Objectives:This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of slow deep breathing relaxation exercise(SDBRE)in reducing patients’pain levels during chest tube removal(CTR)post coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)***:In 2019,fifty post-CABG patients were conveniently selected from a cardiac intensive care unit in jordan’s major referral heart *** patients were randomly assigned to either an intervention group or a control group.A total of 25 patients were assigned into the experimental group who received slow deep breathing relaxation Exercise(SDBRE)alongside the conventional care before *** remaining 25 patients constituted the control group(50%)that had CTR following conventional *** Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to measure the participants’pain levels during three phases:before CTR(Time 1),5-min post CTR(Time 2),and 15-min post CTR(Time 2)to compare the intervention effect between the two ***:The data analysis findings for the control and intervention group of patients showed that there was a statistically significant decline in their pain level across time for both groups(H¼32.71,Pme 2(3.50[1.20,5.30]vs.7.90[7.00,9.00],Pme 3(0.00[0.00,1.30]vs.3.60[2.40,4.10]Pminimize the need for analgesics and their associated adverse effects.

The main objective of this paper is to analyze the relationships between the productive process and the commercial trade with water resources used by them. For that the goal is to find out, by means of the estimation of water embodied in the exported crops which have the highest export competitiveness and lower water consumption. The finding contradicts not only the comparative advantages theory but also the resources sustainability logic. This conclusion is derived from the great exports of water via tomatoes and low profitable vegetables from producers＇ perspective but not economical from social perspectives as shown in domestic resource coefficient. The diversion between financial and economic profitability is due to heavily irrigation water subsidy. The results confirm that jordan utilizes large amounts of water in its exports, and in turn, it does not export goods with low water requirements. The potential saving would be very significant and agricultural sector need to modify the use of water to a great extent in order to reach significant water savings and an environmental sustainability. jordan has to implement policies that reduced, or even abandoned, the export and the production of water-intensive crops. Therefore, they have to be replaced with either imports or crops that optimize the water resources.

The paper presents a dynamic model and vibration analysis for a class of drum winding machines which are used to wind different kinds of textile filament such as synthetic thread onto cylindrical bobbins. The winder consists of a motor-driven cylindrical package and a feeler roller forced to permanent contact with the package by means of a linear spring. The approach to the dynamic analysis assumes the feeler roller to have some eccentricity and the filament package to have a slightly elliptical cross-section. The feeler-roller mechanism is modeled as a two-degree-of-freedom (2-DOF) system and two differential equations describing the motion of the system are derived using the direct force-acceleration technique. Natural and forced vibrations of the model are investigated and sample numeric results of the analysis are obtained using field data from typical designs. The presented analysis helps enhance the selection of the various design parameters of the winder to ensure its dynamic stability that allows the winder to perform its function accurately. In particular, conditions are obtained for the feeler roller to operate in self-centering mode and for the system to work as a vibration absorber.

The objective of this study is to compare the ranking of the quality of e-commerce B2C portals in Brazil according to explicit criteria described in the article with the ranking according to the INFO 100 ranking. Theoretical research is first described, followed by the construction of eight self-established criteria of B2C portal quality measures and identification and compilation of requirements used by the I-Best, Opinia, E-bit and other institutes. After that, a portal quality evaluation is made by the web site content analysis;finally, a comparison of the rankings is presented. The obtained results showed that in spite of the lack of knowledge of the criteria adopted by INFO100 [1], there could be agreement with the criteria adopted in this study, because there was agreement with the results for the Ponto Frio portal. Therefore, it was concluded that the eight criteria used in this study can be useful in a quality analysis of B2C electronic portals.

Liver magnetic resonance imaging(mRI)has seen a massive increase in its use over the last *** its first description in the early 1980s,contrast‐enhanced mRI is now the gold standard for the diagnosis of hepatocellular cancer in patients with liver *** like magnetic resonance(mR)elastography and combinations of multiple mR parameters in single scanning protocols are now available and these are opening new possibilities for the assessment of multiple aspects of disease in patients with liver *** this narrative review,we provide an overview of the use of mRI in patients with cirrhosis for the diagnosis of and screening for liver cancer,for the diagnosis of cirrhosis and prediction of long‐term outcomes,and for the evaluation of portal *** the multitude of techniques now available and the number of cirrhosis aspects that can be assessed by single scans make the study and application of mRI an attractive target in the search for a technique for use in this group of patients that often have to attend for multiple appointments and multiple tests,including invasive investigations.

Isolation of Pathogenic Gram-Negative Bacteria from Urinary Tract Infected Patients

This study investigated the susceptibility pattern of different bacteria isolated from urinary tract infection to different antibiotics. 83 uropathogen bacteria were isolated from 300 urine samples taken from patients attended to Tikrit Teaching Hospital from march, 2011 through February, 2012. The patients were males and females aged between 4 days to 95 years. Bacteria obtained from urine samples were cultured and tested for antimicrobial susceptibility to 16 kinds of antibiotics. Urine samples were cultured on different media and incubated, thereafter bacteria were isolated and purified by streaking four times on the same media;isolates were identified depending on morphological, microscopic, and biochemical characteristics. The isolated strains of bacteria were tested for their susceptibility to some antibiotics using disk diffusion method. The antagonistic activity was evaluated by observing a clear zone of inhibition growth. The results showed that the bacterial species of Eschericia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella pneumonia, Citrobacter diversus, Citrobacter freundii, Enterobacter aerogenes, Yersinia pestis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella oxytoca and Hafnia alvei were identified in 44 (53%), 18 (21.7%), 4 (4.8%), 4 (4.8%), 3 (3.6%), 3 (3.6%), 3 (3.6%), 2 (2.4%), 1 (1.2%) and 1 (1.2%), respectively, of the isolates. The results of antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that 83 (100%) isolates were resistant to Ampicillin, Rifampicin and Erythromycin. 75 (90.3%) isolates were resistant to Cefotaxime, 67 (80.7%) isolates were resistant to Tobramyci. 66 (79.5%), 65 (78.3%), 56 (67.4%) and 48 (57.8%) isolates showed susceptibility to Nalidixic acid, Tetracycline, Nitrofurantoin, Chloramphenicol, respectively. 45 (54.2%) isolates were resistant to Azithromycin, Norfloxacin and Ciprofloxacin. meropenem, Gentamicin, Amikacin, and Imipenem show significant effect on 35 (42.1%), 32 (38.5%), 27 (32.5%) and 1 (1.2%) isolates, respectively.
