The traditional Chines. medicine(TCM)indus.ry is.critical to not only for public health but als. for economic *** to the European Union(EU)directives.under the EU framework for(traditional)herbal medicinal products.herbal medicines.with long his.ory of us. can be regis.ered in ***,there is.a condition in this.directive in which only thos. that have at leas. 10e15 years.in the EU market are accepted for regis.ration and/or marketing *** author opinion,the condition of 10-15 years.of us. in EU countries.s.t within the EU regulatory framework is.with cons.deration of the genetic differences.which can res.lt in variation in advers. drug res.ons.s.among different world *** this.concept in mind,it is.reas.nable to project the principal of the EU directive to the As.an countries.where TCM is.*** like China,s.ngapore,Japan and s.uth Korea that have well es.ablis.ed drug regis.ration framework are in bes. pos.tion in executing the bes. practice and facilitate harmonization of regis.ration for TCM within the ***,the regis.ration proces. its.lf allows.more s.fety and efficacy data to be collected s.s.emically before and after product regis.ration/marketing *** are valuable information for future drug *** therapeutic value of TCM is.limitles.,it has.been left out in the EU regulatory framework,and the opportunity for it to be expanded and carried forward in modern medicines.is.s.adowed by the limited number of TCM that are qualified to be regis.ered under the EU regulatory *** early es.ablis.ment of a harmonized ris.-bas.d regis.ration proces. for TCM in As.an countries.is.*** will s.rengthen the databas. to s.bs.antiate the his.ory of s.fe us. and further pres.rving and expanding the therapeutic values.of TCM within and beyond the As.an region.

Minimum temperatures.have remarkable impacts.on tree growth at high-elevation s.tes.on the Tibetan Plateau,but the s.ortage of long-term and high-res.lution paleoclimate records.inhibits.unders.anding of recent minimum temperature *** this.s.udy,a warm s.as.n(April–s.ptember)recons.ruction is.pres.nted for the pas. 467 years.1550–2016)bas.d on s.bina tibetica ring-width chronology on the Lianbaoyeze Mountain of the central eas.ern Tibetan *** warm periods.and eight cold periods.were ***-term minimum temperature variations.revealed a high degree of coherence with nearby *** correlations.between our recons.ruction and global s.a s.rface temperatures.s.gges. that warm s.as.n minimum temperature anomalies.in the central eas.ern Tibetan Plateau were s.rongly influenced by large-s.ale ocean atmos.heric circulations.s.ch as.the El Ni?o-s.uthern Os.illation and the Atlantic Multidecadal Os.illation.

Tree-ring chronologies.were developed for s.bina s.ltuaria and Abies.faxoniana in mixed fores.s.in the Qionglai Mountains.of the eas.ern Tibetan ***-growth relations.ip analys.s.indicated that the two co-exis.-ing s.ecies.reponded s.milarly to climate factors.although *** was.more s.ns.tive than *** s.rong-es. correlation was.between *** chronology and regional mean temperatures.from June to *** on this.relations.ip,a regional mean temperature from June to November for the period 1605-2016 was.*** explained 37.3%of the temperature variance during th period *** major warm periods.and five major cold periods.were *** analys.s.detected s.gnificant interannual and multi-decadal *** als. revealed the influence of the Atlantic Multi-decadal Os.illation,confirming its.importance on climate change on the eas.ern Tibetan Plateau.

The development of highly active,s.able and inexpens.ve electrocatalys.s.for hydrogen production by defects.and morphology engineering remains.a great ***,s.vacancies.rich Ni_(3)s.(2)@Cu_(2)s.nan-otube heterojunction arrays.were in-s.tu grown on copper foam(V_(s.-Ni_(3)s.(2)@V_(s.-Cu_(2)s.NHAs.CF)for efficient electrocatalytic overall water *** the merits.of nanotube arrays.and efficient electronic mod-ulation drived by the OD vacancy defect and 2D heterojunction defect,the res.ltant V_(s.-Ni_(3)s.(2)@V_(s.-Cu_(2)s.NHAs.CF electrocatalys. exhibits.excellent electrocatalytic activity with a low overpotential of 47 mV for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)at 10 mA cm^(-2) current dens.ty,and 263 mV for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)at 50 mA cm^(-2) current dens.ty,as.well as.a cell voltage of 1.48 V at 10 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,the nanotube heterojunction arrays.endows.V_(s.-Ni_(3)s.(2)@V_(s.-Cu_(2)s.NHAs.CF with outs.anding s.ability in long-term catalytic proces.es.as.confirmed by the continuous.chronopotentiom-etry tes.s.at current dens.ties.of 10 mA cm^(-2) for 100 h.

亚洲国家中药注册的统一方法（英文）

中药产业对公众健康和经济增长都至关重要。根据欧盟（EU）指令，在欧盟（传统）草药制品框架下，具有较长使用历史的草药可在欧盟注册。然而，本指令中有一条件，即只有在欧盟市场上至少有10-15年使用历史的草药才能被注册和/或获得上市许可。作者认为，在欧盟监管框架内设定的在欧盟国家有10-15年使用历史的条件考虑了基因差异，基因差异可能导致不同世界人群的药物不良反应发生变化。考虑到这一概念，借鉴欧盟指令的主要内容到亚洲国家这些中药起源国是合理的。中国、新加坡、日本和韩国等国拥有完善的药品注册框架，最能够执行最佳实践和促进统一的区域内中药注册程序。此外，注册过程本身也允许在制品注册/上市许可前后系统地收集更多的安全性和有效性数据。这些都是未来药物开发的宝贵信息。中药的治疗价值是无限的，它被排除在欧盟的监管框架之外，在欧盟监管框架下有注册资格的中药数量有限，这限制了中药在现代药物中扩大使用范围和发扬光大的机会。在亚洲国家中尽早建立统一的基于风险的中药注册程序非常重要。这将强化数据库，以证实中药安全使用的历史，并进一步在亚洲地区内外保存和发扬中医的治疗价值。
