The new coronavirus,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARSCoV-2),which emerged in December 2019 in Wuhan,China,has reached worldwide pandemic proportions,causing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).The clinical manifestations of COVID-19 vary from an asymptomatic disease course to clinical symptoms of acute respiratory distress syndrome and severe *** lungs are the primary organ affected by SARS-CoV-2,with a very slow turnover for ***-CoV-2 enters the lungs via angiotensinconverting enzyme 2 receptors and induces an immune response with the accumulation of immunocompetent cells,causing a cytokine storm,which leads to target organ injury and subsequent *** date,there is no effective antiviral therapy for COVID-19 patients,and therapeutic strategies are based on experience treating previously recognized *** search of new treatment modalities of COVID-19,cell-based therapy with mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)and/or their secretome,such as soluble bioactive factors and extracellular vesicles,is considered supportive therapy for critically ill *** MSCs are able to differentiate into different types of cells of mesenchymal origin,including alveolar epithelial cells,lung epithelial cells,and vascular endothelial cells,which are severely damaged in the course of COVID-19 ***,MSCs secrete a variety of bioactive factors that can be applied for respiratory tract regeneration in COVID-19 patients thanks to their trophic,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,anti-apoptotic,pro-regenerative,and proangiogenic properties.

Data center networks may comprise tens or hundreds of thousands of nodes,and,naturally,suffer from frequent software and hardware failures as well as link *** are routed along the shortest paths with sufficient resources to facilitate efficient network utilization and minimize *** such dynamic networks,links frequently fail or get congested,making the recalculation of the shortest paths a computationally intensive *** routing protocols were proposed to overcome this problem by focusing on network utilization rather than ***,the design of fast shortest-path algorithms for data centers was largely neglected,though they are universal components of routing ***,parallelization techniques were mostly deployed for random network topologies,and not for regular topologies that are often found in data *** aim of this paper is to improve scalability and reduce the time required for the shortest-path calculation in data center networks by parallelization on general-purpose *** propose a novel algorithm that parallelizes edge relaxations as a faster and more scalable solution for popular data center topologies.

Physical, chemical and biochemical properties of silver nanoparticles （AgNPs） depend to a great extent on their size, shape, size distribution, and stabilizers located on their surface. This study focused on two typical stabilizers, namely citrates （cit）, low molecular ions protecting nanoparticles by electrostatic repulsion, and polyvinylpyrrolidone （PVP）, a hydrophilic, neutral, high molecular polymer protecting nanoparficles by steric stabilization. Natural bacterioplankton was collected from a eutrophic, downtown lake and exposed to five concentrations （0.1-5 mg/L） of AgNPs-PVP and AgNPs-cit. Responses were monitored after 1, 3, 5 and 7 days of exposure, by evaluating the survival rate of bacteria, their respiratory activity, and the general activity of extracellular esterases. A significantly better （greater） survival rate of bacterioplankton was observed in water with an addition of AgNPs-cit. The inhibition of extracellular esterases was observed only in samples containing AgNPs-PVP. The inhibitory effect increased proportionally to the concentration of AgNPs-PVP applied. Within the studied concentration range, there was no statistically significant inhibition of bacterioplankton respiratorv activity bv AgNPs-PVP and AgNPs-cit.

This paper focuses on the underpinning-induced ground movement due to jet-grouting. Jet-grouting technique can cause distortions as a result of an inaccurate processing sequence and/or errors made at different stages of work execution. The aim of this paper is to determine the minimum value of such movement on the basis of the findings obtained at two similar construction sites located in the Historical Center of Moscow, considering that the maximum value is usually unpredictable. Numerical simulation of the process of soil eroding agrees well with the observational data at the current stage. It was found that the minimum value of deformations （only settlement was considered in this study） due to jetgrouting is no less than 2-3 mm. By contrast, the negative scenario of deformation due to foundation underpinning is clearly demonstrated. Also, this paper provides some general solutions for excavation supporting system as well as for underpinning design.

The sizes of both seed dispersers and seeds are traits that are likely to interact to influence seed fate in many synzoochoric plant ***,we examined whether members of a granivorous rodent community consisting of species of different body size vary in their effectiveness as seed dispersers,and how this relationship may be altered by seed *** marked northern red oak(Quercus rubra)acorns with plastic tags and placed them in size-selective rodent *** exclosures allowed differential access of rodent groups based on different body size:(i)small(*** spp.);(ii)small and medium(*** striatus);and(iii)small,medium and large(*** carolinensis)species of *** removal did not differ among exclosure types,but more seeds were missing when removed by small rodents,probably because of *** treatments did not influence the relative frequency of acorn ***,small rodents cached considerably fewer and partially ate more acorns than the other 2 *** mean dispersal distance was the longest for cages with medium openings,intermediate for cages with large openings and the shortest for cages with small *** mass positively affected the probability of caching and this relationship was unaffected by exclosure *** conclusion,granivorous rodents of different body sizes strongly differed in their interactions with acorns,with small rodents acting primarily as acorn predators and medium and large species contributing significantly more to dispersal of red oaks.

For the manufacture of working parts of agricultural tools operating in soil,various structural materials are used:alloy and low-alloy steels,weld materials for hardfacing,and plates made from *** design new construction solutions to obtain components that are resistant to abrasive wear and *** components are subject to wear during soil cultivation,due to which wear products remain in the *** this work,the mass of chemical elements remaining in soil from materials used in selected working parts of agricultural tools intended for soil cultivation was *** the operation of the tested parts,it was found that the following elements were introduced into the soil:Al,B,C,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mo,Nb,Ni,P,Pb,S,Si,Ti,V,Wand *** was introduced into the soil in the highest amount(15.907e222.004 g∙ha-1).Among the chemical elements reaching the soil,there were also elements that may pose a toxicological *** was found that the mass of chemical elements introduced into the soil depends on their content in the used structural materials and also on the conditions of cultivation,which determine the wear intensity of the parts.
