This article presents a synopsis of the current data on the mechanisms of blood-brain barrier (BBB) alteration and autoimmune response in acute ischemic stroke. Most researchers confirm the relationship between the severity of immunobiochemical changes and clinical outcome of acute ischemic stroke. Ischemic stroke is accompanied by aseptic inflammation, which alters the brain tissue and exposes the co-stimulatory molecules of the immune system and the neuronal antigens. To date, BBB is not considered the border between the immune system and central nervous system, and the local immune subsystems are found within and behind the BBB. BBB disruption contributes to the leakage of brain autoantigens and induction of secondary autoimmune response to neuronal antigens and long-term inflammation. Glymphatic system function is altered and jeopardized both in hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke types. The receptors of innate immunity (toll-like receptor-2 and toll-like receptor-4) are also involved in acute ischemia-reperfusion injury. Immune response is related to the key processes of blood clotting and fibrinolysis. At the same time, the stroke-induced immune activation may promote reparation phenomena in the brain. subsequent research on the reduction of the acute ischemic brain injury through the target regulation of the immune response is promising.

AIM To analyze scientometrically the dynamic science internationalization on colorectal tumour markers as reflected in five information portals and to outline the significant journals, scientists and *** A retrospective problem-oriented search was performed in Web of science Core Collection(Wo s), MEDLINE, BIOsIs Citation Index(BIOsIs) and scopus for 1986-2015 as well as in Dervent Innovations Index(Derwent) for 1995-2015. several specific scientometric parameters of the publication output and citation activity were comparatively analyzed. The following scientometric parameters were analyzed:(1) annual dynamics of publications;(2) scientific institutions;(3) journals;(4) authors;(5) scientific forums;(6) patents-number of patents, names and countries of inventors, and(7) citations(number of citations to publications by single authors received in Wos, BIOsIs Citation Index and scopus).REsULTs There is a trend towards increasing publication output on colorectal tumour markers worldwide along with high citation rates. Authors from 70 countries have published their research results in journals and conference proceedings in 21 languages. There is considerable country stratification similar to that in most systematic investigations. The information provided to end users and scientometricians varies between these data-bases in terms of most parameters due to different journal coverage, indexing systems and editorial policy. The lists of the so-called "core" journals and most productive authors in Wo s, BIOsIs, MEDLINE and scopus along with the list of the most productive authors-inventors in Derwent present a particular interest to the beginners in the field, the institutional and national science managers and the journal editorial board members. The role of the purposeful assessment of scientific forums and patents is emphasized. Filamentous green algae play an important functional role in element cycling and productivity in the diff erent water bodies. In hypersaline lakes and lagoons of the Crimea, filamentous green algae are present and form bottom and floating mats that occupy large areas with high biomass, up to 4–5 kg(wet biomass)/m2. Cladophora spp. dominated in those mats. Five species of filamentous green algae(Chlorophyta) in Lake Chersonesskoye: C ladophora vadorum(Aresch.) Kütz., C. siwaschensis C. Meyer, C. echinus(Biasol.) Kütz., Ulothrix implexa(Kütz.) Kütz., Rhizoclonium tortuosum(Dillw.) Kütz., and seagrass(Angiospermae) R uppia cirrhosa(Petagna) Grande were found. Cladophora spp. and R. cirrhosa were found in the lake throughout the year, other types of algae were encountered episodically. In most cases the biomass of bottom mat exceeded that of the floating mat. In general, the total biomass of the bottom and floating mats in the lake areas at depths up to 30 cm was in a stable range of values from 100 to 290 mg(dry weight)/cm2. Animal and infusorian average abundance in mats reach high values: infusorians—up to 15 000 000 ind./m2, Cletocamptus retrogressus(Copepoda, Harpacticoida)—up to 730 000 ind./m2, Eucypris mareotica(Ostracoda)—up to 91 000 ind./m2 and Chironomidae larvae(Insecta, Diptera)—up to 140 ind./m2. Those values were much higher than in the plankton.

Nanocrystalline copper-cobalt ferrites with composition Cu_（1-x）Co_xFe_2O_4,where x = 0.2 and 0.8,were synthesized by mechanochemical treatment of co-precipitated *** ferrite powders were characterized by XRD and Mossbauer *** proved obtaining of spinel ferrites with crystallite size smaller than 10 *** of crystallite size of samples with increasing of mechanochemical treatment duration was established,*** properties of obtained ferrites were tested in reactions of oxidation of CO,methanol and dimethyl *** catalytic activity of nanocrystalline copper-cobalt ferrites toward CO and CH_3OH（about 100% conversions of CO and CH_3OH at 160 ℃）and moderate activity toward（CH_3）_2O oxidation were *** results obtained revealed that the Co/Cu atomic ratio is an important factor determinant the behavior of catalysts toward methanol and DME oxidation.

This work represents a formalized description of information and communicative interac- tions of individuals on the basis of theory of information images （II）. It also demonstrates how important it is to choose the models type adequate to the systems under research. It also introduces an explication of the possibility to create the model of information and communication interactions that can illustrate transmission of information between two and more individuals. Methods and approaches suggested in this paper allow us to compare different levels of the described processes depending on the chosen architecture of the model; the methods and approaches mentioned in the current work can be also used to simulate the processes of distortion and generation of information images while information and communication social interaction. Expansion and addition of informa- tion images theory in terms of transmission of information among individuals enables us to speak about the space of individual II. The existence of such a space and creation of correct formalized model help us to explain a number of characteristic phenomena of human thinking processes. As a result of this research, the authors introduce an equa- tion that describes the spatial and structural evolution of individual II. There is also an example of modeling on the basis of this theory taking into account the results of the experiment （bilingual stroop test）.

Using the methods of transmission electron microscopy, the carbide phase evolution in surface layers of the differentiallyquenched rails is studied after the passed tonnage of 691.8 million tons at the depth up to 10 mm along the central axis andfillet of rail head. The action of two mutual supplement mechanisms of steel carbide phase transformation in surface layersat rail operation is established：（1） cutting mechanism of cementite particles with the following departure in the volume offerrite grains or plates （in pearlite structure）; （2） cutting mechanism and following dissolution of cementite particles,transfer of carbon atoms on dislocations （in Cottrell atmospheres and dislocation cores）, transfer of carbon atoms bymoving dislocations into ferrite grains volume （or plates） with the following repeated formation of nanosized cementiteparticles. The first mechanism is accompanied by the change in linear sizes and morphology of carbide particles. Cementiteelement composition change is not essential. Carbide structure change can take place during the second mechanism.
