With the rapid development of machine learning,the demand for high-efficient computing becomes more and more *** break the bottleneck of the traditional Von Neumann architecture,computing-in-memory(CIM)has attracted increasing attention in recent *** this work,to provide a feasible CIM solution for the large-scale neural networks(NN)requiring continuous weight updating in online training,a flash-based computing-in-memory with high endurance(10^(9) cycles)and ultrafast programming speed is *** the one hand,the proposed programming scheme of channel hot electron injection(CHEI)and hot hole injection(HHI)demonstrate high linearity,symmetric potentiation,and a depression process,which help to improve the training speed and *** the other hand,the low-damage programming scheme and memory window(MW)optimizations can suppress cell degradation effectively with improved computing *** after 109 cycles,the leakage current(I_(off))of cells remains sub-10pA,ensuring the large-scale computing ability of *** characterizations are done on read disturb to demonstrate its robust *** processing CIFAR-10 tasks,it is evident that~90%accuracy can be achieved after 109 cycles in both ResNet50 and VGG16 *** results suggest that flash-based CIM has great potential to overcome the limitations of traditional Von Neumann architectures and enable high-performance NN online training,which pave the way for further development of artificial intelligence(ai)accelerators.

A novel blue luminescent mercury （ Ⅱ ） complex of 2,6-bis （benzimidazolyl） pyridine （L） was synthesized. In solid state, this complex has the formula [Hg（L）Cl2] · 2DMF（1）. The molecular structures of both the ligand and the complex were determined by using tingle-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic studies of the mercury （ Ⅱ） complex reveal that the complex possesses a five-coordinated geometry that can be best described as a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal. The luminescent properties of ligand L and complex 1 both in solution and in solid state were also studied.

Aggregation-induced emission （aiE） luminogen displays bright fluorescence and has photobleaching resistance in its aggregation state. It is an ideal fluorescent contrast agent for bioimaging. Multiphoton microscopy is an important tool for bioimaging since it possesses the ability to penetrate deep into biological tissues. Herein, we used aiE luminogen together with multiphoton microscopy for long-term imaging of zebrafish. A typical aiE luminogen, 2,3-bis（4-（phenyl（4- （1,Z2-triphenylvinyl） phenyl）amino）phenyl） fumaronitrile （TPE-TPA-FN or TTF）, was encapsulated with 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanola-mine-N- [methoxy（polyethylene glycol）-2000] （DSPE-mPEG2000） to form nanodots that exhibited bright three-photon fluorescence under 1,560 nm-femtosecond （fs） laser excitation. The TTF-nanodots were chemically stable in a wide range of pH values and showed no in vivo toxicity in zebrafish according to a series of biological tests. The TTF-nanodots were microinjected into zebrafish embryos, and the different growth stages of the labeled embryos were monitored with a three-photon fluorescence microscope. TTF-nanodots could be traced inside the zebrafish body for as long as 120 hours. In addition, the TTF-nanodots were utilized to target the blood vessel of zebrafish, and three-photon fluorescence angiogram was performed. More importantly, these nanodots were highly resistant to photobleaching under 1,560 nm-fs excitation, allowing long-term imaging of zebrafish.

Thermal resistance matrix representation of thermal effects and thermal design of microwave power HBTs with two-dimensional array layout

Based on the thermal network of the two-dimensional heterojunction bipolar transistors(HBTs) array, the thermal resistance matrix is presented, including the self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance to describe the self-heating and thermal coupling effects, *** HBT cells along the emitter length direction, the thermal coupling resistance is far smaller than the self-heating thermal resistance, and the peak junction temperature is mainly determined by the self-heating thermal ***, the thermal coupling resistance is in the same order with the self-heating thermal resistance for HBT cells along the emitter width ***, the dependence of the thermal resistance matrix on cell spacing along the emitter length direction and cell spacing along the emitter width direction is also investigated, *** is shown that the moderate increase of cell spacings along the emitter length direction and the emitter width direction could effectively lower the self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance,and hence the peak junction temperature is decreased, which sheds light on adopting a two-dimensional non-uniform cell spacing layout to improve the uneven temperature *** taking a 2 × 6 HBTs array for example, a twodimensional non-uniform cell spacing layout is designed, which can effectively lower the peak junction temperature and reduce the non-uniformity of the dissipated *** the HBTs array with optimized layout, the high power-handling capability and thermal dissipation capability are kept when the bias voltage increases.

可再充电水性锌离子电池具有环境友好、高安全性、高离子传导性和低成本等优点,已成为新能源领域最有前途的储能电池之一。锰基材料是锌离子电池最佳的正极材料。然而,其固有的导电性差和结构坍塌阻碍了它们的实际应用。为改善Mn_(3)O_(4)电极材料的电化学性能,文章以碳布为基底、高锰酸钾为原料,利用碳和高锰酸钾之间的氧化还原反应,在碳纤维表面生长了四氧化三锰的纳米线,形成核壳结构的Mn_(3)O_(4)@CC/复合材料,并直接作为水性锌离子电池的自支撑无粘结剂的正极材料。同时,探讨了反应温度对复合材料的影响,制备出Mn_(3)O_(4)@CC/130℃、Mn_(3)O_(4)@CC/160℃和Mn_(3)O_(4)@CC/180℃三种复合材料。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、激光共焦拉曼光谱仪、热重分析仪、电化学工作站等仪器对Mn_(3)O_(4)@CC复合材料的组成、形貌和电化学性能等进行了表征。电化学测试表明,相比于其他两个电极,Mn_(3)O_(4)@CC/130℃复合材料表现出更优异的电化学性能,在100 mA·g^(-1)下循环100次后的容量为277.2 mAh·g^(-1),在1000 mA·g^(-1)的大电流密度下测试,经150次循环容量仍保持在124.0 mAh·g^(-1)。

由水库建设引起的河流湖库化和富营养化,是全球普遍面临的重大生态环境问题.而内源污染负荷过大会加剧水库富营养化和水质恶化的风险.因缺乏亚热带河道型水库沉积物中内源磷污染解析,本文采用薄膜扩散梯度(DGT)和高分辨率渗析技术(HR-Peeper)以原位、高分辨率技术对河道型深水水库闽江水口水库中磷(P)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、硫(S)进行监测,并研究河道型水库P-Fe-Mn-S的地球化学耦合机制以及磷的赋存形态和迁移释放机制.结果表明:氢氧化钠提取磷(NaOH-P)是沉积物中磷形态的主要形式,铁结合态磷是控制沉积物磷释放的关键因素,水口水库水体和沉积物营养化程度高,沉积物内源磷污染较严重;在垂直剖面上,沉积物中的P与Fe、Mn、S呈显著正相关,铁锰氧化物的还原溶解和硫酸盐还原有利于磷活化和释放;沉积物中P、Fe、Mn、S会形成正释放从而扩散到上覆水中,在水库开闸和泄洪期间,对流会暂时打破分层,内源磷的释放高于多数天然浅水湖库,这突出了河道型水库内源磷污染治理的重要性和紧迫性.

Berbamine ameliorates ethanol-induced liver injury by inhibition of hepatic inflammation in mice

Alcoholic liver disease(ALD) has become one of the leading causes of death in the world. Berbamine(BM), a natural product mainly derived from Berberis vulgaris L, possesses multiple bioactivities as a traditional medicine. However, the protective effect of BM on ALD remains unknown. In this study, we investigated the effect of BM on ethanol-induced hepatic injury in mice and its underlying mechanism. It was shown that BM at 0.3125-40 μmol·L^-1 had no effect on macrophages and hepatocytes proliferation. BM at 5-20 μmol·L^-1 significantly inhibited lipopolysaccharide(LPS) or acetate-induced IL-1β and IL-6 m RNA expression in RAW264.7 cells. Moreover, BM treatment significantly inhibited LPS-induced p65 and STAT3 phosphorylation in RAW264.7 cells. Hepatic histopathology analysis showed that inflammatory cells infiltration and lipid accumulation were suppressed by 25 and 50 mg·kg^-1 BM administration in ethanol-induced hepatic injury mouse model. Meanwhile, BM treatment significantly inhibited serum ALT and AST levels in ethanol-fed mice. Oil red O staining results showed that BM administration ameliorated hepatic lipid accumulation in ethanolfed mice. Preventions of ethanol-induced hepatic injury by BM were reflected by markedly decreased serum and hepatic triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC) contents. Real-time PCR results showed that BM treatment significantly inhibited pro-inflammatory cytokines m RNA expression in ethanol-fed mouse liver. Remarkably, the mechanism of action of BM was related to the reduction of ethanol-induced NF-κB and STAT3 phosphorylation levels in liver. In addition, BM treatment significantly inhibited ERK phosphorylation but not JNK and p38 of MAPK pathway. Taken together, our results demonstrate a beneficial effect of BM on ethanol-induced liver injury via a mechanism associated with inactivation of NF-κB, STAT3 and ERK pathway, which gives insight into the further evaluation of the therapeutic potential of BM for ALD.

Somatic embryogenesis(SE)is an effective approach of in vitro regeneration that depends on plant cell ***,largely unknown of molecular mechanisms of SE in woody plants such as Chinese chestnut(Castanea mollissima Blume),limits the development of the woody plant ***,we report the MADS-box transcription factor Cm AGL11 in Chinese *** AGL11 transcripts specifically accumulated in the globular *** of Cm AGL11 in chestnut callus enhanced its SE capacity,and the development of somatic embryos occurred significantly faster than in the ***-seq results showed that Cm AGL11 affects the expression of several genes related to the gibberellin,auxin,and ethylene ***,the analysis of DNA methylation status indicated that the promoter methylation plays a role in regulation of Cm AGL11 expression during *** results demonstrated that Cm AGL11 plays an important role in the SE process in Chinese chestnut,possibly by regulating gibberellin,auxin,and ethylene *** will help establish an efficient platform to accelerate genetic improvement and germplasm innovation in Chinese chestnut.
