Quaternary ammonium compounds(QACs)are a class of antimicrobial disinfectants whose use in cleaning products increased during the COVID-19 ***,their low vapor pressure indicates a proclivity to persist on surfaces,and their presence suggests a level of protection against *** widespread application of QACs in response to the SARS CoV-2 virus created a need to evaluate their longevity on surfaces,for both efficacy and possible health *** are however,no standardized analytical methods for QAC surface sampling and analysis,and no published studies quantifying their concentrations on mass transportation vehicles-a high occupancy,close-contact microenvironment documented to facilitate the spread the SARS CoV-2 ***,we describe a robust liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS)method for the analysis of QACs and simultaneous development of a direct surface sampling and extraction *** demonstrate the applicability of the method through the analysis of surface samples collected from in-service public transportation *** rapid,sensitive LC-MS method included 8 target QACs quantified on a Q-Exactive HF Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometer using an electrospray ionization source and Dionex UltiMate 3000 UHPLC system for analyte *** standard mixtures at concentrations between 0.1 ng mL^(-1)and 2000 ng mL^(-1)were analyzed,and chromatographic separation of all analytes was achieved in less than 10 *** correlation coefficients were reported at r>0.986,and LODs ranged from 0.007 to 2.103 ng mL^(-1)for all compounds,confirming the method's sensitivity.A previously reported surface sampling and extraction protocol was modified to further simplify the procedure and expand the number of target *** new sampling protocol was optimized from 10 commercially available wipes and 4 solvent types by quantifying recovery from the ***-Aid brand small gauze pads saturated with isopropanol had

BACKGROUND Although common in lung cancer,somatic epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)mutations are rarely found in colorectal cancer,occurring in approximately 3%of *** with anti-EGFR antibodies is commonplace,but EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors are not standard treatments in colorectal *** we report a case of sustained response to osimertinib in a colorectal cancer patient with an EGFR T790M mutation on cell-free DNA *** SUMMARY A 72-year old woman with a past medical history of post-polio syndrome confined to a wheelchair,scoliosis and hypothyroidism presented with metastatic sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma with hepatic *** generation sequencing revealed a RAS/RAF wild-type,microsatellite stable,PD-L1 negative *** in TP3 and APC were also identified,as well as EGFR ***-free DNA analysis revealed an EGFR T790M *** was unable to tolerate first-line treatment with panitumumab,5-fluorouracil and leucovorin,progressed on second-line treatment with trifluridine/tipiracil plus bevacizumab,and was unable to tolerate third-line treatment with *** was started on fourth-line treatment with off-label osimertinib,with clinical response–decrease in size of hepatic metastases and a pericardial *** remained on treatment with osimertinib for seven *** This case shows the benefit of multi-gene sequencing assays to identify potential therapeutic options in patients with refractory disease.

This paper reviews existing approaches to reputation systems, their constraints as well as available solutions. Furthermore, it presents and evaluates a novel and comprehensive reputation model devoted to the distributed reputation system for Business-to-Consumer （B2C） E-commerce applications that overcomes the discussed drawbacks. The algorithm offers a comprehensive approach as it considers a number of issues that have a bearing on trust and reputation such as age of ratings, transaction value, credibility of referees, number of malicious incidents, collusion and unfair ratings. Moreover, it also extends the existing frameworks based on information about past behaviour, with other aspects affecting online trading decisions which relate to the characteristic of the providers, such as existence of trustmark seals, payment intermediaries, privacy statements, security/privacy strategies, purchase protection/insurance, alternative dispute resolutions as well as the existence of first party information.

The topic of sports-related concussion has been,and will likely continue to be,one of the most challenging topics in sports *** last 2 decades of research has fundamentally altered clinician’s and the public’s view of concussions from a relatively minor“ding”to be shaken off with rapid return to play to the current realization that concussions are brain injuries with potential lifelong *** National Collegiate Athletic Association(NCAA)and the Department of Defense(DoD)Concussion Assessment,Research and Education(CARE)Consortium Study1 currently elucidating the natural history of concussion will provide clinicians critical recommendations on the diagnosis and management;however,many neuropsychosocial questions remain ***,this special topic on Emerging Concussion Research of the Journal of Sport and Health Science(JSHS)is dedicated to addressing key concussion related questions that extend beyond typical clinical concussion management to include broad public health-related concerns.
