labor among women aged 15 - 49 who delivered at Shaafi Hospital in Hodon District, Mogadishu Somalia 2020. Methodology: A cross-sectional and retrospective hospital-based study was conducted among 30 women aged 15 - 49 who had undergone induction of labor who were delivered at Shaafi Hospital Mogadishu during the period of the study from May-July 2020. Data were collected by interview method using structured questionnaire. Data analyzed was performed using Statistical Package for Social Science version 20. Results: The study showed that the majority of respondents 12 (40%) had undergone induction once time previously, followed by 8 (27%) had undergone induction previously two times, while 6 (20%) had undergone previously three times, 4 (13%) more than four times. 21 (70%) were delivered Spontaneous Vagina delivery (SVD), 6 (20%) were Cesarean section (CS) and 3 (10%) instrumental vaginal delivery. A total of (60%) were delivered in public hospitals, followed by (23%) were delivered in private hospitals and 5 (17%) home delivery. In addition the reasons of induction of labor a total of 27 (90%) were post term, followed by 2 (7%) were Intrauterine fetal death (IUFD), while few proportion of 1 (3%) were Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Finally, the study revealed that the socio-demographic and obstetrical determinants such as age and daily meal intake as well as antenatal care visit and reasons for induction of labor e.g. Post term (Post-mature), Intrauterine fetal death (IUFD) and Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) showed significant association with their the induced labor (P Conclusion and Recommendations: The study recommended that ministry of health especially maternal and reproductive health unit should ensure that every pregnant woman has access to skilled matern
