The structural parameters of a galaxy can be used to gain insight into its formation and evolution *** this paper,we strive to compare the Milky Way’s structural parameters to other,primarily edge-on,spiral galaxies in order to determine how our Galaxy measures up to the Local *** our comparison,we use the galaxy structural parameters gathered from a variety of literature sources in the optical and near-infrared wave *** compare the scale length,scale height,and disk flatness for both the thin and thick disks,the thick-to-thin disk mass ratio,the bulge-to-total luminosity ratio,and the mean pitch angle of the Milky Way’s spiral arms to those in other *** conclude that many of the Milky Way’s structural parameters are largely ordinary and typical of spiral galaxies in the Local Universe,though the Galaxy’s thick disk appears to be appreciably thinner and less extended than expected from zoom-in cosmological simulations of Milky Way-mass galaxies with a significant contribution of galaxy mergers involving satellite galaxies.

在复合材料的优化设计中,世界各国的航天设计局都面临着一个重大的问题。大多数适用于金属结构的传统设计方法不适用于复合材料结构优化。因此,本文旨在发展新的适用于复合材料飞机结构的优化设计方法,并通过飞机水平尾翼这一飞机主结构来展示这个方法。本文研究的主要问题是在进行设计时应考虑哪些特征,并确保复合材料结构不会超重,以及应采取何种方法进行优化设计。即,优化设计被定义为结构的有效状态,飞机结构重量最小且满足所有强度要求和其他条件。本文通过文献调研,将经典层合板理论、梁理论和有限元方法,用于复合材料水平尾翼的优化设计。采用经典层合板理论和梁理论,可快速确定水平尾翼上剪切流的大小,并计算出所需的复合材料的铺层数量。为应用这些理论方法,本文采用MATLAB编写了相应的计算程序和优化算法以优化复合材料水平尾翼的厚度。此外,本文利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立复合材料水平尾翼的有限元模型,开发了相应的优化计算程序,获得了优化后机翼的厚度。综合应力及相关参数的分析表明,基于经典板理论和梁理论的复合材料构件的设计方法是可行的。水平尾翼在静态载荷作用下的有限元模型显示了与整个结构大致相同的应力。这意味着结构件已达到最佳状态。研究表明,本文提出的设计方法在水平尾翼等飞机部件的设计中具有一定的应用价值。基于经典复合材料板和梁理论法和有限元法各有利弊。第一种方法更计算效率高,对初步设计非常有用,但它过于简化,不能像有限元模型一样给出详细的应力分布。有限元计算精度好,但建立一个有限元模型和实现优化分析非常耗时,它用于详细设计阶段更适合。

General structural properties and low surface brightness tidal features hold important clues to the formation of *** this paper,we study a sample of polar-ring galaxies(PRGs)based on optical imaging from the Sloan digital Sky Survey Stripe 82 and other deep *** investigate the deepest images of candidates for PRGs to *** carry out photometric decomposition on the host galaxies and associated polar structures that allows us to derive the structural properties of both *** are able to detect very faint tidal structures around most PRGs in our *** several galaxies,we can directly observe the formation of the polar ring due to merging,which is manifested in debris of the victim galaxy and an arc-like polar structure made up of its *** a few cases,we can discern signs of tidal *** results obtained indicate that the gravitational interaction and merging of galaxies are the most plausible mechanisms for the formation of PRGs.

The general characteristics of diode Laser Absorption Spectrometry (dLAAS) in low pressure plasmas particulary with respect to the detection of non metals are comprehensively recapitulated and discussed. Furthermore, a detector, which is based on dLAAS in a microwave induced low pressure plasma as an alternative technique for halogene specific analysis of volatile compounds and polymeric matrices is described. The analytical capability of the technique is demonstrated on the chlorine specific analysis of ablated polymer fragments as well as gas chromatographically separated hydrocarbons. Since the measurements were carried out by means of a balanced heterodyne detection scheme, different technical noise contributions, such as laser excess and RAM noise could efficiently be suppressed and the registered absorption was limited only by the principal shot noise. Thus, in the case of the polymer analysis a chlorine specific absolute detection limit of 10 pg could be achieved. Furthermore, fundamental investigations concerning the influence of hydrocarbons on the dissociation capability of the microwave induced plasma were performed. For this purpose, the carbon , chlorine and hydrogen specific stoichiometry of the compounds were empirically determined. deviations from the exspected proportions were found to be insignificant, implying the possibility of internal standardization relative to the response of a reference sample.
